The manager Travis runs a great store. Definitely my fave store. It’s the only one here but I visit several when I’m in Memphis/Mississippi. Employees communicate well.

So fabulous is the word for the pumpkin spice frappiccino! Very friendly ninja 😉 like service. Could be a little faster but whats to be expected with top notch service and product ☺️ Thank you Starbucks

I have seen other stores more busy than the one I visited today and it took about the same time to receive my drink. I thought the staff was super polite but not as fast as I’d hope. This isn’t bad at all because I know of short staffing and things being sold out at certain locations. The interior was of nice decor and lighting

They can never remember to do light ice. Its always on the receipt, but they always mess up in the cup. Last time before I drove off I asked the person at the window if it was light ice and his response was I saw her take ice out. it clearly wasnt light ice the entire cup was full of ice to the brim when I finished my drink. I have sensative teeth, I ask for light ice in everything. This is the third time this has happened and Im so over them doing this. I will not return.

This Starbucks has one of the kindest and unique people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. (Even if i consistently forget i order food with a drink and drive off...my bad everyone😂😂) They are nothing short of outstanding. I drive about 45 minutes for this location and I never regret it because of them. Thank you all so much for what you do.

They were out of a few items but overall in the end the drinks were good and we had good customer service.

Maybe nice staff but cant serve a cup of coffee. Machine must be broken. Fresh made coffee was barely warm! Tried three times to get it right. Definitely not innovative. Avoid until their coffee drip gets replaced.

Frappuccinos are delicious. Good experience overall just like all the other Starbucks Ive been to across the country.

I ordered a custom drink, a Cinnamon Roll Frappé and it was awesome! The next day I ordered it again and I think maybe I looked at the wrong recipe as I ordered. They were happy to remake the drink for me the correct way and even told me how to order it in a more simpler way instead of the confusing websites way. I happily tipped them for the trouble of remaking the drink and plan to get my favorite drink more often!

They have great coffee and make awesome frappuccinos. Youll pay more but the coffee is like rocket fuel.

This store needs help. No juices for sale, no half and half or sugar in the raw out for customers. I’m not a fan of this new design. Big thumbs down!

I ordered the cold caramel macchiato special! A+! The only issue I had was their cold brew wasnt available... too many customers had already ordered it.

Very exspensive compared to similar chains like dunkin. I can get the same coffee in a much larger size for half the price. But if you dont mind going broke they do taste good.

I am one of THOSE customers who customize their drink. I am very picky as to which starbucks I go to when Im home because some taste better than others. This location made my drink perfectly!

The staff was friendly and polite. My drink was up in no time flat and the atmosphere was relaxed and made it easy to enjoy my experience.

Came in at 7:30 pm on a Sunday, traveling through the area. They weren’t busy. However, an off-duty male worker came in and the girls working only cared about talking to him. 10 minutes to get a grande mocha. Not counting the three minutes I waited for the cashier girl to flirt before I ordered. I’ve never seen worse service at a Starbucks.

Great place, friendly people, but always out of food.

It was a little rocky during opening week and that was to be expected...but now that the hype is over I come to this Starbucks daily before work. The baristas are pleasant and even give me some good suggestions when I want to try something new. The interior decor is really nice and it has wifi if I want to work on something from my laptop. Its a nice place for chilling and getting something pretty good to drink so no complaints from me.

Ive been there twice never again its like you bother them for stopping by and never ever ask for a little ice you will get a cold coffee and if you ask to warm it up they will act like youre getting something for free

Other Starbucks stores have more knowledgeable barista staff. The Poplar Bluff store is much slower with service and prep than other stores. That doesnt stop me from visiting multiple times weekly. Im addicted to the White Chocolate Frappes with vanilla bean powder.

Wasnt open today at 1pm. The hours say theyre opened and the guy inside wouldnt even open the window to say if they were closed or will open soon.

This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly and gets our orders out quickly and efficiently.

Drinks are to watery I lived in Vegas for a year their drinks was never watery

They did our order incorrect. Ordered a macchiato and received milk and coffee with an overload of caramel instead of milk with expresso.

Everyday they run out of something. I have attempted to eat lunch there 5 times and EVERY time they have been out of their sandwiches. (Always there between 11:30-12:30)
