The Best store in the mid to west coast of Puerto Rico. Always well stocked;I travel 41miles to the PONCE store. As my local HD which is only 17miles from me never has inventory I need, especially on sake items...

Lots of customers inside the store... Found exactly what i was looking for after a quick search using the store app, which led me to items location. Didnt had to wait a lot in line to pay.

Air conditioner is too low. It is nice that they offer a ten percent discount to veterans.

Terrible customer service. Went to buy kitchen cabinets and no one helped me. Every person I asked for help ignored me and were instead joking around and talking to one another on the job.

Great experience overall. Easy to get to location, more than enough parking space, and amicable staff. My only complaints are that its usually too crowded, and sometimes some products are not in stock.

What can I say? The Home Depot has EVERYTHING you need for a residential or commercial project!

This morning I had excellent service from the associates at the customer counter. Both females were extremely professional. They made the trip worthwhile.

Ponce Store: From the outside in, you might be mugged at the parking lot, in fact there was a murder on the premises a few years ago (2017) the woman was found insider her car after several hours. Drug addicts round the place asking for money and or scanning for belongings in the cars. There is at most to security guards in the area but it does not suffice do to the dimension of the parking area. Inside the store you will find a good inventory but no one to ask for assistance and if you do you might will need to be careful because most of the question go un answered or answered with the incorrect information. The check out process super slow however I will have to wait and see if it is because of COVID19 or else.

I was waiting on hold for 46 minutes with no help. I was transfer twice to different department. And after all that waiting the phone hangs up. Very poor customer service in Home Depot in Ponce.

Well Its Home Depot. You can expect finding almost anything You will need for repairing and adding to your home. Prices are a bit steep but the quality is pretty good as well so its a win/win. Cant give it 5 star due to the bathrooms conditions. Been to the a few times and it dissapoints in the clean factor. Other than that there not too much I can say. Home depot is always a good place to go and buy.

Too crowded on COVID-19 time. The store is well equipped but the prices are a little higher than usual. I went to purchase two vanities and other things. Everything was on stock. The associates are too busy. Dont try to call the store because theres no answer. I tried too many times without success.

Sorry to say this but not great. First, even I was there because in HD Caguas have told me Ponce store had inventory of what I needed, they started by pointing they couldnt look it up because the computers werent working and that they didnt have it. After I insisted, and finally found a working computer, she was called away so she sent me with the information to another employee who said that she couldnt find it. Finally a more knowledgeable employee came along and he told us where it was. Now to refrigerators, nice experience, none available for a month🤷‍♀️We ordered it and were offered no interest for a year with the card. We accepted, but guess what, we had to make the call from our cell because their phones were not able to connect with the credit company, their credit company. The noise, the bad connection, my husband moved far so he could remove the mask to be heard better and a lady in charge of the line screamed from about 30 feet that he had to wear the mask. What you think, 3 stars ok? Should be 2?

Horrible phone service i cant get hold of anyone i wanted to see if they had my order ready and or if the product was available for in store pick up 2 hours waiting it shouldnt take 2 hours or more to see if a single item is available..very disappointing it take a single person 5 minutes even if they are busy to confirm that order... instead you keep the customer waiting

Fast curbside service

Exit lines were fast and employees very courteous.

Yesterday I went to the Ponce store to buy a ladder. I got help from the guy in charge of that section. Even though the inventory showed there are two ladders available, they cannot be found in the aisles. The Home Depot employee did everything he could to locate them. He showed passion for his work and to give a quality service to satisfy the customers needs.
