He inspected my seawall a year ago when I purchased the property and I had him come out again to confirm what I was being told by a contractor that needed to be done to the wall. He again said it was fine. I had a third party inspector out who said absolutely not, confirming the work that needed to be done. This is a $20-30k job that likely would have deterred me from purchasing the property in the first place. Use someone else!
