Our flight arrived early so we got to check in early which was very nice. Our room was super clean smelled great. Guy at the front desk was very present. Great location as well.

NO I DONT THIS IS THE PLACE I STAYED, SINCE I CANT REPLY TO YOU, ME AND MY FIANCE (GREG) STAYED THERE AND THAT IS HOW OUR ROOM WAS. ASK YOUR FATHER THAT WORKS DOWN STAIRS HE CAME IN OUR ROOM AND HAS PICTURES OF THE ANTS IN THE BATHROOM FLOOR, DONT LIE TO ANYBODY WHO SEES THIS............We stayed 4 nights, our 1st night was great. The room was clean and the beds are comfy. Its right across from the beach which is a plus. The 2nd night was horrible we had to switch rooms and that room was infected with ants they were crawling all over the bed (I got bit 15 times that night). The guy down stairs did they to help but all he could do is change the sheets but whats the point if the ants are all over the room and the bathroom. The only thing they did for us to switch rooms was change the bed sheets but thats it. The floor was gross and had food by the beds

Given its location, it was overall a really good stay for the money. The rooms are very clean, I didnt have any problems with the parking, and its a short walk to the beach. However, Im not giving it five stars because I was not very happy with the service at the main office. They close at 7:00 and if youre not there in time, then I dont believe you can check in for the night. Also the beds were not as comfortable as Id hoped. Other than that I was happy with it.

The people that answer the phone are the most disrespectful people I have ever talked to in my life. The guy last night noticed my New York area code and told me he was in New York and I should come find him so he could knock me out. He threatened me and said a ton of disrespectful things all while he couldn’t find my reservation when I had a confirmation number. Great outside service this company uses!!

Positive: Location is very close to the sand and pool area was clean. Store on site with great drinks and snacks. Negative: Room was dirty, sheets had dirty black marks on them. It was gross.

Dont listen to these fake reviews on here. Booked for 6 days. Room was extremely filthy we kept our shoes on. Not once did they clean the room or refresh any soaps, coffee ect. We had to go ask for towels and blankets. There was some very sketchy tenants upstairs where a caravan would pick them up and drop them back off in the afternoon. I overheard one of them talking on their phone that they put him up there because he was sick and later he can return to the program! This was the day before we left we figured it out. If you wanna be around a bunch of addicts stay here. If we had known we would have booked elsewhere. Pool was filthy.

BED BUGS INFESTED! and got no refund Giving this place 1 star is because of the room. The WiFi and TV don’t work and I’ve never been so disrespected by a worker in my life! Me and my fiancé stayed one night and locked our key in our room and went to office for this little Indian guy to tell us that if we did it again we could would be kicked out. I asked him what his name was and he yelled and me and said not to worry about it. That’s no way to treat your customers. No wonder we were the only one staying tnrte!

Terrible!My job takes me throughout the United States. Recently I was teaching in Pompano Beach which made it necessary for me to find accommodations for 4 nights. I have never been treated with such a level of disrespect from the front desk as I did from a person who called himself AP. I told him that I had to drive 4.5 hours to get to his motel. He told me if I was not there by 8:30 PM, it was took damn bad for me and hung the phone up. I was shocked.Fortunately I was able to find accommodations at the Comfort Inn that was less expensive, offered a hot breakfast, had a pool, clean rooms, and is always open for business. Additionally, the front desk was courteous and accommodating.

Very Accommodating, clean and wonderful, friendly staff. Needed 2 rooms last minute for a family of 7. They had 2 rooms and let us check in early. Once there they noticed family of 7 with smaller children and they offered to upgrade to a beautiful new 1 bedroom suite at no extra charge. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Everything was clean, am stay in 3 different rooms and the rooms was so nice.

The check in was a bit odd as you need to go to the store in the front to check in. The room smelled a bit funny when we checked in so we opened windows to air it out, but not all of the windows actually worked to open. The amenities in the room were good with a full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The furniture, floors, carpets, beds, etc were in very good shape and were very clean. There were spots in the walls where they were not finished well and overall lots of the room was dated. The door key (yes an actual key) had to be giggled a bit to work to open the door. The windows were old style Florida windows and do not exactly close all the way. The night we stayed there were high winds which blew through the windows making a lot of noise. There was also a lot of noise from thunder and neighbors across the street and the noise was a bit much. Generally for the comparative price it was acceptable and I would stay again, but would fall short of actually recommending it. The people running the place also seemed very nice.

Great pool, access to beach across the street, a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant but the food Mart is still great! Our neighbors are very nice and staff is even nicer! One neighbors is always high and having the ambulance called because the idiot jumps I to the pool while drunk/high.

My family (including my 3 year old) recently spent 2 nights here. We are beyond pleased with our experience. I was a little nervous about booking a room here since the price was much lower than others nearby but Im glad I gave it the chance. Our room was clean and comfortable. No loud noises could be heard between rooms. Nice selection of tv channels and free wifi. The pool was clean and fun, nice colorful underwater lights at night. They even had a handicap access chair to get into the pool which I thought was just very thoughtful. They had lots of seating and tables to eat on outdoors. Good courtyard area with lots of nice plants. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The hotel owners and staff were extremely pleasant. I was overcharged $20 due to a glitch when my room was moved from an upstairs room to a downstairs room. They told me it would take about 6 days for the money to go back into my bank account, so I just asked if they could give me a credit in their store (which was filled with all kinds of things and had decent prices) they said that was fine and told me if I didnt use it all they would pay me the difference in cash. The cleaning staff was there daily. If we are ever back in the Pompano area we will for sure stay here again!

What we seen today was disturbing crime scene everywhere you look at the end of the day a body was rolled out of the room. Cant tell me if it was a murder or what verdose was told investigation is still on going. . This hotel is trashing up the neighborhood.

This hotel is disgusting! I would give it zero stars if I could. The lobby is a liquor store. The pool is run down and the rooms are old and totally not like the pictures. I tried to talk to the owner but he rudely told me that the room was not refundable. I offered him half the money I paid and he was not willing to work with me. You would be better off staying in a tent on the beach!

Small selection, but convenient. The old fart that owns the place or I believe he owns it, is rude and hasnt a clue what customer service means. I never usually shop here, only ever stop in if I dont feel like driving anywhere much better.

I booked a room a few weeks ago. My email was deleted. I was calling for confirmation and since my husband used his card and not going to be with me, the rude person answering the phone said i couldnt have the room. I just got married, my name isnt the same yet. I cant use his card. I GET it. He told me to get another hotel when i called back! We were going to transfer money to my card to book it. He said get another hotel! Im just tryi ng to meet my grandchild who born in February =( and confirm what my husband set up. Zero customer service. I will be talking to the actual manager of this hotel. Check your details to all that may think of staying here

Rather nice place, right across the street from the beach, very clean, nice people and Sam even allowed me to keep my motorcycle inside the gate close to my room so it was safe! Highly recommended.

The cleanness was just so so. No ventilation in the bathroom and no phone in the room.But it was well located - near the beach.

I had to give one star to post this review but they get NO stars. Jorge “the name he gave” is EXTREMELY rude. (Supposedly they manage) This hotel called my phone (i had a reservation) WITHOUT introducing themselves or even letting me know where they were calling from, saying, “WHERE ARE YOU?” My response was automatically “excuse me?” He rudely repeated his questions saying that I am not there so where am I. (To check in) —— first of all, the room was PREPAID! In full!!— I explained I was traveling and I won’t be there until late. So with an attitude he responded that they close @ 8:30 and I needed to be there by then. (Online I picked late check in up to 1:30am) but WHAT HOTEL CLOSES -__- so I explained that if they had to close then I will check in when they open. He hung up. BTW the first call was BEFORE CHECK IN TIME. Around 11pm I received another unpleasant call form this man. Again asking RUDLEY where was I??!! I again explained I was driving (8 hour drive) he said he didn’t care what I was doing and if I wasn’t there within the next few minutes he was canceling my reservation and keeping my money he proceeded to tell me I need to find myself somewhere else to stay. (Ummm RUDE) I explained to him that the stay is prepaid and on my confirmation says my room is guaranteed! He rudley threatened to cancel my entire stay, keep my money and he doesn’t care if I show up or not because he’s keeping the money. I booked this through Travelocity so of course I got a refund through them and I will be reporting this hotel and giving a bad review. If you can treat someone like that over the phone imagine if it was in person. That is just terrible!!! You are here to provide good service and provide rooms not rob people and deny rooms. Never will I ever even think of booking here they are a joke.

So my brother books a reservation for my boyfreind and though its an option to book a reservation for another person, the prooerty canceled the reservation on their own w/out notifing us. So when we arrive and find out its been canceled we decide to stay since there were rooms available. Well they were rude condecending and racist to say the least... So my boyfreind s amex card was charged when we opted out and decided to stay at the hotel next door. The owner who is male stated the money was put back on the card. Its 2days later and the money still isnt there. Whats even funnier is that today at 11am would have been the checkout date and at 11 30am im asked to rate my stay and experiance. It was not a good one. My suggestion meet the office people or owners 1st before u give over personal payment information
