Sister had a store credit she and Rent A Center told me i could use and she didnt have to be present drove there from Winfield KS, they acknowledged the store credit let me pick out the furniture and then said the rules changed and she had to be present but they would save the furniture back for me to get her and come back she called them again they said that I could just get it in my name without her again I called and talked to the manager to verify before I drove there again got everything set up and all of the sudden the $900 store credit was gone even though they acknowledged she had it multiple times at checkout time they say she dont have it and the couch only was $163 a month... you can get an entire living room set at Aarons or Hometown for less no thanks, oh and they didnt save the furniture I previously picked out they sold it to another store before I got back.

They always do a great job when Im there, the prices are good and the service is even better, they have always been willing to work with me and if anything has ever went wrong with my items they always replace it that day

Place was disgusting. Broken beds, roaches and cluttered! I went there to look at and possibly purchase a night stand set. The night stand had old food in it, candy and idk what else.

Very careing and and understanding long as you make payments and communicate with them:) Instore appliances can be dodge furniture useally top notch, electronics in store have taken abeating, of course it all depends when you go in and what you get. My only complaint is getting items shipped to the store thats not in store is a pain in the tooshie!!!!

Probably the best place in town to rent-to-own.
