Actually, I would give 0 stars.I asked how much for a carton of cigarettes, he told me $39.99, I said just give me 5 packs I ran my card and left with the 5 packs, only to find out he charged me for a carton. I went back in and showed him the error he made, but he refused to give me the difference. SayI dont have a recite!!! I didnt get my recite from him and he knows that I just bought the 5 packs from him. Hes so desperate for money that hell RIP you off right in front of your eyes
