I always go here for the holidays to do stockings, Halloween, Easter, etc. They have never failed me. The only thing is the aisles need to be stocked more. Other than that I have no complaints.

Only 1 person working the entire store.... the checkout line went all the way down and around the aisle to the next aisle... Ive noticed this at this store here lately... they seriously need to hire some ppl. Then they said if you pay with cash must be exact amount bc they didnt have change. Or you must pay with your card. No good... the 1 employ that was there was simply overwhelmed, Im pretty sure Dollar Tree dosent pay her enough for all shes going through today.

I love going to Dollar Tree. I mostly like to see what seasonal items they have and like the flowers and greeting cards. It can be a little messy at times thats ok with me 😂😊😊

Always boxes all in the Ill Isles and hardly ever stocked the shelves with items need a bigger store. Are another store in Port Arthur.

Its the holidays and they seriously only had one cashier.. come on dollar tree. Hire some more people. Could definitely use the help to clean the store. Very unorganized and displaced. The only lady at the cash register was extremely nice and professional. Great job keeping it together in those working conditions.

Place is never stocked well, everything is scattered and boxes on the floor. Be careful where you step because you can slip and fall. I usually go for the gift bags which are pretty cute. I would shop here more often if things were actually in order. We have gone to a Dollar Tree in a town near the border of Mexico and it is waaaaaaaay better, even with the same number of employees. This Dollar Tree is also very small, if you cant restock and put things up at least be clean.

Port Arthur Dollar Tree, on MemorialEmployee : TiffanyI arrived at the store at 8:56pm, closing time, on 8-6-19. I think we all know how employees feel at closing time, tired and ready to get out of there for sure !I usually do not bother establishments at closing, however, l had to run an errand for a handicapped neighbor which put me running way behind and l needed at least 2 birthday balloons that night ! I never wanted to ask them to blow any up was just looking for already blown up ones around the store. I didnt see any at the front, so l didnt take up any more of the time l asked the lady at the register if they had any already blown up. She said No Maam, but l will be glad to blow you up some. Keep in mind it is now 9pm or later, store closed.I just was in disbelief, for l expected the response ( The Helium Tank is down. Just as lm sure many of is have heard the shake machine isnt working ! .). She blew up the balloons, only forme to get to the register and didnt know where in my purse l had put my money. I have a lot of patience, but even l at this point would have been on edge and sighing. I had to scrape up the change from the bottom if my purse . She was patient with a smile on her face telling me it was ok, for l was panicking and apologizing. She even offered to give me the last 30 cents which there was no way l was going to let her do that. NOW THIS IS THE EPIPHANY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH HARDLY EXIST ANYMORE ! SHE WAS THE KINDEST, THE SWEETEST ! People take the time to complain and hardly ever give credit to those who are EXCEPTIONAL at their job ! I asked for her name, and this WONDERFUL ASSET TO HER COMPANYS NAME IS TIFFANY . I wish l had asked her last name . l hope Dollar Tree recognizes the valuable asset she is to their corporation . Advice from me would be to do whatever it takes to keep her as your employee. I would compensate her for her over and beyond Customer Service that is so HARD to find in this era . Please let Tiffany know how much l Appreciated her kindness, for she provided a much needed smile to a heart whose birthday it was, a shut-in with no friends !With sincere gratitude,Vicki Ford

It was nice very good prices.

Need more cashiers working the checkout saw 3 doing other stuff. One sitting drinking a soda while the cashier had a line of 9 besides me. And it was mid day on a Saturday! Saw about 4 customers leave because of the line.

Its a good place to shop with polite sales representatives. Only negative thing is that iys usually only 1 checkout like open instead of 2 or 3. I believe they are understaffed.

Much too hot even for 9:30 AM. Broken items (like baskets) on the shelves. Cashier was nice but you could tell how hot she was.

The store is not stocked and the service is very poor. The line was backed up and the other worker was walking around cleaning up instead of getting the line down. So unprofessional.

A total mess shelves pretty empty boxes sitting everywhere, they need to hire employees night shift to stock shelves.

Staff is courteous. Store is easy to navigate and theres always something new to try for a nominal price.

The selves are often bare. I dont think I have ever seen the store fully stocked. My kids love to shop here

This store is ALWAYS a complete wreck and is always full of customers. The skeletal crew of employeesp while very polite, are constantly overwhelmed. Blame has to be placed on owner/management.

I really enjoy going to the Dollar Store you always have a lot of things to choose from. I only wish that you would have a night crew or early crew to clean the store and organize . It is very difficult to clean and organize when you have a store full of people.

Clean, employees ask questions helpful and are wonderful people... would shop more often except so far away.

This has to be the worst Dollar tree ever. There is stuff scattered everywhere, liquids spilled, shelves are almost empty, new shipments are sitting around on every isle. They need to clean this place up will never go back.

Poor customer service. Not once did the cashier acknowledge me but was on the phone with what sounded to be management and talking to an associate about another associate. Boxes on the floor and you have to move them to get to what youre looking for.

The store was a total mess could not find anything the files were stack with boxes to be unpack employees just standing and talking it will be a while before I go back.
