It is always with apprehension that I place an on-line order with a firm that I have not previously dealt with, especially when theres an on-ball negative review in the mix. Material was made to different measurements than what they were given in writing and they, of course, tried to blame us. They have refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. What they do well is talk in circles . Well, they dealt with the wrong people here ! What a nightmare! My slings were made too small. I attempted to resolve the issue by email and phone, but only got cryptic messages and very delayed vague return emails. This business operates like it is run out of some drunks garage. Avoid it at all costs!
