The sales guy was nice BUT the trip was a total waste of time. Honestly over something they could have already researched on my vehicle in the week I had been in touch with them. Instead they waited to do the research when I was on my way, I guess? (5 hour round trip) This could have been discussed over the phone and saved me a trip and not wasted my day.
We purchased a new Acadia in 2018 from Baldwin. In 2020 we had a park/shift issue with the car. We took it into service to have the issue fixed. Two years later we experienced the same issue with the car. the warranty on the previous work was two years unlimited miles. I would NOT recommend that anyone go here for warranty work. The entire service writer department is rude.
I appreciate the promptness of Aaron on getting me in and getting my car serviced and ready in a timely manner. I will be back for future services.

1st best buying experience I have had! My first service in my truck was great, only waited 30 minutes. Caked same morning to schedule appointment for service and thought I would get scheduled later in week, but actually did it same day!

They made the pain from the service manager & Eric in sales not hurt as bad! I wouldnt recommend buying or having your vehicle worked on there! They broke my bumper & scratched my vehicle & then said it wasnt them even though I had pictures before & after I bought my vehicle! I will never do business with them ever again!
Today was my first time dealing with Baldwin Buick GMC! I was so surprised, that has to be the BEST group of professionals I have encountered! So friendly, helpful, and understanding! Everyone was soo nice, and especially Kim, the lady that kept me informed all the way through while my car was being fixed! I would recommend these folks to anybody! I traveled from Kennet to Poplar Bluff, and am nothing short of 100% satisfied! Will return there if ever needed! God bless yall! And thanks again!

Had an oil change. Also had some concerns about a new battery completely draining but the diagnostic was going to be $85.00 wether they found anything or not. Thought that was pretty expensive just to hook it up to a machine and maybe not find a problem. So chose not to have it done. Im on disability and cant afford to be throwing money away. So now Im hoping theres nothing really wrong. Paranoid.

Horrible experience and bad company decision made by Baldwin GMC. Called and stated I would be arriving at a specific time to look at with intent to purchase a vehicle and wanted to make sure they were to hold it. Explained a DR. Appt was already scheduled for my daughter and we would be arriving immediately after. Sales person very nice and stated no problem he would hold the keys. Well the sales manager decided to let another couple drive and make an offer on the vehicle and ignore my courtesy call .... which is what dealerships refer those as.... and when we arrived it was sold out from underneath me. Very bad business decision and customer service!!
We purchased a used 2015 Kia Optima. Our sales person was Tim Abner and we also dealt with Finance Manager Cody. We arrived at the dealership probably about 1 hour before they were closing on a Saturday. That did not make a difference to these guys they worked with us and by closing time we were driving our Kia home. They made everything effortless and I love my car. I really love the heck of a deal we got on it. One of the best parts is the fact I can have it serviced right there at the dealership and not have to go all the way to Cape to a Kia dealership. Everything that we were told this dealership does IF you ever have a problem - will make us die hard Baldwin fans! Thanks Tim and Cody!

Quick service and a nice waiting room. The technician was very nice and quick to explain what needed to be done.UPDATE: I had an issue with a gas line crack and then found out when i took my car back in to be checked that whoever serviced it had seen it but noone brought it to my attention and i had to discover that there was a problem for myself!! Very unhappy with this situation!

Their salesman James Lee wouldnt return my calls, and when he finally did, he was blatantly curt and terse with me. He was openly hostile towards me, and didnt bother to hide it. I highly suspect its because my husband and I were divorcing and I was being awarded the truck we purchased at Baldwin. James had always been extremely friendly to me in the past....Our divorce was and is absolutely NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. He had no right to judge or to be hostile towards me. None. He does not know the terms of our divorce, and does not need to know. That is between my ex husband and myself, who is still like family to me.The management at Baldwin needs to set James L. straight on what expectations are for how you treat customers and also about not sticking your nose in to their personal life. I absolutely will NEVER buy another truck from Baldwin again. Too many other dealerships to choose from.

Brought my 2015 Duramax in for a rotation and alignment, decided to take a walk around the lot while I waited on it, and caught a glimpse of the service tech driving my truck like he stole it up the hill to the shop behind the lot. Gassed it enough to get a good puff of soot out of the exhaust, Unprofessional, I’ll be taking any further service work to Allen Christian in Dexter, worth the drive to not have your truck worked on by teenagers.
James on the pre-owned side is pleasant and not a bit pushy. Take advantage of the lifetime warranty.
I will never recommend Baldwin GMC. The service department doesn’t warranty their work. My new vehicle that I had for 60 days, the engine blew up. Which happens, it’s mechanical. It was covered under factory warranty. But it took (4) weeks for the service department to replace the engine. When I picked up the truck when they were finally done, the truck was worse than when it came into their shop with a blown engine. The service manager said they were done with my vehicle and for any additional warranty work I needed to take it to the original dealership that I bought my vehicle from. That’s exactly what I did! My original dealership is fixing all the mechanical problems that Baldwin GMC caused! Take my warning, never spend your hard earned money at Baldwin GMC! I’m filing complaints with the BBB!

We bought our 2015 GMC Terrain about a month ago. We really love it and feel good knowing that we are driving a safe car.Our salesman was Gary Barnfield and he couldnt have been nicer and was so patient, because I had tons of questions. and we made two or three trips to the dealership looking for just the right one.We have been customers of Baldwin for many years and have bought several cars from them. We always go there first when were ready to trade.The service center is also very courteous when we have problems, and do all they can to fix whatever the problem is.We would recommend them to anyone looking for a car new or used. Over the years, we have bought both from them and have always been satisfied.

I would leave zero stars if i could. I bought a new 2016 Buick encore in August 2016. No problems until a week ago when I was taking my 2 year old to st. Louis. Car starts misfiring and 3 lights come on the dash. Took it to Baldwin Buick gmc 2 days later. No codes were stored so I told them to drive it and fix it. Getting a loaner car was like pulling teeth. But I finally got one. They had it all week and supposedly put 130 miles on it and it never acted up. Before I got out of the city limits with it today when I picked it up it was doing the same thing. So I turned around and took it back only to be told there was nobody to even pull the codes there today. Service department is a joke. Stopped by harbor freight on the way home with my still misfiring Buick and bought a $103 code reader. 2 minutes later I had the code. I wont be taking or buying anything there again.
They had not written down my appointment, but worked me right in and got the service done quickly and efficiently. The service department was very courteous throughout the process.

The technicians took time to drive my car but could not get my radio issue to occur so they would have a better idea what the problem is. I am free to drive in when I am in the area when the radio is acting up.While my car was there, the service department became aware of a recall that needed addressing and fixed that.

I had 2 different vehicles up there to have the front-end aligned and both vechicles pull to the right terribly. We took one of them back and the problem was not corrected. There were mistakes with scheduling and my vechicle had to be picked up several different times and also was totally forgot to be picked up once. The charge for repairs climbed everytime I took it in there. I would not recommend taking anything in there for repair. I felt like I was bother to them when I called to find out why they had not picked up my vechicle.
We called to describe the noise with our 2014 Yukon XL, they immediately brought a loaner vehicle and took ours to the shop. Before 3 pm, they had fixed the vehicle by replacing a wheel bearing. We were very pleased with the service.

I purchased 2015 GMC Canyon 8/25/15. Truck gets really good mileage. Love the way the truck handles. Do not like the air damn on front of truck much to low. When I read up on it on internet it says will knock 1.5 to 2 mile per gallon off your mileage on road. Reading in the trucks book on Air Damn it says you can take it off to go off road but should put it back on after as it will interfere with air circulation to engine. Makes me think would void warranty.As for ONSTAR I hate it! I wont be buying it. I just put a portable GPS unit in truck I own it and to me it beats ONSTAR if Five star no Air Damn or ONSTAR.6/20/16 These 4x4 trucks get very good gas mileage. I just drove it in from western Missouri(261 miles) I was pushing it. I average 65 miles per hour and the mileage was 27.7 miles per gallon. Would of been a little better then that but picked up some head wind at Van Burien.To bad they dont come with a GPS navigation system. I still love the GPS on 2014 Chrysler Van and dont like ONSTAR on the truck so just use my portable GPS unit I purchased at Walmart if I need navigation.

Test drove car they ran my credit then came back said they wouldnt know anything til Monday I asked if I could drive home til Monday then come back to do paperwork they said no they didnt want miles on it. All that was Saturday about 2:30. I left their went straight to Dexter Autry Morlan and drove off with new vehicle that day!
