I had a lock that was broke in the locked position on a set of French Impact Doors. I called a locksmith. I wish I would have found Ralph before the locksmith. During the process I found Ralph at Integral on the internet, and called him. I could not hire him for the job because the job was too far along. Ralph was kind enough to give me advice on making sure the locksmith completes the job correctly. He also followed up with me to make sure the job was done, and it was not a job he was hired for. He knew I was frustrated with my locksmith and gave me some great advice. Someone who takes care of a person who is not even their customer will be my window and door guy in the future. I wish I would have found him 3 days earlier but will use him and recommend him in the future.

As a Property Manager, reliable service providers are a must. I have had the good luck to use Ralph and his team on multiple properties. Without fail they consistently resolve my issues within a timely manner. They communicate clearly and set reasonable expectations for service. They arrive on time ready to work!!

Had two leaking windows in the back of our home that nobody could quite figure out. Had several repair companies come out to look at it and only suggested to replace both of the windows. The windows were only about years old. We were not going to do that.We had the neighborhood handyman try his best. He was nice, but after all his efforts.....still leaking. We called Weather Shield and they referred us to Integral. the source of the leak was above the windows and stucco trim. Was never caulked from day one. End result....Leak is gone.Very Polite and knowledgeable. Have referred them to my neighbors cause they have the same windows as we have in our home.

Called several companies to repair 3 rot damaged windows in our home, and was ready to give in. They were the only ones to call back and show up.The windows and doors in our home were installed by the previous owner and we found out through the research that we have done, these wood windows are rather expensive to replace.Windows were repaired and work as they should. The service man identified where the problem was that cause for the wood frame rot to begin with.My wife and I couldnt be happier with the repairs they did and we were so glad that the windows were able to be repaired. So glad we found these guys and highly recommend this small company.
