Walk in this store yesterday and was not greeted at all. The associates (3 Hispanics) were standing in a group talking didn’t even acknowledge us or ask if we need help with anything. Won’t be shopping at this location if we won’t be greeted or acknowledged.

My go to place for 🔥🔥The hottest styles and shoes! I love the discounts they have as well. The clearance racks arent ugly discarded clothes.

I walk in and had 3 workers just standing around not even welcoming me as I walk in and neither one of them asked if I needed help had to walk up to them myself. Didn’t feel welcomed.

I came into champs today stressed and worried about what I could get my son he’s husky and difficult to shop for but I came in and was automatically greeted my an associate by the name of Mathew! He greeted me with a smile and asked how could he help. I told him I was looking for my son some matching sweatpants and top gear . He instantly showed me all of the deals and promotions they had going on!! His customer Service was outstanding I left with my son 3 unit and a pair of shoes for under 100.00 so since he helped me with that I was also able to squeeze in a pair for my daughter he was all around an amazing associate and very helpful and for this I will forever shop champs at central mall and will be in search for Mathew every time!!! #Overlysatisfiedcustomer!!!

Walked in store out of the 2 employes in front not one greeted or came out to ask for assistance !!! I was in store for 10 min looking at shoes and not once was I attended !!! They where on there phones !!

They lie about their hours they dont open at 10am smh
