I renovated my entire kitchen and worked with many different companies on the project. IMAC was by far the best company I dealt with during this project. I contacted iMac for a price on a stone that we found and he was able to give me a price over the phone with a few elementary drawings. After agreeing, he sent out his fabricator who was wonderful. All I can say is wow! Charles was so accommodating and seemed to always be going out of his way to help. It was like clock work. I picked out quartz and then soon as I called him to get it put in they were there immediately and the turn around time was incredible. I was looking for a quartz countertop for my bathroom vanity. I called at least 20 different places. Most businesses didn’t want to help me over the phone or they quoted me a price double my budget. When I called IMAC Charles was extremely helpful. His price was very fair and it comes with sinks! He sent me pictures of what he had in stock. The whole process was done via text. Very easy! After getting the run around for weeks by two other companies, I started going down a list of stone fabrication companies I found on Google. I found IMAC design, checked the reviews and made the call! For me, the issue i continued to run into was pricing and getting someone to actually start the project (which has been a nightmare), but this was not the case for IMAC. Charles (whom is the owner of the company) immediately gave me a quote, the time he would send the guys over for measurements and the start date for the job over the phone! When we redid our kitchen we missed a part of granite on a window sill. I had been calling all over to see if anyone had a remnant of the granite I needed. Most people wouldn’t even talk to me. Charles at IMAC, not only helped me, he went to shop on his day off to look. He found the granite and cut it for me. I can’t tell you how nice this shop has been to work with. When looking for new countertops in South Florida, IMAC immediately popped up on my Google search as one of the highest rated in the area. I shopped around quite a bit and decided to go with IMAC because of their pricing, honesty, and workmanship. They sell real name brand products (not the stuff thats manufactured in China, India, Vietnam, or Brazil) and have very fair pricing. IMAC, Charles and his crew SAVED MY LIFE! We called him on a Tuesday, he had 6 of his men at my house the very next morning to remove a huge broken slab that was left at my home by another nightmare fabricator (be careful when shopping for fabricators). From the moment we walked into IMAC Design and were greeted by Charles, our experience was nothing short of outstanding! We explained our project; building a beverage center with quartz counter. Charles patiently showed us a bountiful selection of gorgeous quartz and it wasnt long before we spotted the exact perfect piece for our project. We settled on a very fair price and, going the extra mile in customer service, Charles offered to drill holes in existing pieces of quartz that would accommodate a soap dispenser and disposal button, not provided by the builder. This was a challenging job that required a lot of patience and skill in setting the quartz just right. Charles crew knocked it out of the park! Day or night, he would respond within minutes of a text or call with advice, ideas, and information. He was the only company rep from all the places we obtained quotes from to explain the process, grades of product, and install techniques. We finally decided on massive 2 mitered quartz counters with dramatic, contrasting veining. His cutting team made the veining continue on the mitered edges and across the seams perfectly.Installation and templating were a breeze. Pablo, our installer, was timely, quick, and meticulous. 100% would recommend this outfit and we will use them again in the future.

Had such a wonderful experience working with Charles and his crew! My new kitchen looks amazing! It was seamless from beginning to end. I had been to many stone places and Charles got me to the right one and met me there to help with my choice. You can’t go wrong with Charles and his crew! The installers were so incredible too! It’s quite a process and we had one of the biggest islands they’ve installed to date!

What an easy and satisfying experience it was working with IMAC Design for my laundry room remodel. Charles personally met with us explaining the fabrication process and was in reach every part of the way until installation was complete. My girlfriend and I were referred to Charles with IMAC Design and Stone Fabrication for our new kitchen remodel. His professionalism and communication was top notch, especially during this difficult time with COVID. He was very easy to talk to and was always answering questions for us, no matter what time of day. The only thing we were upset about was something didn’t line up with the template they measured and the actual cut out of one slab of quartz. Once installed, we noticed the countertop didn’t line up perfectly to our new cabinets and wall. But once the kitchen was completed, you could barely notice!

Christina and Charles are great. I was really hesitant at first - they bought IMAC from a woman whose work my husband and I loved. However, my fears were absolutely unnecessary. They did 2 kitchen rentals for us which turned out lovely. Recently when we remodeled an old house, and I wanted a black and white kitchen. Christina took us to so many stone and granite locations, some of them twice! and was patient and professional every time. Christina’s sense of color, style, what is current and ideas on what could look good in your space is on point. I really wish I knew how to post a picture because my black and white kitchen is FABULOUS!

Charles and his Team took the worst experience I have ever had with another stone fabrication company, and turned it into one of the best with his company. He and his team took over the job after we had to fire who we originally went with, and completely saved the day. I can’t say enough good things about Charles and his team. Even the project manager doing the build back was impressed by how fast, efficient and reasonably priced this project was. The results are nothing short of amazing! Template on Monday, installed on Thursday! My project manager said his guy would take 10 days from template to install!! The only slight hiccup was they forgot to install the strip to secure the dishwasher. But no worries, one 3 minute phone call later and the team was on their way to correct it, and they finished the job by reinstalling the dishwasher and securing it for me before they left. 5 stars for customer service. 5 stars for quality. 5 stars for price. There is no reason to look for another stone company, you’ve found the best.

The owners Christina and Charles were wonderful! They had a great selection and had the countertop installed very quickly. We weren’t home when the countertop was installed and when we saw it, we realized our contractor incorrectly measured out the countertop and it has to be cut down by over 5”! Charles was so nice about it and coordinated to have it removed, corrected and redelivered. Their customer service is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for countertops!

IMAC Design and Stone Fabrication recently installed countertops in my kitchen and guest bathroom. Their customer service, attention to detail and responsiveness was wonderful. When I was worried about choosing a coordinating backsplash for the kitchen that would match with the countertops and cabinets, floors and overall design I was going for, Christina volunteered to meet me at the tile store and walked every single aisle as we looked at options that would pull all of the elements together. She has a great eye, and everything turned out beautifully. IMAC was also well coordinated with the other vendors which made the communication on my end feel seamless. When the install team was in the house they were respectful, courteous and fast. I highly recommend IMAC Design and definitely would use them again.

Please do not use this company!!!! They ruined our counter. The quartzite we chose has a distinctly directional pattern. They cut 3/4 of the counter with the pattern going one direction and the last quarter (which was a seemed piece) they cut with the pattern going the opposite direction. It looks terrible!!! When we contacted the owner to let him know about the issue, he said there was nothing they could do and offered us a $200 discount (It was a $3400 job); which is a complete joke. Completely unprofessional and very poor quality work. One star is being generous!!!

Most people talked about renovations nightmares,well I lived it for two and half years when we discover our kitchen had a leak and we put a claim though our home owner insurance. Our nightmare had started! From our own homeowner insurance...then the mortgage company (refusing to release funds) then contractor issues taking money and disappeared, we had to fight every body our only smooth part of the nightmare was Charles and his team from IMAC DESIGN AND stones....I am loving my kitchen because of you IMAC! IMAC gave me a sweheart of a deal on stone I couldnt normally afford, let me tell you this fusion-granite oversize island with a bar is to die for, I wish I could insert pictures for you. Everytime im having breakfast in this lovely kitchen, I say thank you to Charles and the entire IMAC team. You were my light in my horrible NIGHTMARE! and honestly wouldnt be able to do it without You! Thank you!!!

Recently worked with iMac to have my quartzite countertops installed and they were extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive! Their install staff was extremely polite and in good spirits! They delivered and installed my countertop and were very careful about the placement of my sink, faucets, and cooktop. Also the seams in the stone are practically invisible and the countertop looks beautiful!Very thankful to have worked with Imac!

From our initial design meeting through to the finished product everything ran smoothly. Phone calls were answered promptly, installers were punctual, professional, and tidy. A home run!

We are very pleased with Charles and his teams work. My boyfriend and I were having a summer kitchen built and the paver contractor recommended a countertop guy, but his quote seemed a bit high. Philippe found IMAC Design and Charles gave him a quote over the phone, and recommended a piece of granite that he had in stock, based on Phils description of our colors. He texted Phil a picture and the next day they were out creating a template. It came out great! Everything Charles said he and his team would do, they did. When he thought there may be a problem with the size, he contacted Phil immediately. They may have run out of the granite originally agreed upon, but they had a similar piece that blended well. Great communication, quality & reasonably priced. Fabulous job IMAC Design!

After searching and receiving quotes from over 5+ companies.. Im so glad I found IMac Design & Stone. I already knew what the low and high price ranges were by the time I contacted IMac. Charles came and was very honest and straight forward about everything that needed to be done. He gave me various options and ideas as well as showed photos. After getting his quote I will say; it wasnt the cheapest, but I was happily surprised based on what I choose. I decided to go with them to complete my kitchen. Charles and his staff are very easy to work with and very professional. My job was estimated to take about 10 days or more, however they had it done in one week. Outstanding! High Quailty Work. Highly recommended.
