Wow what a great salon I got my hair done by Pilar. she did an amazing job and I absolutely love it she was so sweet and nice to me I would definitely come back again. Pricey for what youre getting and theres only ever 1 cashier working, and theyre always opening up a credit card for the customer ahead of you. Why do stores still do that Ill never know but if you are gonna open credit cards you need to open another lane.

Honestly I can’t thank her enough for being so patient and so kind as My husband and I picked out two beautiful wedding anniversary pieces. She was extremely knowledgeable, allowed us to look at any piece that I wanted to try on and even allowed me to take a break to walk around the store and come back to make my final decision. Now every time I wear my beautiful diamond and pearl necklace and my gorgeous diamond and Safire ring, It will not only be in celebration of our wedding anniversary, but also we will remember having such an amazing experience with Jessica who help me pick them out. I found Pilar at Instyle salon at Penneys, Pompano Beach, in February. Since my first appointment, I have had my haircut, color, highlights, shampoo and blow dry with her. She is wonderful!! She does a beautiful job with color and cut ...and EVERYTHING! She is also very kind and conscientious. Im glad I walked into Penneys that afternoon, she fit me in, after no salon care for over a year, since Covid started! Thanks Pilar!!

An item i returned was recorded as if i purchased with a gift card. I NEVER used a gift card and couldnt get the refund in cash that I paid. Spent 40 minutes to no resolve. Will remove JC Penny from my shopping in the future. Horrible experience

Used online store on Dec 16 2020 to buy item over 200 USD their shipping policy states standard shipping is 4‑6 business days. Paid on 16th shipped on 19th from CA to FL expected delivery on 30th. I called to Customer center got rude guy yelling and talking over me saying almost it is my fault and they cant do anything or compensate in anyway, well conversation ended up with F words. I never saw that much of hostile CS from reputable store, I used JPC as alternative to AMZ to give them a chance, apparently I was wrong. They lost 1 customer because of their bad customer service but not 2 week long shipping. Stay away from their online store! Cant even compare with AMZ customer service.

Ok but had a 30% off coupon they said didnt apply for my sneakersAfter I complained manager offered 15%I took it but feel cheated because it didn say on that coupon that it excludes shoes.

Hard to believe this was my Moms Penneys from the 70s walked up to the door as they were opening and was asked do you need something I said yes want to shop response WE ARE NOT OPEN this was said as another employee was unlocking the doors as it was 10 went in and then left as realized they dont like shoppers in here

Poor return process. No way to return an online purchase. No return label, customer pays for shipping, can not print out a return label. Can not reorder a different size shirt. Great shirt !!!

I went to the salon on Saturday and Leia did my color. it did not turn out anything like I wanted. I am a dirty blonde naturally but the color lift on my roots came out strawberry which looks terrible on my, always has. but she came in the next day on her day off to fix it and color it to my liking. it came out very beautiful. Thank you for doing what you needed to in order to make sure I am happy. i truly appreciate it. Great stylist, super professional and very patient and kind.

Although I love the clothes and always find what i need at a great price, the store is dismal. The ladies room is never clean and the dressing room,especially the floors are disgusting and dirty and full of hair. Been a card holder for over 20 years, but please clean this store! Service is also very mediocre .

Absolutely the best place to shop. From women department/customer service, the ladies are amazing, from jewelry department, Jessicas fantastic. She knows what I need right away. Shes very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. From the time I walked to the store and the time I walked out, I have a smile on my face. For me, the store feels like a second home, were even have nicknames for each other. The managers are lucky to have such a great team working for them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much guys for your kindness, your patients and your love. I am highly recommend JCPENNY Pompano citi centre.

Big place but they do not have any wheelchair available. Furthermore, you have a lot of sales adds, but when you go pay for them, the price is not what was shown !!! I got a Puma T-shirt in front of the cashier, saying it was $9.99 but when I went paying it, they say it is $19.99 instead !!! I showed the sale ad but they say that all those stuff starts at $9.99 !!! What the hack !!! The same happened to some shorts, that magically had their cost raised from $6,99 to $15,99 !!! Do not recommend !!!

We went here just before Christmas, to find a new pair of pajamas for my daughter. My first thought on walking in was that the place needed some real updating. It had the feeling of an older outlet store. In short, it felt dumpy.Its a much smaller store than most of the other Pennys. It didnt take long to find the lingerie dept. The problem was, I think the entire department was smaller than the bedroom in my house, and that isnt very big. I think I actually saw about 6 pairs of PJ, 3 of them being heavy fleece, which doesnt actually work for So. FL.I only briefly looked around the rest of the store as we went through, but didnt see anything worth a closer look. While its more trouble to get in and out of the other malls, its worth the effort.
