I frequent the 7-Eleven all the time and the morning staff are always very nice and polite and always helpful and every now and then I come at night and a woman named Donna always greets me with a smile at least behind her mask and is always very nice and makes it a pleasure stopping bye to shop

Beware!!!! Would not let my 4 year old son use the restroom!!! I was a paying customer. Shame on you!!!!!

I dont understand why but this store is often inconveniently closed. Its 10:45am, the door is locked. Middle of the day, late at night, this store has its doors locked very often.

Disrespectful employees. Pushy and arrogant. Steer clear of this location if you can.

Came by this location to use the restroom and get coffee upon asking the young guy can I use the restroom, he told me to hold on he have to ask someone to see if it working... if you work there you should know if the restroom available or not. So I went in the back to pour me some coffee I can hear this lady talking to someone about how she the only one clean up an if no one else is cleaning up or fixing things around here. So I went to pay for my coffee the young guy said the manager said the restroom is close due to no one want to clean up after themselve... wow.

I stop here at least 4 times a week. Not sure what is going on but lately the experience is too much to even be bothered with. People right outside the front door always asking for money. Tonight upon entry was met with 3 handwritten with pen signs. 3 separate signsNo bathroomsNo Cash BackNo Bills over $20Got to the slush machines and both of them had signs the simply read OUT.On that note Im out too. Didnt spend a dime this time.Good luck

For some odd reason, I come in 7 eleven every morning for my coffee. Lately it seem like the line get longer and longer, no one regrets me but I waited about 10-15 min to get to the cashier,she scan my items aint ask me about the 7rewards or nothing just pressing on the screen fast, then I ask can I put my number in she look at me with a attitude. Never felt like this in 7 eleven, my last time going there. I ask to speak with the manager she said I am the manager,I said I dont like how you talking to me, she replies she dont care how I feel, you can leave her store so I just walk out.

Came to pick up a bag of ice and was met with a disgruntled employee named Donna who was argumentative with the person in front of me.Donna kept trying to get the last word in, called the customer stupid, and would not end the conversation even though customer kept trying to end the discussion. It was very uncomfortable and I will not be returning.

Great staff, great environment, love the manager. He is friendly and got lots of great staff working for him. Prices is great on everything. Store always clean and everything easy-to located. Staff know the store Any questions they can answer. Owner always available to help. Thanks 711 for making my experience great

This is the best 7-Eleven around. I pass 2 different 7-Elevens by my house to come here. They remembered my name after the second visit. Every now and then you will get a tired worker but they dont last long here. Really good employees majority of the time. They just got a remodeled design from 7-Eleven and they always keep the place clean.I met the owner who works in the store alongside the employees and you can tell he cares about the employees and the customers. Keep it up 7-11.Do yourself a favor and come to this store. Its like the Starbucks of convenience stores 😀.They got in Spinners and they have light up ones too!

The old lady that works night is extremely rude. she is constantly fighting with customers and today she picked a fight with me. she told me to goto a different store if i dint like the way she is running her store.

The guy working today is so kind and friendly! This is the only store within a 30 minute radius that sells the famous Blueberry coffee!

Wow my experience at this locations was amazing. The owner was there and greeted me with a smile and a happy attitude. Very clean . Couldnt ask for a better store to go to.

I stopped to get Iced Tea and said, hey pal do you have iced tea? The young man at the counter with dreads said, I aint your pal mother fer. I was shocked and will never go to 7 11 again.

What an absolute joke when it comes to customer service!!! I will be following up with management and corporate about Shandrea and her severe lack of customer service skills.

ATM was broken so I tried to get cash back. Rude lil Hatian cashier only let me swipe once for $10 and although Ive swiped twice before to get more cash back he refused to let me do a 2nd purchased and sat there and argued with me. Hes a liar and has no customer service plus the place is filthy

I walk in to get the minimum $5 dollar cash back but the guy tells me theres a $5 dollar minimum in order to get cash back . Since when has 7-eleven required you to spend 5 bucks to get 5 bucks . I say the hell with this store Only at this one has that ever happen to me.
