I thought I had purchased the 2 year warranty on my trailer lighting package. After a long search on their computer, it was found that I hadn’t . The connector had melted and I was not very happy. The technician found the replacement unit and the manager had it installed for me. What made this outstanding was the fact that even without the warranty, the manager did the right thing and did not charge me. Wow, you don’t see that often anymore.

Knowledgeable, personable service and a very good value. Tanesha answered the phone promptly and Antonio explained my trailer options when I called. When I arrived, they were both easy to work with. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Returning the trailer a few minutes after closing, they were both still there and enthusiastically checked the trailer back in. Thank you.

I wouldn’t even give it one star!!! Just left this establishment one of the associates asked the manager to assist me and he refused to do so. I over heard the entire conversation. I asked him just to simply point out the items I need and I walked them to the cashier and checked out. I had to ask a younger gentlemen to assist me with my things.

Who has a storage facility with multiple floors and NO elevator!!!!

Excellent service. I stopped in last minute and even though they weren’t able to fit me in the schedule ASAP, they took the time to call other locations and found me a location that could take care of me. They saved me several hours, which I’m thankful for.Thank you Tanesha!

Great job on hitch installation today. Johnny Coleman got it done super fast, and everyone at this location was pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with my experience. Im sure the bad reviews on here come from some of the not-so-nice customers that I witnessed while there.

The people that work here are the best. The manager is friendly and helpful. Reggie and Ricardo are on point. Johnny is the go to guy for hitch instalation and wiring. They have a lot of rental equipment. The only thing they need is more parking

In and out in under 10 minutes for truck pick up and drop off. Place is very clean inside and out. Tons of storage options, including outside access ground level, recommend a friend check it out for motorcycle storage.

I would give this location a high rating if it were not for the General Manager at this particular location. His demeanor towards customers is very poor from my encounter with him in person. In fact, the employees that work behind the front desk and outside are friendly and handle customers with respect and kindness.When you call the number listed here, you are calling a U-Haul call center, not the actual location listed above. You cannot have direct telephone communication woth the location above; what happens is the call center leaves messages at the u-haul location that you wish to speak to. My most recent experience which will be my last was calling in to rent a vehicle dolly. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the General Manager, Boldwin Gideon, would contact me. I waited and never received a phone call back the day i called, nor the following day.

Do not rent U-haul U-Boxes. $7000 worth of our belongings are missing.Our 2 U-boxes were taken back while we were up stairs getting our next load which was to be for the second box. As a result we could not put our own lock on. The U-haul representative informed Caroline that they put a lock on for us, but that they have thrown away the key. This representative also said that we will have to break the lock to get in to it.2) We still had the issue of our stuff which we couldnt pack because our U-Boxes were taken early. This U-haul location suggested we rent one of their vans and bring our belongings to their Sample rd.location ourself to fill the next container.3) We also did not like the fact that we were to break a lock to open our U-box upon arrival. We asked U-haul if we can avoid that. The clerk (female) at Sample Rd asked us to buy two new locks, put one on the 2nd U-box which we came to fill. And the first one they promised to replace the lock to which the key had been ‘thrown out’. We were told to leave the lock in the mail box labeled in an envelope - which we did. When the boxes arrived at our new home the lock was not replaced on the U-Box. After many calls about this issue U-haul finally sent a technician to open the boxes. The technician opened the box with what he called a “Universal Key lock” which he said every U-Haul technician has.

I made my reservation through a corporate account with the call center. I was having two uboxes stored for a month and delivered to my new place. They tried to deliver the boxes on the wrong day twice while I was out of the country. They then informed me that they were not able to deliver the boxes on the day (or even the same week) that I had originally planned with them. The GM of this location claimed that I had never provided a delivery date, and I was forced to rent (and pay additional money for) a box truck to tow the uboxes myself.

Amazing customer service from the guys at this location. However, they gave as a trailer with a tire with big blisters. It had treat left, but it was old with big blisters. Only one tire was bad.

VERY EXPENSIVE!! I rented a 10ft tuch to go to Miami and I was charged 0.99 per mile on top of the truck rental and gas. So I paid $300 for a day and a half. I could have taken a taxi and it would have been cheeper. We own a company and rent the trucks alot. THIS WILL BE THE LAST

New management please, communication between 1800 number service and store. the morning of my supposed pick up was a joke, it was a circus. i got a call around 7:20 that my truck was going to be ready @ 8. the store said i had no truck, not the size i reserved. called the hotline, spoke to 4 different people tell i got told the truth, delay from overnight turn ins. waited an hour while everyone else got served. then when i asked about my storage reservation, manager tells me i didnt have one. what was the point of calling the hotline when the store doesnt know. wasted more time to start process over again. after i got my truck i went to begin filling the storage. turns out they didnt put my unit number on my reciept so i ask the manager. he give me the wrong number so i had to ask again. after more wasted time turns out the manager gave me a storage unit with a rat trap inside and a unit with a steel beam across the middle which i hit my head 4 times on. And the door into the storage facility was nearly blocked all the way with furniture that ought to have been thrown out by the employees, it looked like it was left by people. I had to move some of it out of the way just to get my large items through the door. Horrible horrible service
