Excellent staff! Costco is well known for great prices, add a great staff to that, and you really have something! I cant say enough about this place. I shop there very frequently.

There was a long line at Deli as there was only one guy serving everyone. I went and got the attention of one of the managers, Adam. He noticed there was nobody to help, so he, himself stepped in and started helping. That is what you call a manager. Im pleasantly surprised. Thats is the difference between a leader and a boss!

A wholesale club offering a wide variety of products at super prices. Food, clothes, books, housewares and a pharmacy plus much more.Very good food court but limited selection and the best gas prices.

Have you ever checked the difference in the gas price? The gas station close to my home is 70 cents more expensive than Costco gas station.Also the Magnolia condensed milk. Two cans in any supermarket cost around 5 dollars. At Costco, six cans cost US$7.69. However, I only find it at Costco Sample Road. The one in Congress Ave does not have it, at least the lady could not find it at her computer, at Information Services.Another product that is worth checking the price: prescription glasses. Irving works there forever (at least twenty years) and now they have Emely, who has great manners.Overall, I think Costco is a great company.

Always excellent customer service. Had a nail in the tire. It was fixed promptly and the repair cost was very reasonable. I would, as always, recommend a Costco membership. They were also the only people who could get me in to have my car repaired. Every other tire shop was booked and not doing repairs, which obviously is not an option for a tire leaking air. Thank you Costco.

Hands down the best Costco! Pleasant, helpful people everywhere. Had tires put on... great experience. Have been through self checkout... amazing service. I went through assisted checkout... wonderful and kind employees. Ordered food... easy process, wonderful service, yummy food. Would highly recommend this costco even if its a little out of the way. This is the first time Ive physically set foot in Costco in over a year. Im happy to see that it has survived the pandemic. Its still the place where you buy two quarts of something, 1,200 of something else, and 64 of another thing. It wasnt crowded and the customers were all masked even though its, well, Florida. People were being patriotic and showing leadership as we fight the last of the virus. Thats good. They still have the $1.50 hot dog lunch. Thats good, too. Tragically, the hand-cranked onion auger is no more. Turning the crank to dispense onions on my hot dog was always a high point of my Costco visit. Admittedly, that thing probably want the most sanitary device ever in history, but Ill still miss it. All in all, the news is good. Costco is still Costco.

I found it very easy to spend $250 when I swore I was only going to go into the store and buy one or two items. The store is very nice and well laid out. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean.

Costco is great! My wife and I love the selection of goods and services. The only reason I took off 1 star was just due to the usually crowded conditions, (no really their fault, but still an issue. The gas is also convenient but also usually crowded.

For a small park it has a lot to offer it’s very clean, I love the playground there’s a section that is just for a little kids and then bigger kids.It has a dog park personally I don’t have a dog but it’s nice that it’s available.There’s exercising equipment Provided for the public.Over a very great park.

Over decent place with good deals for household items but a few things tick me off over and over - they always harass me to upgrade my membership when I check out, and several different years I’ve gone to get some summer toys only to find out they’ve cleared out all the summer stuff, when summer is not even over for another month! Yes I tried calling to see if the items were in stock and there was no way to get through to anyone. Definitely a wasted trip this time.

The place is very clean, organized, and well lighted. My only issue is this is the third weekend that they dont have the varity case of Gatorade I like. Only had cases of Fruit Punch, three racks of Fruit punch and no other kinds.

I love this place. Very clean great customer service. On top of that I had a very speedy check out. Oh yeah and dont forget to try their food stand. Amazing!!!

Nice place and good prices

The good, a lot to choose from. The bad, the fruit they sell goes bad in 3 days even inside the refrigerator or outside. Do not buy the cut fruit they sell on clear boxes. Do not buy the sliced Salmon trays because they are extremely salted and oily. Parking is always an issue, empty carts are not picked up frequently.

Poor customer service. I am an executive level member purchasing for resale purposes. The staff at this location make you feel unwanted and make the experience overcomplicated. I will not be coming back to this location.

1st time member! the customer service staff was super friendly and provided different payment options with lots of discounts. We bought a 12 X 14 gazebo for the backyard. they even took it to the truck and make sure was safe. This store have me as customer for sure👍 great service.

Visited on Sunday 10:30 AM, at 11 AM the store flooded with people and many humans had No masks. Just like the Davie, FL. location, too many people inside the store with little parking. Not a good shopping experience. The ability to self check-out fast, allowed me to give 3 Stars.

It was my first visit to this Costco location. The layout was different from the one I usually visit, so it took a few minutes to get my bearings. Other than that, no complaints. Typically good Costco experience

Not much else to say about Costco from me. I really cant think of any complaints. If I had to dig, but like many markets, t?sometimes they discontinue items that I like.

I purchased my eyeglasses here within the past year and today I needed them serviced. I spoke with Bobby, a licensed optician for over 25 years and he immediately addressed my concerns. I wear hearing aids and typically wear a mask since the beginning of Covid-19 . (BTW, Ive had THREE Moderna vaxxes) This has created a challenge when you add my glasses. He was able to adjust them, replace the nose pads and at no cost. He understood my problem, as he told me he also wears hearing aids, just not at work because of how noisy it is.Bobby is an asset to Costco!

A regular Costco. And as usual the staff was great and helped me. Forgot my card and they helped me get a day pass and even remembered to ask if I needed to get gas so I didnt throw away my day pass early.

The products at the Pompano, Fl Costco are consistent with any other location. However, after witnessing a manager act in such a verbally demeaning and disrespectful manner to a staff member, I refuse to shop. If you can’t treat employees with respect and monitor the type of managers hired to provide the appropriate leadership, you should not receive business. Even if a staff requires disciplinary action, berating them in front of customers is humiliating and grossly inappropriate.

This Costco is awful, how do you impose limitations without any signs advising such. As much as I have shopped at Costco with my mother this location gave us a difficult time in attempting to purchase 2 paper towel packages. That’s right not 50, 10, or 5. Just 2, one for her house and one for my house!To be clear my issue is not the limitation, but the lack of signs advising consumers of this and then having the audacity to refuse to allow us to purchase once at the register. It amazes me how I pay for a membership to shop there when I can easily go somewhere free, let alone anywhere else. So…… I did. I chose not to purchase anything and went to BJ’s wholesale instead.Yes, I spoke to a supervisor Asha who was adamant on selling the 2 packages of paper towels even though there were No Signs!

Don’t ever go to this costco’s food court. I’ve been in dozens of costco’s from the west to the east coast. This is by far the worst costco food court I’ve ever been to. These people move extremely slow, can’t count (fulfill orders in sequential order), and will give your order items to people just ordering when you’ve waited 30+ mins. Straight garbage service.

This is my first time visiting this Costco, Im from Brooklyn,NY and thats where I shop at all the time. Comparing this Costco to the one I shop at home this one was less crowded but again Im from the city. I was able to get what I wanted at a great price and to top it off I was able to use my Costco card to get cheap gas. I couldnt have done that in Brooklyn. Lol.

Costco is great especially if you have a large family. Love the cape cod chicken salad, Daves pickles, the ready to cook salmon, and the ready to eat street 🌮 tacos!!!

Costco is really good on a Wednesday. Its not too crowded and the line was extremely short. The cashier was fast and there was a woman about 75 putting stuff in the wagon she was like lightning. I was very impressed. Everything they have in Costco is good quality. Its one of my favorite stores.

This Costco is super busy 7 days a week. I recommend going weekday afternoons. You may have to fight with bubbies for samples but it beats the parking lot wars that weekends bring.

Great quality products are offered all the time! I have not been disappointed with any food products-Costco or name brand, clothing, fresh produce, household items, wine and liquor items. Staff in the store are friendly and always willing to help you. Customer service is also wonderful. I recently returned items and could not find the receipt- no worries! They have four buying history ...and gave me a full refund!

If you have a big family 👪 I recommend this place its going to be less cheaper for you than other places.

I like products at Costco; but this location needs some management and customer service training.On multiple occasions I have been there now there are rude employees and Carts are filthy. I used 10+ wipes on two different carts and they were still black and the cart was still gross. I have a toddler who rides in the cart and I told the employee who was cleaning the carts that they were bad and really needed wiped down....he responded with ....that’s not my job lady, I only spray them I don’t wipe them down. So in other words .....they never wipe their carts down and don’t provide wipes to customers and it shows bad.Second trip - door guy asked for Physical card....I said I have it online where I bought it....he said I can’t let you in the store without the actual card - not true - it can be used from phone app - but I went in the exit instead and wasted time waiting in line for a physical membership card.Food service lady very rude - she gave away our order when my toddler and I went to wash our hands while waiting - she said I called # 3 times you’ll have to wait now and continued to give out the next 10 orders before I said something again - still acting like people shouldn’t wash hands before eating after touching money to pay - glad she’s wearing gloves but if she doesn’t wash her hands first I’m not sure it matters. Either way she needs a major attitude adjustment.Checkout lady also rude. Overall, just seems to be toxic work environment without appropriate leadership.No wonder they don’t let you in first to see the type of place you are buying a membership.

This place is a mad house but I love it, the influx of new things is great. Fantastic wine selections, oven roasted chickens are always tasty and fresh. The cashiers get you in and get you out, they handle the lines like well oiled machines, while being friendly!

I went to costco to purchase some items for my husbands business while he waited for me. I had my own costco card and i was going to pay with my husband costco credit card. The guy at the register asked me rudely who that was to which i said my husband, he treated me like a thief and even had the rudeness to call security on me, at which point i told the security guard i was going to pay with cash. They could have easily dealt with this is a more respectful way. Did they need proof that he was my husband, they could have called him or i could have shown them our wedding picture. My husband authorized me to use his card and i was treated like a thief.

As with most Costcos everywhere, theres enough on-hand to basically furnish a small home. This particular one neatly fits the mold: clean, generally well-stocked, with courteous staff. Most times worth the trip, except for the usual parking-lot headaches--but thats not their fault; price of popularity I guess...

I have only been using Costco since they opened in 1987. I can think of no big box store that does it better. Not Lowes, home depot, BJs, best buy, no one!

Great warehouse store however you really need to have more than 1 or 2 people in your household to justify some of the quantities available to buy. Great deals on electronics, household items, and eyeglasses

Never had a problem before but my experience today was absolutely horrible. The staff at checkout was very disrespectful for no reason what so ever. And just for this ONE horrendous incident, I will take my hard earned money else where.

Its a great place to get all your food clothing and household needs they have a lot of very interesting stuff at Fantastic Club prices on the outside you can beat their gas prices its the lowest Ive ever seen around you have to have a BJ credit card for that you should try and take it out why my friends and family go there for land needs especially their gas

10 am is a good time to shop. I went in and out in less than an hour.

Who does not love Costco?? This location is always busy; however, the management and the staff have it figure out. Process in place to insure smooth shopping experience.

We made our membership fee back for years to come from the amount we saved by getting eye glasses there. The gas price is about 10 cents a gallon cheaper than the lowest price around. If youre a fan of soft serve vanilla ice cream, dont pass that up, but be prepared to buy it after your done shopping because you cant eat in the store (Covid).

Costco rules. This one is no different. I recently moved to Port St Lucie where Sams Club is the only option. Sad days. :-(

I love Costco this is the best place to shop for everything you need. Ive been shopping at Costco since I was 14 years old now I am 51 years old. What a store I havent find anything like it. Its tough to get information from the employees in customer service. After a long lapse, I rejoined in December of 2021. I explained to the agent that my reason for rejoining was in order to purchase Coscos gas, which is always cheaper than the regular gas stations. Membership cost $60 for the year. I could not purchase gas there because in order to do so you must have a Visa Card, which I dont have.After much checking on the internet, I just figured out that anyone can purchase gas there by buying a pre payed Cosco money card for $25 and up to quite larger amounts, that can be used for buying gas there. No membership is needed.It was like having your teeth pulled to get this information out of them. It took me 6 months to figure it out.So 4 days ago I got gas at Cosco for first time. It was $0.20 per gallon cheaper than anywhere else in the area.There is no service fee for the purchase of the card. In order to use the cash card in the store you must be a member but for gas purchase, you dont. As a matter of fact, if to insert your membership card into the card reader, before the cash card, it will reject you. Just insert the Cosco Cash card and follow the instructions on the screen thats on the pump.

I guess all Costcos the same found what I was looking for and more a good place to shop very convenient

I didnt find the octopus I wanted or the coronita beer. I went there just for that.

My husband and I went to Costco today. A wonderful and very helpful employee named Douglas helped us in find things we wanted to purchase. Without him we were able to complete our shopping list.
