These guys are unbelievable!!! Ted, the sales person made a cold call to me and was rejected originally but kept coming back and even asking if he could leave some literature. Then the back team lead by Mark is over the top great. Mark is a jewel and is brilliant and very understated!!! His team is so knowledgeable with great attitudes and desire to please.

These guys are great! They were able to reconfigure music zones for a reasonable price and switched Control 4 dimmer from forward phase to adaptive which at least so far 🤞🏻🤞🏻has stopped the led lights flickering. They’re responsive, professional and personable from start to finish. It’s been refreshing and encouraging to finally deal with decent people in home automation. 👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

1st Priority is a pleasure to do business with. They installed my whole house audio system in one day. They made sure they were clear on my requirements and I was clear on what they were to deliver. Their installers did very neat work, they ran all wires behind the walls and did not have to make any holes in the drywall to complete the job, and all equipment was tucked away neatly, so I was very pleased with the results. Our office has been looking at expanding, but the rate limiting step has always been our network. It was installed patchwork as the office grew, and every team that was brought on over promised and under delivered. With this previous experience, we were very cautious in who we brought on. We interviewed several different companies who, once again, promised it all and yet were nebulous when it came to details. First priority was drastically different. They provided a concise plan, addressed all of our concerns and were willing to work with our busy schedule.To say they over-delivered would be an understatement. They took our patchwork hardware and created a custom rack with upgraded hardware that gave us new capabilities we previously did not have. More importantly it was built with capabilities for easy expansion. A+ experience.

Bert and Jason run an incredible company and are always accessible to us. More importantly, they always solve our issues, and have made all our entertainment systems in the house incredible. We LOVE the Control4 units they have put in the house to control blackouts, fans, lighting, music and TVs. They are always completely up to date on the best and newest products. Alex and Amir always leave the house cleaner than they found it and stay until the job is complete; and Gunner is a genius regarding internet issues. I cannot say enough about First Priority Audio!

Came punctually. Gave thoughtful, accurate reasonable estimate (actually 2 estimates and I chose the cheaper). Installation on time and very efficient. Cost was exactly on estimate (no surprises). The system installed (high end audio system) exceeded our expectations in every way. Would use them again in a flash.

I contacted First Priority Audio to make changes to my Control 4 System after the original installer had let me down too many times. What a difference a firm makes! FPA, were professional, responsive, reasonably priced and delivered a quality service that I can not speak highly of. I met with Burt from First Priority a number of years ago - he was very knowledgeable and gracious with his time. I ended up doing a DIY system, and I regret it big time to this day. We are moving soon, and I will for sure have Burt do our systems in the new home. Not only does he know his stuff, hes a quality guy. Anyone who tells you its easy, do it yourself, save money is either a genius or a practical joker.

We had a huge project for our office that needed to be done efficiently and smoothly. We are a very busy practice and cannot afford to lose any time without access to the internet, phones, etc. Not only, did they do an incredible job, they were able to complete this entire project in a timely manner without interfering with our needs to function as a business . The entire staff is amazing and to say they went above and beyond would be an understatement!

Berts team is second to none. I am so impressed with their ability to integrate everything through an easy to controller app on my phone. What a life changer. Working with everyone on their team is like having my own team of geniuses.

Had a surveillance system installed February, 2017. Within a few months, one of the cameras failed. Two attempts to repair in the spring failed. Next appointment due to scheduling was in October and was told by the technician the camera was almost too hot to touch. Notwithstanding, a new camera was installed in late October. 1st Priority wanted to charge $125 for the service call to fix a camera that had failed shortly after the install, and which two prior attempts also failed. After discussion, 1st Priority waived the service charge. Now, less than 2 months later, the same camera failed. 1st Priority wants to charge to fix it. Not going to happen. After 3 failed attempts to fix something that hasnt worked since shortly after the install, I will find another installer, fix the problem and deal with this company in another forum.

We recently purchased a second home in Fort Lauderdale and First Priority Audio handled the installation of the AV system and electronic shades for us. Joel and his Team were very responsive to our needs throughout the process. The offered multiple options and suggestions for our space, the cost was very competitive, they provided a high level of customer service and engagement from start to finish, and the finished product is wonderful. They do excellent work! The company is up to date for the most part on the newest technology. The customer service is almost perfect. They guys try to return calls and emails within an hour. They will continue to work on a problem until it is 100%.Ive been a client for over a year now.

Hands on family run company. these guys are top notch, and very easy to work with in understanding what a customers expectations are, right up to executing the project. they are willing to tailor any project to meet the clients budget, and needs. never looking to sell or push product, but more interested in what the customer will be using the equipment for, and hitting that target.customer service for equipment education, and ongoing service is beyond. i never feel uncomfortable handing my clients over to Bert, and his staff once we have finished the project. i have never heard a single negative thing from my clients regarding their service, and interaction with First Priority.

After shopping around a few local AV consultants, I decided on FPA primarily because of their excitement about my project, their professionalism, and expertise.They never missed a deadline, were regularly ahead of schedule, and always very professional in our dealings.They installed a fully-integrated system in my house for two bedrooms, and three audio zones, in addition to wiring my entire home taking future use into account. We have great, fast, consistent wifi throughout, all streaming services are wired and run flawlessly, and all of our picture and sound it excellent.I really cant recommend these guys enough, and have referred them to countless friends since my experience with them.
