Excellent customer service. Like always most places try to sell the upper end products. But, this store knows what with the pandemic is having on the customers. The store manager has very good excellent customers skills. Keep up the good job.

This staples store is THE best. From easy to maneuver phone tree to employees who helped me find the best products for ME ~ they were not trying to make a sale, they helped me make an informed decision on getting a home office up and running. They also took care of recycling old products. And as if that wasnt enough, I decided not to ship a VERY large box and Joel brought it back to me (Im old and dont drive.).Joel gets ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤ and my thanks. Will happily continue to do business with this Staples!

Ok Staples is a great store but I am now having problems with the Energel Pentel Pens. They leak in my shirt pockets, and have short lifespan. They did not used to do this!! I think they used to be made in Japan but now in Mexico. That could be the problem!!!

Tried to use the copy place. Girl behind the counter was doing absolutely nothing, no machines running. Said she had jobs that had been there for a week, so she couldnt possibly cut down some sheets in the next 6 hours. How do they stay in business?

I love going to Staples. I do. BUT often their prices are more than double other stores. For instance, a ream of white copy paper is only $3.47 at Walmart. Its not much more than that at other local office supply stores. But at Staples they have buy one get one free for $12 something.Why pay triple for the same thing?I looked at single color copy paper reams too. They are more than double what another local business supply store has theirs priced at.I love going to Staples but dont often buy much there because I can literally walk into other stores and buy the same thing, item not brand, and pay half as much. They do have excellent staff and a wonderful selections. I buy all my higher cost electronics there and office furniture/chairs there but school supplies and other items like that I have to shop elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible phone tree. Dialing the local number for the staples here in ponca (probably the samw for all other stores in the USA) and had to listen to multiple ads before it offered any menu choices. Get a dedicated line to speak to a human being! Then have a phone tree line for those people who dont mind having a couple of birthdays waiting to get past the ads to use the phone tree. All i wanted to know was to ask if they had the ability to print a PDF that was stored on an android phone and i didnt have time to randomly enter several stores to ask in person. So because i couldnt get to a human in a reasonable amount of time, you lost a sale and future sales because of this issue. Believe it or not, some people still use a phone for TWO WAY communication. If I wanted to hear about the Black Friday sale I would have listened on the radio for a Staples ad or went to Staples website instead of listening to an advertisement when I was trying to actually speak to a person.

Today Ive called staples 7 times and each time I was hung up on . So would not recommend trying to call them as they do not answer their phone calls.

Nobody wanted to help us look for what we went in there for.Ended up leaving, went to Walmart & found what i wanted in less than 5 minutes.

Staff always around to help you find what youre looking for.
