I came to the store because it was closest to my home and they didn’t have the item that I came here for but they had a substitution overall OK so I will return

Showed up 15 minutes before they closed because I knew exactly what I needed, the guy was vacuuming, saw me walk to the door and ran to the back with the doors locked and a “be back in 15 minutes” sign at the door. Knocked for a few minutes until I decided to go to GMC down the street. I work in customer service I understand wanting to leave on time but that was just rude.

Ordered my probiotics supplement on sale, online and order was ready for in store pickup. So easy and convenient.

Always friendly and helpful. And they dont just push the latest supplement no matter what you actually need. Unlike gnc.

I love going there. You get points and you can get discount after an amount of points accumulated each time you buy something.

I just left this store tonight 1/30/17 and I could not be happier with my shopping experience. The staff was supper friendly and helpful. Especially the blond girl hat helped me choose my pre workout. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for to the tee. She help me go threw the nutrition content and everything since I was looking for Sugar Free and low Carb. Even helped me look online about particular items. Very friendly and very easy to talk to, and didnt try to push any of the more expensive items on me like they do at GNC. I will definitely be coming back again, and again for my nutritional needs :)

Just visited the store. Cliff was extremely energetic and extremely friendly. He greeted everyone that he came in contact with and tried to help everyone. Also very knowledgeable and very helpful. Hopefully I get his help next time I visit. Thank you Cliff

I recently visited this vitamin shop location with a long list of plant extracts that I didn’t know much about. Iwas greeted right away by one of the employees named Pauline, and she was MORE then helpful. She stayed with me for about 40 min to an hour helping me pick the perfect vitamins for my needs, you can tell that she really cares about the people who come in wanting to perfect their health! She not only helped knowledge me about the extracts that I came in looking for, but also recommended a number of other vitamins that I wasn’t aware of that are perfect for my needs. She went above & beyond with helping me and I am very grateful. it’s only been a few days since I started taking these vitamins daily and I already feel a boost! I will most definitely be back!

The only offering The Vitamin Shoppe has over e commerce stores is good personal customer service. This Pompano Beach location consistently has horrible customer service. Sales associates are more interested in their cell phones than assisting customers. Thank goodness for Amazon!

Really liked this place, even though it seemed like a grocery store with odd items on shelves toward the back. If you want some local honey or bee pollen from actual bee hives in South FL, this is the place to go. They let you sample the honey and it is AWESOME. I also found aloe drinks there and some great produce. Definitely worth a few minutes to check it out!

Check the EXPIRATION DATES. I was sold EXPIRED PILLS BY 2 MONTHS.They got my money but probably lost my business.I told the manager I just bought an expired supplement by 2 months, she did little but look disappointed.I told the employee at the register, who quickly swapped them and went on about his business.Not excited, and further disappointed the more I thought about it afterwards.If the manager would have showed A LOT of concern I would have felt better. If the employee would have went and told the manager, I still would have felt slightly better, even already knowing the manager did nothing.--------------So what happened? --------------I bought an supplement, a supplement that breaks the blood brain barrier, 30 minutes after taking, found it was expired, by 2 months, yeah, not excited about that. I opened the bottle, took one, I was in a hurry running errands, and noticed the bottle smelled like vinegar. I smelled the bottle, hmm, not comforting. Ran my next errand, a mile down the road doing some grocery shopping. 20 minutes later, I noticed the smell of vinegar in my car. I smelled the bottle again, checked the expiration date, and it expired 12/2018 and today is 1/29/19. Seriously…. Wat the heck? I told the manager, she looked disappointed. She said she was making her way over that way to check those bottles. Yeah, only 2 months too late. I started towards the register, went back to the manager, told her how important trust was with a supplement company, and that I lost what trust I had. She frowned, said nothing. I told the guy at the register they were expired and smelled of vinegar. He quickly mentioned he wasnt smelling it, asked if they were the same and swapped them out without using the register.Ill likely be finding a new place for my supplements, or just start checking expiration dates randomly on various supplements before buying at the next vitamin shoppe.It cant be hard to run a report that shows which supplements are expired and remove them. If it is, then operationally speaking, the shouldnt be selling supplements.

This Vitamin Shoppe and employees suck. The employees were all texting when I walked in and could care less that a customer walked in. They said hi, but continued to text and ignore me. I bought these peanut butter packets that were all dried out and NASTY. They gave me a $8.65 credit when I returned all but 1 packet (10 packs). They gave me a credit. I did not need the credit that day. Well, I went back a couple of weeks later to use credit. I was unable to locate the receipt given to me and just figured they had it in my account. The manager Brandon said No receipt NO credit. He was there when I returned the PB. The other sales clerk was just as rude. He saw I was upset about this, but would not budge. Terrible customer service, as I have spent well over $500.00 there. To add injury to insult, when I left store with nothing, they said You Have a NICE day They were very sarcastic and when I turned around outside of store they were both laughing. A REAL Class ACT! They have lost a loyal customer! Dont go there as they do NOT care about the consumer.
