Ive used Tim and Kathy for two docks and two lifts over a 10 year period of time, in Cypress Gardens. They have been great. I had a million questions and whether I called and asked Kathy or needed Tim to come out and look at something, they have always been responsive. They do good work at a price thats fair and honest.

I really want to give this business a higher rating but I just cant. All they are concerned about is securing new business and installs. If your a customer and you need service on your lift you can forget about it. My Cousin and I both hired this company to install our lifts. They were good at the install then when an issue arose you can wait literally 3 weeks or longer before a call back. My cousin called them for an issue 3x and finally gave up. I have been calling at least three weeks now for a simple repair and NOTHING. Trust me when I say there are a dozen other boat lift companies that I would choose over SE Custom lifts. Terrible and frustrating doesnt begin to explain my situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will kick yourself! Guaranteed! PS Kathy the office manager every time you call will give you an attitude and if she doesnt she will act like your annoying her!

These guys are true S. Florida con artists. Pathetic work. Drove pilings 3 feet til they hit coral and left it at that. They began leaning from the start. The lift was the only thing holding up the pilings. They said get it fixed and we’ll meet you on site. We knew they had no intention of making it right and they didn’t. Don’t give them the opportunity to rip you off call Octopus Marine Construction or another reputable company. Not possibly worth a one star rating
