I had 3 appliances delivered. My home isnt set up to move a refrigerator in or out but they did it without complaint and smiles on their face!! They had to drive through my yard and backyard which is no easy task to move the washer and dryer out and back in they did a great job with no damage to the delivery truck or the numerous obstacles!! Thank You so much for all the help and answering so many questions on how all 3 appliances worked!!

They treat you very badly, plaster that it not the first purches O have made and made many more, but when are you going to buy do you have the carpet do not make a clain because then they treat you like garbage or it is because it is a mexican one

They have the water filter I need for my fridge. Thats about it.

I bought a lawnmower from a different store and needed it fixed. They were happy to fix it even though i didnt buy it there and the repair fee was competative. My lawn mower works great and havent had any issues since the repair. The service agents I dealt with were very courteous and professional.

Went in to get a new door seal for a dishwasher & the salesman told us to take the kick plate off & check again where it was leaking. We did & he was correct! Leaked from the back where the delivery tube connected. Fixed the gasket & all is well now. Thank you!

I was in need of a water filter for my refrigerator which was a Sears Kenmore and Stillwater does not have a Sears store any longer therefore I had to call this Sears store in Ponca City and well I didnt want to drive to Ponca City she understood and told me that I might be able to find it at Lowes in Stillwater which I did. I really appreciate her helpfulness and courtesy
