I usually buy from this store.Yesterday there were two guys one of them helped me at the Check out and he didn’t scan the item he just insert the price and I said hey I think you got this wrong because it says this on the shelf’s he did check the price and said oh sorry I will fix it. When he came back he whisper to the other guy first time I see too. The other guy directly get annoyed and said this is the price Once I paid he shout take your receipt. I said next time price the item correctly and he replied next time go to a different store.There were a very friendly staff but unfortunately I didn’t saw any of the previous staff.

A few days ago I walked in around 9:40.pm A couple of minutes later a woman announced over the p.a the store is closing, bring your items up to the counter. At the cash register out of curiosity I asked why the store was closing 15 minutes early. The girl behind the counter said the store closes when I say it closes. During the last couple of months three times Ive got to the store around 9:45 and the doors are locked the lights are on and the employees still inside. Tonight the same thing again, although this time there was a piece of paper on a window next to the door, not on the door where the hours are a window next to the door that said closing at 8:00pm. Its 9:45 the lights are still on and there was two employees behind the counter one standing the other one was sitting on the counter.

I really like the store. The workers are so nice, happy 😊. So they keep the store so clean, easy to find what I want. They should get a raise..

I came to this family dollar location and the schedule said they opened at 9am but the store is still closed really didn’t like that but other then that the store experience is good

Terrible store. They put up sale signs and try to charge you full price. Wont budge when you mention sale or show them the sign. Cashier had an attitude as well...

Nice stores,big you coupon, you can really save money. Great selection and most stores have a great card collection.

Not bad a store, but the stocking could use a little improvement.

The store is clean, organized and they have a lot of great products, and of course great prices. Service is good as well

Worst experience ever I bought a cover for my bed for my kids, they sold it to me dirty and and with big gap couldnt used it.Took me few days to take it back the girl from the store was blaming me for not taking earlier that it was my fault that was like that that I did it.

Dont go in there often, but they have things I look for in there, but always check the dates! Especially batteries..

They never have anything stocked, employees are rude and hate the job, We go here a lot due to convenience But my husband hates the store he’s not too familiar with the area or Oakland County is from Wayne County he said this family dollar is like shopping at a family dollar on the east side of Detroit.Just horrible

Every single time ive gone in there it looks like an absolute disaster. Today I was there and I couldnt even get up and down the aisles with a cart with my 2 year old son in it. The shelves are terrible. They need better staff to actually work instead of stand around.

The most disgusting place Ive ever been in. There were boxes everywhere and the place was just a mess. Would not recommend this place at all.

Good for a family dollar

I am not sure what is up but the corporate needs to quit dictating what they want in the stores and get off their Lazy butt and come help this store or shut it down. This place is always full of boxes and out of products. I go here every other day and it has been this way for months. Stop setting your staff up to fail

Worst store ever!!! Every time i go into that store it looks like a tornado hit it..Today i witness staff standing around eating cupcakes meanwhile customers Finding it hard to get up and down aisle due to clutter. An accident waiting to happen..

Some of the employees try very hard. There are always empty spaces on the shelves and boxes in the aisles.

Its always dirty and nothing on the shelves and they are always on there phone and rude to customers.

The store was a little messy, but the were stocking the shelves.
