I gave one star should not have gotten that! Made appointment did not show up did not call! I expected them between 9 And 10 am! 10:20 I called not coming need to reschedule! Not an apology nothing! I recommend that no one uses them!

IT is a family company that has existed for more than 50 years. They are a very stable company. the windows are very great price and exelent quality. They gave me the best service and delivered the windows before the indicated time.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service business. They wasted three days of my time. First day, they call a couple hours before my appointment to cancel because their van was in the shop. Reschedule for the next Monday. Day two they show up an hour late in a car. (Van still in the shop? or was that just another line to cover their incompetence) I was told I needed three new crank mechanisms.I say fine go ahead and install them. She then says she doesnt have the parts, and will have to go to the supplier to get them. She calls and it turns out they are closed. She leaves stating I will hear back from the scheduler within the hour. Of course I never heard a thing. Day three. I received a call at 1pm saying they would be by at 2pm. At 3:10pm I called and was told they are in the complex and would be there in 5-10 minutes. A bit over a half hour later they show up, (in a car. Wow that van must really be in need of serious repair). At this point I am so fed up I decided to cut my loses and just pay them their $45 service call fee. (no way I want them touching my windows) I pulled out my card and she said we only take cash or check. Interesting it clearly states in their ad they they accept visa and master cards. Sorry to be so long winded but to bottom line is in my opinion avoid doing business with these folks.

I am very pleased with the quality of service that was provided by our tech David. I booked the appointment online and received a confirmation information of the tech. He arrived on time and he serviced the garage door in less than an hour. Worked clean and was very nice and the price was excellent no hidden costs. Thank you David

Im more than satisfied with my windows and my new french door, the quality provided and their service was beyond what i expected. Everything arrived in time. I definitely recommend this business.

Do not come back to fix damaged materials they installed and do not return phone calls. Half the time you get an answer machine and messages are not returned. Worst service experience I have had in Fl.

Set an appointment 2 wks in advance. Failed to show up for appointment and failed to return calls when trying to determine their whereabouts. Would not recommend.

They promise the Windows would be install on time and they didnt. Begging for someone to do their job when you have already pay them is a horrible experience. I would recommend to go to another place with more customer friendly staff.

Very unprofessional. They dont answer the business phones, Theyll set you up an appointments and they never show. You basically have to beg these individuals to work, which is pretty sad.
