I love this store. Has more inventory and options than other stores. Always a delight to come and see whats new on display. The store layout changed and gives more opportunity to see items up close. A selection of new technology is available everywhere in home and appliance section. Sale prices can be found everywhere in the store. Be on the look out for those bright yellow signs.

Very expensive. No wonder they closed on the mainland. They did a new kitchen for me. It is still horrible and they will not make right by me. I spent $14k and got $8k of value. What liars! Said my kitchen would be showroom quality.

Sorry to break the bad news but this store is on the list to closed in the near future.. I do remember going to this store when i was younger when my father use to drag me to church and afterwards head over to the mall every Sunday. My best memory was we use to take the elevator in sears all the time cause my stepmother was afraid of going on the escalator and my father farted in the elevator before we got off so the next group would smell it.. he said they’re walking into a trap not knowing till its too late..

Customer service was good! Prices on most articles are higher than lots of other stores around...! Warranty of store on items is not as it used to be. That should be improved...!

Too bad Sears is closing. I bought some of the things I enjoy very much like a ping pong table one time with my brother, craftsman tools, clothes, shoes and more. Thank you Sears for been part of my personal needs..

The shoe department is good. Good quality in shoes and prices are good.

Love the tool section. Found a drill at a great price! However there was only one cashier in the area that morning.

5 stars for the nostalgia that Sears will no longer be in Plaza del Caribe. For years it was one of the main stores in Plaza, but it was time to say goodbye. They were good times and many things we could get there, but not anymore. The only thing left is clearance of clothes on the first floor and liquidation of showcases on the second floor. This as of February 27, 2019. It is super empty, and disorganized.

The employees are by area there are no employees that know of different areas. It feels weird that they always send you to another place to be looked after by the next employee. Catch that very clean and organized ever.

Very rarely I get something to wear in the Sears stores of other places, and in this one of Plaza del Caribe and got everything. Nice place and very clean. I loved.

Its a great department store. He always has good specials. They have good brands and the clothes are of good quality.

We went to change a stove that we had bought and had to wait an hour and a half because there was no one available to help us in the process. Then an employee appeared who was very efficient in the change process. However, the waiting time was too long. It seems that selling is better for Sears than trading the items sold.

The Sears del Mall in Ponce had very good and tempting specials. Savings and excellent clothing quality. A lot of parking and for the disabled. Good organization and clean area. Variety of clothing especially, of good quality and brands. I recommend it 💯🌸
