1)Cabinet handles installed crooked and uneven2) they did not send anyone to measure the space, but instead had me measure it.3) told them the size of the refrigerator, and the space where the refrigerator is was barely big enough to fit it. I told them 32 inches and they made the opening 32 inches.4) measurements and placement of some of the cabinets was uneven, so I had to make them remove the cabinet and move it over a half inch.5) if you speak Portuguese, you’re in luck… If you do not, no one will be there to understand what you want done.6) Doors installed unevenly7) they put pull out drawers in the wrong cabinet.8)The painter was supposed to be installed 34 inches from the back wall to the front, using a 24 inch deep cabinet, but they installed it right to the wall and had to remove it and reinstall it properly

Extremely professional and friendly company. Everyone at the office were kind and quick to help with any questions I had. My kitchen came out better than I could have dreamed. I highly recommend them! To say the kitchen needed a renovation was an understatement. Getting it changed out for the best value was the goal. After meeting with several different companies for design and estimates we decided to go with Blue Diamond based on the how professionally they responded to all our questions and concerns, quality of the products, and the cost. Some places wanted to charge us to measure, that was done at no cost to us so that they could give us an accurate design and quote. They had everything we wanted in terms of cabinet features. The whole process was great and painless. Once we finalized the design, cabinet selection, countertop, and sink they were able to start the following week. We asked how long the whole process would take from demo to completion and they said it would be about 7 business days. Well let me tell you, they were fast and professional all the way. They came when they said, they were clean and tidy, there where no hidden fees or charges at all. Everything was installed and delivered as promised. Brenda from the office, who quoted and designed everything with us, and the owner called us several times to make sure things were going well and that we were happy. I am happy with how everything turned out and would happily recommend them to anyone renovating!!!

Diamond blue stone did a great job in a timely fashion. They were very cooperative and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, great costumer Service. We are going to hire them to do another project in the near future! My kitchen looks incredible I couldn’t be happier !

UPDATE: They hired a new guy who speaks very good English to resolve any remaining issues. The last 2 cabinets are now installed and dishwasher is secure. Thank you for making everything right! ☺ - I take back my 5 stars and now give them only one. These people are very nice in the beginning but then after I paid them I was left with unfinished installation of appliances and electrical work that I paid $500. I have left repeated messages by phone, text and email with no response. They also promised me 2 more cabinet doors that I will never see because Im done! They are supposed to be good Christian people but screwed me over in the end! And now Rebeca has just screwed over her own family business for refusing my calls and leaving me with an unfinished job. Now I have to pay someone else to do what I already paid this company for!

I have remodeled many of my homes through the years, this Company is justifiably incredible. The tile work that has been done by Diamond Blue subcontractor Doug is second to none. He took his time, looked at every angle to make the look of the bathroom look authentic, his cuts around the standing woodwork is the best I have every seen in any tile work from any company I have ever hired. Camila, the owners daughter who handles all the contractors is hands down the best and most pleasant to work with. Gave me suggestions, pictures of previous bathrooms her company has done. Even brought me around the grounds to look at the granite, she had from other jobs, and found the best granite out of all the granite places I went to for $800.00 for a slab of granite. She is amazing. All of if this came out to be the best quote for these two bathrooms out of 4 Companies who came to my home. HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE AMAZING.

The cabinets they refinished for me were beautiful....until you look closer. There are many touch ups needed on the paint job. After SEVERAL phone calls and emails, the owner finally came last week to look at the areas that needed touch up. He took photos And said he’d call the next day. No call. I’m still waiting for a call. The communication and scheduling is poor.

Diamond blue stone just completed the installation of cabinetry in my master bathroom and installed 3 new toilets. The end result was fabulous. I had both a guest room and master bathroom done at the same time. Vanities, sinks, granite tops, fawcetts. Both came out amazing, and I get many compliments. The sisters were great to work with, and offer opinions if you need them. The work was scheduled and completed in one week as they promised!!! I highly recommend them!

After working through some comm issues we have a beautiful kitchen. The Diamond Blue Stone staff insisted on our complete satisfaction and we got there.

The owner is very professional. The ladies are very patient. We had some hiccups, but they were attentive and responsive. Issue was fixed and service was rendered accordingly

They installed the kitchen cabinets a year ago, but during the last year long, we got water leaking in the kitchen sink. After blaming the original water pipe installation and we spent money with plumbers, they found out, after 8 months, that the sink was loose causing vibration and damage the pipes. Now, even the owner said that he will go there to fix, has have been more then 3 months with a lot excuses and now he is not answering our calls.
