Jon and his team installed several tvs and a sonos system in my house. There were no real problems with the installation itself. However, I discovered afterwards that a sonos playbar was installed rather than the arc sound bar I had ordered and paid for. I tried contacting the company on several occasions with no response. When I finally got Jon on the phone he said he wasnt aware that the less expensive playbar was installed instead of the arc. He offered a $100 credit to me (site unseen), when the difference in cost was several hundred dollars between the two soundbars. Basically, he charged me $799 for the arc, but installed the sonos playbar valued at $499 instead (a $300 difference, not $100). When I insisted that he order the arc, he said he would order it, but it was on backorder until May. Well, its the end of May now and he hasnt responded to any of my emails or calls requesting an update. Ive been trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but I am not the only one who has written a negative review regarding their customer service. Hope Jon reads this and gets back to me.

South Florida Automation is great! They installed our speakers in our home theater and did a fantastic job. The whole process was completely stress free and they took care of everything. Their team is very knowledgable and friendly and made for a great experience. Will definitely be referring them to anyone who could use their services!

I paid John close to $20,000 for various improvements including a surround sound, outdoor speakers, outdoor lighting, underwater lighting etc. I had an issue with the sonos initially that they did fix, I then had them install new lighting in my house. I then started having problems with my underwater lights. He swore he ordered a replacement and months later said the company is out of business.I spoke to Lorraine in the office on at least 10 occasions and have been told John is too busy and will call me later. Its been over 6 months and still nothing. I even offered to pay out of pocket to get it fixed but still no return. Bottom line they are very nice people, however either through personal choice or lack of interest they refuse to fix my problem. Great initial quality, not so much on follow up.

Jon and his team did an amazing job setting up Wet Sounds speakers on my Midnight Express. Highly recommend this company to fellow boaters in south Florida!

I had a few problems after installation and left a message requesting some assistance. I left many messages and finally contacted (I believe) the owners wife. Lorraine PROMISED she would get back to me! She never did. I finally had to contact another company to resolve a few simple issues. In the process I learned my system has significantly better capability then they set up.
