Busy store, friendly owner and huge variety of desi products!

Cant get enough of their lentil Samosas, and snacks. They have all types of Desi, food, snacks, spices, and other goods. The variety is huge for such a small store and theres always customers about.They have some entire row of completely different lentils. Theres fresh cut meats and poultry in the back. Right of the counter lies a small selection of fresh vegetables along with other frozen foods. Theres entire bags of rice stacked in a row next to some small shopping carts (Count on using one when you come here) Plus Everything is halal! I love trying new things and the huge variety of items makes for finding very interesting items. Downside is that some items are either out or low in stock.

An excellent store for shopping south east Asian spices, halal meat and other grocery items. Always a wonderful shopping experience and polite staff.

Food was very good. Yesterday 1/23 was my first time trying it and I WAS NOT disappointed at all. It was almost a 25min wait but it was worth it. Lo main was delicious and veggie fried rice. Hubby had king crab broil and he really enjoyed it and hes very picky when it comes to food. I would definitely recommend them and Ill definitely order from them again.

This South Asian (Indian/Pakistani/Bangali) grocery store is near my house and is the closest one in the area. I have been coming here for the past decade and have seen this store go through three owners.The current owner has owned this establishment for a few years and recently has remodeled the place. I am happy he did this, as it gives a new fresh feeling to the store.It is located conveniently close to a mosque on sample road and has convenient parking.The grocery store has most of the basics any South Asian store should have, but has limited options.I usually shop at Patel Brothers since they do have more of a variety in both, produce and shelf items, and they are cheaper. I only stop by here when we need something urgently (naans, spices, etc.) and dont want to drive far southwest to Oakland Park.They have a local caterer who makes homemade food such as Biryani, Nihari, Karahi, Samosa, and Aloo Dahi Chaat which they sell as well.I recently learned from the owner himself that they now own the Sheesh Kabab restaurant that serves authentic Pakistani food and need the communities support.

Since I found out about A-1 Foods, I have stopped going to any other Indian/Pakistani grocery. The best thing is that you can get fresh/frozen meat (chicken, mutton, beef, turkey etc) neatly packed. Apart from that, you can get mostly everything expected of an Indian/Pakistani restaurant. The place is always neat and clean. Ample parking space available. Would definitely recommend.

Good store for Indo-Asian supplies. Clean and well stocked. Has butcher stuff at prices better than supermarkets.

I love the quality of the meat specially goat meat. They are really fresh. The reason i can say that is because i have tried from many Indian, Bangladeshi stores they say it is Fresh Goat but in real they are not. But this store is really keep up what they say. If they say Fresh Goat that means they are fresh. i Drive all the way from Pompano beach to here only to buy Fresh Goat from them. plus their selves are well arranged so it is easy to find spices.Thank you and Keep up.

It was amazing. I went to just snoop around and I ended up being fascinated with the amount of products available. Im certain there is something for everyone here if you look hard enough.

To everyone reading my review please don’t buy henna from this place I don’t know what kind of chemicals they have in that after my sisters used it, they had bad reaction to it.. so I suggest all buyers Not to buy henna from this place. They are scammers

Fresh halal meat, mutton, mince, etc. Brands like Dawn, Tilda, K&N, Ahmed and Shaan. Delicious kulfi, nice yogurt. Made me and my family so happy to see our favorites! Plenty of parking and not at all crowded!

Has info Pak spices and veges. They have Halaal meat also.

They opened up more than half an hour late. High prices as compared to many other Desi grocery stores Ive been to. Very limited section in comparison to other Desi grocery stores that Ive been to. Employees were friendly enough and as helpful as possible when I visited though.

Good variety of Indian/Pakistani spices, sauces, vegetables, and delicacies. In the back, they have a butcher shop. The location is good for people from S Palm Beach and N Broward county residents.

A1 Foods is always stocked with the freshest ingredients that I need to prepare my favorite Indian dishes. They are also warm, friendly and their prices are very reasonable.

The store itself has changed over time. As the saying goes, out with the old...in with the new. They still carry all your fresh halaal meats, beef, chicken,goat,lamb. They have all different types of curries- Shaan curry as well as Chief curry. They have produce- tomatoes,cucumbers, greens. Also in stock are the healthcare products- Vatica shampoo & oil, Lux soap. You will find what youre looking for at A1 Foods and Halaal Meat.

This place is really outdated. All the products are either expired or have very less time remaining to consume. By mistake i had bought a packet of snacks and when i went to return lady cashier was very rude. She was not willing to return money easily.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices should be the other name of A1 Foods. Im always treated like a VIP and family. A-1 Foods is always clean and well stocked. They have almost everything in the Indo-Pak grocery range - from spices, Rotis, Nans, pickles to halal fresh meat and Desi vegetables. Their halal meat in particular is exceptionally fresh and of excellent quality.Ive tried many Indo-Pak grocery stores in South Florida, but none come close to A-1 Foods in any category. Theyll always have my business.
