Great prices compare to other patio stores. Staff is friendly, helpful. Maybe little understaffed at the times I was there. Nice clean stores. I saved money on their aluminum outdoor furniture. Not the greatest quality work, but the price is definitely worth it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I placed my order online trusting the delivery dates provided. I later find out goods are delayed because I called the carrier not because anyone informed me. I spoke to a manager named David who is the most disrespectful, obnoxious, rude and ill mannered agent Ive ever dealt with in my life. He gave me an attitude and a snooty comments when I complained about the delivery delay. I reiterated that if someone had given me the heads up or provided the correct delivery date, I would have bought somewhere else. His reply, too bad, the order is on its way to you and if you want to return the order, you are liable for the freight back. He had the audacity to say, you got 2020 pricing, you shouldnt complain if you just get a week delay which is not a big deal, how dare him!. I ordered the furniture for a specific event!! He kept speaking over me, arguing that he was right. WOW, what a horrible experience. I will make it my mission to inform everyone I know, not to ever ever buy from this company.

This place only cares about your money and how much of it they can get. Bought a hot tub from them 2.5 years ago and they continually hyped the fact that their product is so well built, they keep a very small inventory of parts since they last so long without breaking. 2 year warranty on parts...the 2 speed motor (one of 2 motors) broke, outside of warranty period...$550 later my hot tub is back up and running and that is with ME picking up the motor AND installing it myself, because they wanted to charge me approximately another $150 to do those things.Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. One exception...the service guy who answers the phone in that depth. is nice and helpful and was embarrased that they charged me so much $$ for the like-new pump!

Arrived right before closing time and we were greeted with such absolute delight and encouraged to take our time. They were so helpful and gave us a great deal. We had been looking around for some time, and took the chance and drove 30 minutes to come here, and we are so happy we did. Owner is sweet and welcoming. Very happy with our umbrella purchase and can’t wait to come back for something else!

Roy and Harvey were great to work with in our purchase of a new spa and pool heater. We had lots of questions about placement, electrical, running new water valves, etc and they answered all with ease to provide a full solution with a worry free experience. It it always a sign of good service when you can leave knowing everything is taken care of and feeling great about the purchase in general. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

The only thing better than the table, chairs, storage box and loveseats was the service we got from Roy!! We purchased a Jacuzzi J-345 Spa from Pool and Patio a year and a half ago. The owner, Alex, and the sales person, Marisa, were knowledgeable about the Spa products, and extremely helpful helping us determine the most suitable size for our family. They also encouraged us to consider a Salt Chlorinator system for our pool. The stores pool supply manager, Harvey, showed us various models and we recently bought a Hayward T-15 salt chlorinator system at a competitive price. We are happy not having to deal with chlorine products, among other benefits! Harvey is always available to answer questions about our Jacuzzi Spa (and Salt Chlorinator), and is one of the reasons we like dealing with this store. We are happy with the service and responsiveness we receive at this store.

Great experience! Was supposed to have it delivered yesterday but due to delays, was notified via phone and asked if we could wait till today’s day be set as priority. Everything came just as envisioned, within the new projected time frame and Carlos put it together quickly. Very friendly staff and affordable prices. Definitely recommend! Love love love my outdoor furniture I got from here!!. They have a lot of designs that you don’t find anywhere else. After going to different places in south Florida I guess I saved the best for last. (Up north) I’m glad I did! They have a two story showroom with unique pieces. Staff were not pushy, they actually let you browse the entire place and then answer your questions with very knowledgeable information. Prices are great, delivery was fast. One day I’ll have a huge yard to get one of them amazing jacuzzis they sell. :) thank you!

Let me start by saying that we were not sure what to do in my new patio and new pool. My husband went the store located in lake worth and he came back so excited! We went three days later and John and Alex helped us. I just received my new outdoor kitchen. I found the whole experience enlightening and professional. From the sale handled by Roy who gave me his personal cell phone to assure me that everything would be as promised and it was. The delivery guys also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They noticed the deck box didn’t match the chairs and said is that the color you ordered I said I didn’t think so. They ended up going to the truck and putting a new one together, which was the correct one. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with all of them. 👍

What a phenomenal experience from start to finish!We visited the Lake Worth location first. Alexander and Michael were friendly and helpful, but not pushy. They greeted us, but let us look, and then offered suggestions. They literally rearranged furniture for us on the showroom floor so we could take pictures and get a feel of the space. We also visited the Pompano store. Marisa and her team were just as friendly and helpful.All three sales advisors were knowledgeable about the company and product. They all took pride in their job and had an appreciation for design. They had great suggestions that were practical and looked good.The quality and quantity of merchandise is exceptional and reasonably priced. You could have your pick of virtually any style with color options. Awful nonresponsive customer service when you need repairs.

We recently visited Porch & Patio Depot for the first time. What a fine selection of porch and patio furniture! (They also have a huge selection of hot tubs.) We purchased two chairs and a table, manufactured by Telescope. This has to be the most comfortable porch funiture we have ever owned. We really want to commend our salesperson, Gabino. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and personable young man. What really impressed us was the fact that he was low-key, and never used any type of pressure tactics to make the sale. In fact, all the employees with whom we interacted were all very friendly and made us feel at home. In fact, we just returned to purchase another piece of furniture. We highly recommend Pool & Patio Depot! We wouldnt shop anywhere else for porch or patio furniture!

The Jacuzzi brand is now owned by Apollo Management per Wikipedia and is NOT affiliated with the Jacuzzi family who founded the original Jacuzzi company in 1915 and made their pump products in the USA. The original Jacuzzi family owned company has not been in business since 1979 when they sold the business to corporate conglomerate Walter Kidde, Inc. The Jacuzzi name is a trademark now recently owned by Apollo. Apollo also owns Sundance Spas, Dimension One Spas and Thermospas all of which are assembled in the same manufacturing plant in Mexico which recently caught fire.Jacuzzi brand hot tubs are now assembled with LX Chinese pumps made in China by Guangdong LX Pump Company. Per online written Jacuzzi manufacturers warranty, the wood frame and jets are warranted for only 2 years from the original date of purchase, not 5 years as only verbally promised by some Jacuzzi retailers. Warranty is only as good as whats written in warranty documentation from the manufacturer.The highest quality and more expensive spas made by Apollo are their Sundance and Dimension One brands, not their Jacuzzi brand, as you will see when you compare pricing and warranty documentation.Again, dont be fooled, Jacuzzi is now just a trademarked name owned by another entity (Apollo) who assembles hot tubs in Mexico with the Jacuzzi logo, 2 year warranty and uses Chinese pumps.

This is the second time I purchase outdoor furniture from this store. The first thing is that they have an extensive selection of outdoor furniture, umbrellas, pergolas, hot spas, planters, plants etc. two years ago I purchased a patio set cast aluminum which looks as new today two years later. Yesterday I bought another outdoor set for around the pool, an umbrella and two reclinables with the loveseat and coffee table. It took me over 5 hours to select, Marisa my sales rep was with me at all times, knowing that my indecision was causing her delays in future orders but she kept a smile at all times. I left the store and came back to change my order because I was not sure still. I thought she would kill me, instead she smiled and changed it again stating that she just wants me to be happy. Wow! thats what I call white gloves customer service. I will purchase from this store in a heart beat.

I would like to say wow. you will love the selections of outdoor set and the pricing is hard to beat. but the one thing that stood out in my head was a Gentleman by the name of Roy Roberts he is a sales advisor. that he was helping my wife and I. I would like to say what great guy. even when he had another client he always made eye contact with us and if we need any help the answer was right there. I myself already have Telescope products at my house. but the way how Roy went over all the feature, and warranty was mind blowing. I recommend poolandpatiodepot for all your outdoor needs.

We bought a hot tub there back in Oct 2017. Really pleased with the tub itself and the service. Unfortunately the hot tub had a problem last week (heater died). They came out immediately and repaired it. Highly recommend them.

Nice furniture. How selection. Hot tubs, cabanas, patio furniture, fire pits, outdoor kitchen/grilling. Overpriced. Not many options for customization. Staff can be hard to find and unfriendly.

As a customer, They have a great customer service system especially if you are Canadian.. The owners them self will treat you like a royal king and queen. and you will get a pool and patio bag with a towel and a beach ball if you spend any amount of money with them but if you are african amercian or Hispanic you will have to spend $2000 or more only 1 time i seen the manager give 1 Hispanic a bag and the charge was over a $1000 they only do for their own kind... The sale advisors are very great at what they do, they treat everyone equally and with respect. The receptionist is very sweet and greet very customer and they go out their way to make sure you are well taking care of. The store over all i will rate a 4... the store is very neat and clean thanks to the ladies in the front desk, But just a bit expensive...Now as an employee, They are very unprofessional, as an employee there i heard one of managers (cat) make her racist commets about Hispanics, she judges a person by the cover in a quick second..they will use you till they dont need you no more.. I was hired about 3 weeks ago by Alex and Cat.. They are very straight forward with you but not 100% honest with you...Today i got fired because supposedly i was late everyday but this was my second time hearing about it since i was late on my 1st day 3 weeks ago.... As i look into Alex face i know he did not want to get rid of me because just yesterday he told me he understood that i was learning everything and it will take time.Unless he was just talking out the ass...Cat is a very jealous person or hater i would say. She finds every little wrong thing to complain about and makes Alex do all the talking to make him look like the bad person..alex biggest pet peev, he hates when he is talking and u are trying to talk over him and he will rudely let you know if you are . I got the job at pool and patio because one of the young ladies left, and i took over the position and i think she coming back so they had to find an excuse, I also know that raises is this month, and they might not be able to afford it because i was getting paid more then others that been working there longer then me.they waited for me to do my whole shift to fire me at the end, they coulda fired me by calling me and i could haved started a new job already and it a coincidence that today was suppose to be my day off.... good thing i have an interview today, at a better pay, god always has a back up, amen. If you have children and you have to leave earlier then 6pm and cant stay late, cat and alex will hold that against you, if you can not work weekends you are no good...you get 30 mins of lunch 2 weeks vacation in a year, no pto provided....as a customer they have very nice thing and friendly place to shop, but as an employee just dont recommend for you to work there because they are not fair...as a job i rate a 2, they treated me well, but they have big time flaws... they need to get thier company organized before hiring more people, because there is alot of miscommunication.
