We were out of town and our truck started running bad. We stopped at the closest Auto Zone and they were more than helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Associate James Bailey hooked up the diagnostic and we realized it was a coil that had gone bad. Not only did James help us diagnose the problem, he helped us change the coil as well and used some of his own tools to do it. Even though some of this was part of his job, we feel he went above and beyond to help us. Great service!!!

My experience was not as good as usual. I bought a radiator cap and found that it wouldnt fit my car. The woman I dealt with when trying to return it, first looked up the wrong part in her computer even though she had the part in the box in her hand. Then she blamed me for her mistake.I felt like I was putting her out by coming in and making her work. I explained the problem and showed her the actual cap that came off the car. When I told her it didnt fit, she did try to see if maybe it was the wrong part in the box. Once we determined that wasnt the problem, I felt like she expected me to just keep a part that wouldnt work. I finally had to flat out state I wanted to return it and get my money back before she would accept that I said I wanted to return it when I initiated the process.I went to OReillys immediately after and got one that fit and cost less.

I had a flat over the weekend after the towing company informed me that I needed a special tool to take the lug nuts off I was in a panic. Arrived at AutoZone and they were so helpful and we finally figured out which one would work. They took a very stressful situation and turned it around. Thanks AutoZone! Had it been O’Reilly’s we would’ve had to make 15 trips before they’d inform us that they don’t have it.

I think if you pass them up and go another two blocks youll get a much better deal at Napa everything will be about half the price of AutoZones price but you do what you want

I like this AutoZone, since they carry a lot of parts for a variety of vehicles. Far better than most ORileys in the area in every way. I just wish they had vacuum testers, gauges, and the block leak tester that people could borrow to check their vehicles for problems. Everytime I call they do not have any.

I needed a new battery for my truck. I had just had to call AAA to get a jump. These guys were amazing. They said they would install it. It was a hard job to get the old battery out but they stuck with it and got the new one installed. It was cold outside and I can’t thank them enough for their help. Great guys.

The Poplar Bluff Mo. store is unconcerned with the customers. It is not unusual to have to take parts back for the right one. Even after you repeatedly till them the information they need to look up the part. And when confronted about their mistake they act like its no problem. This store needs to be cleaned up of the employees that are causing these problems. By the sound of the reply the owner of autozone is not doing anything about the complaints but blowing smoke. There are too many options for purchasing auto parts for customers complaints to be ignored.

The will hire any one I took my f250 6.0l to see why the eng.light was on and the girl that ran the test told me there is nothing wrong with the truck and I just came from OReillys in how to test Ram there in those 12 things wrong with it so that tells me that they dont know what the hell theyre talkin about at AutoZone

The computers need more work,for the customer and the employee!!!!! Went in to check on a part for my truck,it took awhile,but I got the information I needed. I did go back in Friday,and once again it took awhile to pull up the part that I needed. Too long for the same part and I know its wasnt the employee fault,needs help.

I called to see if you check out ignition control modules and the woman I spoke with, seemed completely lost. She had no idea and initially told me no. When I asked to speak to someone else just to double check( I read on Google that AutoZone did INDEED check ICMs.), She sounded offended, put me on hold and i was eventually hung up on. Thats kinda of a crappy way to treat a potential paying customer.
