I came here on vacation and decided to try out this place. I wish I lived here year round because this gym is A++. John and Zach were so amazing in helping me for the week. Accommodating doesnt begin to describe the level of professionalism I received. If your looking for a new gym or are in the area you should look here. The cleanliness is a cut above any gym even without being in a pandemic. Thanks guys for making my vacation even better.

Affordable spot with all the equipment that one needs. Nice staff and its clean.

Not fancy but excellent equipment. If you’re serious and don’t need frills, YouFit is for you. BTW they are constantly cleaning the facility.

Great gym. Very clean. Only thing i dont like is the employee who is too busy on her phone to give you the time of day. Every time i try and check in its like an inconvenience to her to stop scrolling her phone amd takr my temperature. Very unprofessional.

Good selection of equipment, rarely crowded, pleasant staff, always clean. However, people are walking around without masks. This is not safe and personal should be checking for this.

The place is spacious and not so crowded as other popular gyms. Maintained in cleanliness. Need newer machines.

Go somewhere else, dont even bother spending your money here.

This is the worst place I have ever done business with. They double charged me for 3 months. When I brought it to their attention, they said they would pay me back. They never did, its been over a year now and they still refuse to pay me back for their mistake. If you dont believe me just check their BBB rating. They have an F rating and tons of complaints. Terrible place, take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Great location and seems to be very clean. Never too crowded for concern. Young man, Zac, at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Been going there since 2012. Home away from home! Great place to workout never real busy, free weights and machines and always clean. Great staff especially in the morning when edith is there love her to death!😊 Would highly recommend joining. Not a zoo like L.A fitness or no restrictions like planet fitness

Not clean. Gym just lacks any atmosphere. Very disappointing. Heading back to The Zoo a little further to drive but well worth it.

A scam operation unfortunately. Paused and then cancelled my membership in June 2020 due to Civid. Tried to show up in person to cancel but the gym was closed because they hadnt paid their rent - so again by email.Since then they have been chasing me and threatening me with collection and what not. They ignore any answer I give them and they ignore my documentation. Unfortunately I will now have to sue them to get rid of them. So be it.The location was nice but be VERY CAREFUL! If you become a member and try to cancel your membership later as I did after 7 years of non-stop membership, you are done!

Its great to walk in a be greeted by name by Edith. During my workout I hear her saying hello by name to other members. I dont know how she remembers all of our names! The club is clean, thank you Carmen. Would highly recommended this gym.

I absolutely love the overall quietness and cleanliness of this location. The staff appears to be quite friendly. This might happen to be one of my favorite youfits.

Good staff and very clean. Interesting cast of characters that go there. One guy always wear a Tom Brady jersey and jeans and another one tried to sell drugs to you. Overall though great place

Good place for the price. There is one guy who sometimes works up front who is super chill. Place has everything you need really. Only complains I have is lack of equipment. There is only one free weight squat rack and there are only two cable systems. Luckily the squat rack isnt taken up that often, but the cable station is a different story. For what ever reason, it is the go to place for the roided up beef cakes so they can stare at themselves in the mirror while they loudly grunt and get turned on by their own image. Im just trying to do some facepulls/ tricep pull down man, you dont need to hold the entire machine down for over 45 minutes because cables are the only thing your fragile brain can handle. Other than that, its a decent/affordable place to work out. The ceiling definitely has some mold due to leaks though.

Edith Gianos (or as we call her Eddie) is the first face I see at my gym every morning. She is a breath of fresh air, professional, polite, caring, dedicated and a joy to see. I look forward to seeing her smiling face, she always calls me by name and seems genuinely happy to see me walk in. I enjoy her sense of humor and she makes the gym a friendlier place by calling everyone by their name. Somehow it feels more like family that way.

Very friendly staff and the equipment is always cleaner than other clubs I have been. I prefer to come here because of that reason. It is so disgusting when the equipment is dirty. I love the staff and love the availability of the club.

Horrible experience trying to cancel my membership. I’ve moved out of state, so I called to stop the recurring payments, they tell me I have to come in and cancel the membership and then pay a $10 fee for processing. Processing a cancellation costs you money, just curious how exactly. Second, why do I have to come in to cancel my membership, I am out of state now. What do I do, book a flight to Florida in order to cancel? The front desk girls response was do you have a friend or family member that can go in and cancel, well if it doesn’t have to be me in person then why can’t I just cancel over the phone??? Makes zero sense.I am now forced to call my credit card company and tell them to stop authorizing this charge. Leave me with no choice here. Most gyms can email a simple form or something, youfit seems to be stuck in 1975.The gym itself isn’t bad. I liked it.

My favorite place to go to daily!

Always clean and the staff is great. If i have any issues its with the fact that at 5 pm every week day several groups of rehab vans drop off loads of people that tend to use the gym as their social hour and tend to use the equipment as a place to stand and chat with friends, this is an issue as this is also the time all of us working folks tend to also go to the gym. I wished they would go early in the morning when the rest of us are out there working.

For one you cant beat the price. Clean and extra friendly staff helped me sign up to painless and easy. Exited about workout in this great gym ......

I like walking in the door and be greeted by Edie. She remembers my name and always compliments me on how good my workouts are doing for me.She gives me hope.

Cleaning staff does a good job, the gym doesnt get as crowded as other gyms do during after work hours, and they keep the temperature pretty cool which for me is a huge plus

Depends what you want. If you want a cheap health club, which is relatively clean, and the people are average and well behaved this may be for you. Lots of people trying to stay fit, not real weight lifters. In fact, gym really isnt muscle friendly more about machines, light weights, and whatever the latest suburban health fad is. If your the type of person who want to pound the weights, be intense, get ripped, and put on some serious muscle mass- go somewhere else.

Ive been going there regularly for a couple of years and overall it is a good value. It definitely gets crowded often so if you plan to go after work you should try it out first. I really wish people would put their weights back and be more courteous but I guess that is just S. Fla.

I joined this gym without visiting first on 03/12. Big mistake. Location was far my house and the free weights section was tiny and overfilled with people. I immediately cancelled within 3 business days and they said I would get a refund of my initial payment of $30. Never received it. Then in April they charged me again for another $10. I called there several times asking to speak with a manager, who conveniently was never there, no matter which day or what time I called. I visited the gym and spoke with Zak. He told me that the reason why I never got a refund was because the old manager did not care about his job (wtf would he tell me this) and he assured the account was cancelled and he would speak to his manager the next morning to issue a refund. Never got a call from Zak the next day I called again. I heard the same thing over and over again...that they were very sorry and refund me. Its been another 2 weeks, just called again to ask with the manager...SURPRISE!!! not there, the lady that answered the phone, Jayne, said the same thing as the last guy..that she was very sorry and would notify her manager as soon as he gets in...I guess Ill just wait another 2 weeks again and pay them another visit. Such a hassle and an annoyance, makes me wonder if I stayed with them how much more nonsense I would have had gone through.

Great gym. Great staff. Never had an issue working out here. I ended my subscription to them because I no longer had time to go to the gym.

Annual fee after 60 days is ridiculous. Also, tried to cancel my membership before then because I was moving out of the area to Orlando and apparently it wasnt done correctly after seeing I was billed again, I called to discuss and was told that I had to go into the YouFit that I joined. So I drove 3 hours back down to take care of the issue and was asked about a receipt, which I never got. So when I tried to cancel again, I asked for a receipt and then I was told that there was not one until the manager worked with corporate to try and refund me the monies because of the error. I asked them to write something down to show I cancelled the membership and they told me it wasnt cancelled until the manager spoke to corporate. As I tried to explain once again, I drove down to resolve this as told and now they are sending me out the door again without what I previously requested. They ended up charging me more money to cancel just so I could get a receipt showing it was cancelled. So no, I would never recommend a YouFit to anyone.

Nice service. Allows you to bench, squats, and deadlift without complaints. Not like that terrible Planet Fitness, what gym has no bench or squat area.

Love this gym they offer a lot of great stuff with packages and have a super sweet staff! Everythings always clean and because of the size theres never too much of a wait for any machine!

I would give them zero star, 6 months ago I sent letter to cancel this gym cause I moved, but they continue changing me after that and plus took off 40$ fee for new year, thats crazy. Every time when I called them to check what is wrong, why they charged me again every next month they said that I have to wait until them manager called me, the manager never called me. After my tenth time calling them the manager told me that they didnt get letter cancellation from me and they not gonna give me my money back for 6 months, and that I need to send them new letter for cancellation. Those people are big scam!!!!

I join this gym a month after its open I seen a bunch of staff come and go so of costumers. in general a good gym but like another person here mention the free weight section is tiny and get over crowded they should move those weights to the big empty classroom that I never seen no one using . I like the gym but honestly I am looking for something new..

Started going to the gym about 2 months ago after a long break and they denied me entrance because I didnt have a towel, they didnt ask for a towel for 2 months and today they decided to, gave me a choice of either buying their towel or drive back home and pick one up, I was so annoyed I decided to drop my membership from the Lime Card to the lower one, but I have to pay $15 a month not $10 like it originally was... annoyed again I decided to cancel the membership, so they throw out that theres a $25 fee to cancel?? WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THAT?! Every gym I ever to go always pulls this crap, I cant wait to find a replacement gym, they need to make exceptions for members, not anger them to the point of wanting to cancel... and if they really cared, they should just supply their own towels not charge an entrance fee for those who forget to bring it...

Very orgarnize

This is a great place to work out. They have plenty of machines, play decent gym music- satellite radio, usually dancey stuff :) and its the only location to offer classes! The instructor Jules is the best, you will always leave her class sweating and proud that you made it through! She is very encouraging and incorporates a lot of different workout styles. I love this gym, the staff is nice, its clean, and they have a no meathead policy ;) My one criticism is I wish they would enforce the wiping off of the machines more. Of course like any gym, it is busiest after work hours, if you can work around that time it would be best.

First off, this gym forced me to give my bank account number and routing number to even join....what if I didnt have a traditional bank account!, Second, I cancelled my membership with this gym after 2 months due to being seriously injured in a car accident. After my cancellation (which by the way was done 11 days before any more fees were to be charged to me, so I was within the timeframe set by the company) they went ahead and charged me for a yearly fee and have continued charging my monthly fees up to and including a monthly fee for this month. I had planned on re-joining this gym once I have recovered enough from my accident, but at this point I can tell you that I will not be doing so. Im still waiting for a manager to call me back about issuing a refund and even after that is done Im probably going to have to change my bank account information so that they cant continue charging me. Be very careful and REFUSE to give your bank account information if you decide to join this gym.

My experience overall is a negative 1. The gym is smelly, its always over crowded in the evenings, air could be cooler and the guy looking female manager is Rude & Disrespectful. Nothing but Bad experiences with her. Shes been there a few months now and my husband & I are leaving because of her attitude. She needs to be fired. Ive been a member for about 2years or more, but after today we canceled our membership.

Awesome workout Gym with lots of nice people

Not impressed. The weight lifting area is poorly laid out and overly crowded. If you want a good cardio workout, this place would work. If you like pushing the weights around, look elsewhere.

It has all te main machines and free weights also some cables and plenty of benches, it also has a circuit zone with mats and and medicinal balls and ofcourse it has a room for fitness classes like yoga and zamba etc the only thing is that is not open 24 hours but I thinks is because is not worth it for them so maybe in the future that can change.

This youfit is sucks i was using a ten pounds weight so I forgot to put it back where it supposed to so Catherine was the employee she came n say when you Done with da weight can you put it back i was like OK no problems I thought she put da weight back the way it supposed to so when im about to leave da gym she say if u Don put da weight back u aint coming back here because she had a problems with one of my friends for da same issued before so when I spoke to the manager name Beth tell me come back to talk to her n apologize really u da Manager tell me that nonesense I. Was like a I aint Goin back there she say ooo ur membership cancel for any youfit Good job God see ya

I joined one week ago. I have gone 4 times since then. I like this place so far. First time joining a gym. I agree with comment below about enforcing the need to clean machines after use, most people dont. I always do! The Mr who signed me up offered a free hour with a personal trainer. I took this, and the trainer has pushed me to sign up for his classes. I cant afford it at this time. I will have to try and tell him polietly no. As far as I can see, the place is clean and so far the staff is nice. Still early in my experiance though, so who knows. I hope when it comes time to cancle I am not hit with hidden fees as comments below suggest. However I reviewd my contract very carefully, and found that canceling will only require a 25 fee AFTER my hear contact is up. Perhaps people do not read what they sign or ask enough questoins when signing up. Only suggestoin I would make to the gym is please have a physical copy for me to look at before signing up, so others dont feel theyre getting ripped off. Also, the comment below about too many black people is HIGHLY innapropriate! Really, what a rasist jerk.
