Since the Pandemic I have been doing the grocery pickup best decision EVER!!!! Only ever had 1 problem which was resolved the same day. Port Arthur Walmart is ok with me 😉

Items I was looking for were relatively easy to find. Self checkout worked flawlessly. A wider variety of frozen and refrigerated food and meal choices for vegetarians / vegans (e.g. meat analogs) lacking.

Went looking for Cancer Awareness shirts but unfortunately couldnt find one. The store was neat and clean and the employees we came in contact with was really nice. We also was looking in the jewelry department but unfortunately couldnt find anyone for assistance... everybody deserves a break😂

Had some shopping to do for some clients of mine. Not only was I able to pickup everything on their list but I had a list as well. Everything all in one location. The cashier was friendly and the store had full inventory. Customer service were so rude. As shes telling me company policy by memory( getting it wrong) Im reading her facts off their website. She still tried to argue. I didnt waver. She eventually returned the items and gave me my cash back.

It has every thing that I need or want. At a good price, also.

Walmart has ever thing you there, it has enough space there to find what you are looking for. But one staff I tried asking for help acted like they couldnt do anything to assist us, which I found really strange because thats what they are there for. But luckily I asked someone else and they helped me out so much. I think they need better training for their staff because thats a big no no for someone to do that.

Majority of the time I cant find what Im looking for at the other Walmart near by. this place got it. workers are nice. place is clean for the most part. not bad.

The only complaints is not enough registers open. I wont use self checkout because it takes a cashiers place. I think its bad when you go on a Saturday night at 7:30 - 8:30 and theres only 3 or 4 registers open. When I have to use self checkout and bag my own groceries, I will go somewhere else. As it is the store is so hot that by the time I leave I look like Ive been running on a track. Im soaking wet.

Theres a Very nice Door Greater their name Anthony he makes everyone feel Welcome into the store When coming in the store and let people know to have a Great Day When There Going Out Too. I Thought He Was Very Nice. You can tell people like there jobs

Drove 30 minutes for an in stock item. Couldnt locate the item so we needed an employee for assistance with a microwave. Searched the area for 10 minutes. Found Mike back by electronics, who said we needed Stephanie in that area. Never found her. Asked for assistance from a worker walking by & that lady paged overhead for assistance with no response after waiting another 10-15 minutes. Walked to Pick Up where we again met Mike. He was kind enough to walk with us back to the microwaves. Their system said the item was in stock but none were on the shelf. He asked for help from other associates (one of which was Stephanie) & they paged overhead for a second time (this time they said we needed Michelle). Returned to the microwaves & waited another 10 minutes with no response.Oddly enough on our way out, there were numerous cashiers standing at registers without customers to check out. Surely SOMEONE other than this elusive Michelle could have double checked the inventory for us.

When other places are getting shorted on their stores normal stock, because our loving caring corporations and government care for the people...so they declare. Walmart stays as stocked as it always has. Maybe not TP when they stop the economy again due to DeltaV variant. God bless America

More customer oriented employees will make a huge difference, it seems like in this store every employee is a security guard rather than customer service personnel. The y follow customers around as if one is a registered thief, it is annoying and irrelevant.More coaching is urgently needed especially on how to overseeing the service to the minority.

Dirty,,controlling, not helpfull at all. I do not recommend WM to anyone. I will recommend HEB hands down every time.

Ashley in electronics waited on us (on 5/6/21) and it really was the best customer service i have ever experienced at Walmart. She was very nice and helpful. Also, she was knowledgeable about the product.

Summer and Tyler there really helped me out in the gardening department. They helped hand load 130 bags of mulch onto my trailer in the hot summer heat. I would not have been able to do it without them. They should receive recognition for great customer service! Thanks yall!

Fruits vegetables everything was horrible today. The store was dirty. Just not used to seeing the fruit and vegetable like that really wasnt a good thing.

Very well organized, gets a lil busy at certain hours of the day, as does most businesses, but the cashiers seemed to take their time even more, but all in all one of my favorites, the day manager is NOT lazy by no means, she is intent on keeping her ship operating flawlessly...she is not afraid of a lil work, she know what is going on inside and outside of her store, I drive a truck so I sat outside of this store for 34hrs resetting my clock.

I go there 2-3 times a week, because its convenient, and they stay stocked up on everyday Items......

It is all but impossible to get help from an employee in any department. Nothing is stocked. I waited in furniture for 20 minutes and left after no one showed up. Even after I convinced an employee that was obviously put out by my request to page someone. I then went to get coffee creamer but the shelves were empty. I tried once again to get help with no results. The employees and management absolutely do not care.

They extremely seldom have fully charged electric carts for people with mobility issues, most of this cart get left somewhere in parking lot and out of power by the someone finds them.

Ordered pick up July 25, 2021 for time slot 5pm-6pm my order was ready before 5pm(around 4:45pm), my husband and I got there around 5:15pm from where we live. We got our order, and headed back home. Unfortunately while we were unloading our groceries, I noticed my second case of water was not there. I called pick up and In the middle of explaining the lady interrupted me and put me on hold. I am still waiting 15 minutes later for someone to answer my phone call. Between the time I’ve been on the phone and no one picking up I made it back to the store, had to use my husbands phone to call the direct to pick up number for someone to answer. I did not appreciate your associate interrupting me while I was trying to tell her what had happened. I used to work for Electronics and Pick up at the store in Beeville TX so I understand it gets busy but being interrupted and put on hold for so long due to a mistake on your associates part is wrong.Thanks.

This round was terrible. The worker Christopher was great but pickup had lost the order and he was nice enough to look and feel so bad even tho he was so busy but after waiting 2+ hrs they still couldnt find it so I was out groceries...

The store is stocked good and was clean. The only problem seemed to be the registers. Its time for Walmart to put out some funds and get new registers in this place. They forget with only one Walmart in each town...the registers are going to ware out quicker!

The do it yourself checkout areas are roomy.. that helps a lot when we self bag.

Needed to find a certain item. This was not my store, and was arranged totally different from the one I am used to. I asked a couple of employees where that item might be found. They told me what department but never asked if they could help me find it. The store that I am used to, in Jasper, Texas, the employees will stop what they are doing and assist you to find the item you are looking for.

Took my mom to buy jeans. Prices so good she bought double.

Large selection of summer clothes for juniors and women. Stylish and priced amazingly low. Dresses, are very nice.

I know when the best time to go is therefore I never really have any big issues, if you choose to go to Wal-Mart at the end of the day or around dinner time I can almost assure you that they will be out of something u want/need. Wal-Mart usually stocks in the morn times & a little during the day but not in the evenings very much or at all. 💯🕒⏳

I did not found what I was looking for so I ask one of your representatives that was working by the tire/battery for help. I show him the picture of the battery that I was looking for, but he just said we do not sell it here.I Went back to the garden section and I asked a young man named Richard the same question, he look for it on his phone, scanned the picture, did not found it, but he was so kind to speak on the phone to my co-worker who explain him what we need. Richard said, yes we got it. We went back to the tire/battery section to get it. On my way to the register I saw the other worker and told him look you do sell it. Thanks to Richard we were able to keep up with our project at the port.

Places is good, but sometime last week I needed help find a price!so I asked the lady in baby section who worked there if she would help find I price or price check on a changing pad ! She can up with every excuses not to get it so I just left! And I guess Walmart took all the price checker things out!$

Trying to find something specific but I wasnt able to find it. My cousin to look@ Wal-Mart but the item I was looking for was not able.

Not enough registers open for cash transactions. The self-checkouts dont accept cash transactions. Therefore the employees that are just standing around talking could be making the process faster with more open registers.

Its always full of people but they have top notch security patrolling parking lot, I like that

Honestly this is the only Walmart within 88 miles radius that I dont mind shopping at and I dont have high anxiety when entering. No complaints here

Bring the inventory back to the stores Walmart! If I wanted to make my purchase online and wait for it to be delivered, I wouldnt have wasted my time going to your business in the first place.

Did the self checkout only because I had a few items and the store was empty. I saw a manager watching a movie on her phone when she looked up at me a asked her if she could check a price for me, well she just ignored me and said that she didnt have a scanner and went back to her movie. I know that she could have gone to the register or even done it there and voided the item if it was not the correct price. Well I just left it there and walked out. Customer service please. Wal-Mart should teach their managers how to treat their customers.

This Wal-Mart is very nice and has stuff that I havent seen in other Wal-Mart. Friendly and very organized plus well keep up. I recommend shopping her if you should decide to stop in Port Arthur oor Beaumont, Texas

Updating my review from one star to three. There have been significant improvements and the process is smoother but this only happened after someone reached out to me about a survey I complete for Walmart. I still use HEB more though.

Best Walmart in this area. Employees are always busting their tails trying to help everybody while they keep the store looking great and fully stocked. Maps will grab this when you search for Walmart open 24 hours near me and show the store when in actuality it says below that they do not know the store hours.

Very rude and unprofessional staff and managers. They accuse you of lying and close at 815 instead of said time of 830. All because they just want to go home at that time.

The staff that delivered my order was very kind. I ordered from the pickup area. They forgot one of my items, but we arranged for me to pick it up at a different time. The staff I spoke to on the phone about the item seemed a little irritable, but overall, they still offered good service.

I can stand Wal-Mart. I used to work there. The way they treat the workers. Having them do 4 jobs and expect all to be finished. All the while weve been called to go gather shopping carts. I forgot, we were expected to unload the trucks. We were cursed for not finishing our main jobs. Never mind that we had been called off of them. Only paying for one job. And paying Men more money who has less experience.

Come on Walmart. Have more than two registers open that accept cash.
