I normally use this location and usually get a pretty good service but that day I had terrible experience. I was charged for 5 days plus mileage upfront though I booked only for 1 day. After some negotiations with manager I compelled to agree as he stood his ground . That was 6 times more that I expected and I asked friend of mine to pay for this. The manager assured that I will pay only for what I use at the end of the day and he will return the rest of the deposit immediately. 3 days passed already and my friend still don’t get the money. Moreover as he was sure about quick return he did not check his balance and got the overdraft fee from the bank as u haul managers put deposit for 5 days on hold and besides charge him for 1 day and I have to reimburse all that to my friend. Be prepared for unpleasant surprises here
