Excellent job by Oscar and his team at The Closets Company. The custom cabinets, desk and murphy bed they made for my home office came out beautiful. They did a great job communicating with me from start to finish. Albert, their installer was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will be sure to use them again for any future projects.

We had 3 different companies give us quotes for our master closet renovation. By far, The Closet Company came in as the least expensive. Almost by 1/2 of the others. Oscar came to our house and outlined all the options available to us and by the end of the meeting, he had given us a beautiful blueprint of our new closet. The installer, Cesar, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He made sure to clean up afterwards too. I would highly recommend this company.

I have met Oscar & Diego at the Home Show last year. I kept their business card until I was ready to get my custom closets.I’ve called Oscar on April 7th to get a quote. He showed up on time and started his presentation. From the very first moment my wife and I thought he was savvy and knowledgeable. He pointed things to improve our clothes and tips to keep it organized.After visit was completed and measurements taken he sent us an email with the estimate.I was impressed with his drawings and how professional he was.We decided to hire them for the job and complete 6 closets in our house!We were installed on April 30th and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.Now we will add the pantry and linen closets (3 of them).We also considering on doing the garage cabinets, laundry and a wall unit for the TV.Amazing turn around and his installers are part of the ownership of the company also.Way to go!! 5 star review and a lifetime of loyalty to him and the company!Thank you!

Great company. They put in my master BR closet system. I then had then back to do my 2 guest room closets. Office staff was very nice. Oscar came quickly both times to give me an estimate and within a week the installation was completed. The installers were very quick and did a great job. I had new closet I checked out 3 other companies before I made a decision to hire them. Two companies were very high priced, but The Closets Company came in at a similar price to another company I checked, but they offered a 10 yr vs a 5 year warranty with the other company. They had excellent reviews, and it really was a no brainer to pick The Closets Company. .

The closets Company installed a closet in my townhouse in Pembroke Pines and we are very happy with the design and price that was offered to us. Oscar the owner did a good job designing the space and Michael his installer was excellent as well. Dont be fooled by the extensive marketing by the some of the larger closet companies, do your homework and make sure to give these guys a chance to quote your job.

My husband and I worked with Emily A. at the Closets Company to design custom closets for our two master bedroom closets in our house. She was very professional from day 1, punctual and attentive to our requests and needs. Emily was a pleasure to work with - very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our closet installation day was set back a day due to Hurricane Matthew, but the installers came the following day and installed both closets in under six hours. They worked very fast and they were also very professional. They did not leave a mess, they were very clean and didnt leave any marks on our walls or floors. I cant wait to contact Emily to help with our pantry and laundry closets. I highly recommend The Closets Company for any custom closet, shelving, or storage needs in your home or business.

The Closets Company did a fantastic job installing my custom closet unit, makeup vanity and bathroom shelving. They were able to transform two very small spaces in my closet and bathroom into wonderfully organized units. They were professional throughout the process, diligent in communicating with me and reliable. The installs look great and are of good quality. We had custom bedroom closets installed by the Closets Company. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of their work.We worked with Diego, one of the co-owners of this local company. He listened carefully to our needs and then he designed custom closets for our master bedroom that exceed our expectations. Diego always answered my calls and responded to my questions.We took bids from three other companies. And we also visited other companies factories to see what technology they use to create the products. The Closets Companys factory and showroom was flawless and their technology is more advanced than their competitors. We saw that for ourselves.Their price was in line with the other bids but their service and professionalism took them over the top. It was an easy decision to hire them and we will certainly use them again.They promised a date of completion and they met that date. And Diego was never pushy throughout our decision making process and he never talked poorly about his competition. The other companies salespeople were pushy and had unsavory sales techniques. I wont mention their names. This review is about The Closets Company.I cannot say enough good things about Diego, his company, and his installer Albert. Albert worked very hard to make sure our closets were perfect.I highly recommend this company.

I made an appointment with this company and scheduled my entire week around it. The day before the appointment they called but left NO VOICEMAILS as to what the call was in regards to. Once I became available to call them back that same day, no one answered and I proceeded to leave them a voicemail. The next morning, as I am 10 minutes from the meeting location with my designer, *I CALL THEM* again to find out if everything was still set for the meeting, only to be told - by very unprofessional staff, by the way - that the meeting was canceled because I wasn’t able to answer the phone at the time they called the previous day. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, never experienced this with a vendor before.

A resolution was reached which wound up costing us an additional $600 to $700 dollars from the initial estimate which was for the highest end closet material. The material that best matched was the middle grade material, which when calculated, was still too much money when you consider the chain of events that took place.The fact of the matter was they did not show us all available material samples in order for us to make an informed decision. The fact of the matter was when we first did not see eye to eye with their initial proposal to remedy the situation I asked them to remove their product from the house and keep the $1500 deposit, he left and said okay. Only to change his mind the next day and force us to accept the material and pay them 100% of the contract or the additional $2000 for the new matching material.As always there is two sides of the story, and I am sure their version will be much different. But I can assure you that what I am posting is an accurate description of our dealings with this company. If you decide to go with them make sure you have all available information and that youre 100% certain the product you pick is what you want and not what they think you should have from behind their desk after only a short visit to your home.-------DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other closet companies to choose from, and we wish we never called them. They did not provide us with all possible color samples UNTIL AFTER we realized the selection we made was in fact gray when the entire home is brown with earth tones. Please also keep in mind their installer said it does not match and as well his cousin who came to home to deliver additional material agreed it did not match! When they came back out to look at how the color turned out it was THEN, after we signed a contract, that the color samples came out, and in fact they had about 40 to choose from!! BUT FOR SOME REASON WE WERE ONLY GIVEN TWO!! AND THE TWO we were given was of textured material that had the highest mark up. But the one that is an exact match, the mark up wasnt as high.Each and every time the owner came to house we had massive projects going on, and instead of making sure we HAD ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION TO CHOOSE FROM, he seemed more interested in writing the contract and getting the deposit check.I told them to keep the 50% deposit check and remove the one closet out of three they completed, but that is not good enough. They want all their money because they dont have to room for our material. Their solution, keep what we had ordered which does not match or spend an additional $2000 which would bring to total bill for three SMALL (non walk-in) closets to just OVER $5000!!! All for particle board constructed materials.The bottom line, we DID NOT HAVE ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION to make our final decision on the closet portion of the home remodeling project!! And for the past month an a half we have work with EVERY SINGLE trade and service provider out there to the tune of $10s of thousands of dollars and The Closets Company WAS THE ONLY business or service provider that did not deliver or provide the service expected. This was the only project that is causing massive aggravation, and believe me there has been a lot of hiccups with this project home of ours, BUT THEY ALL HAVE BEEN WORKED OUT, EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE! So beware.

This is my 4th or 5th project completed by Oscar and The Closets Company. Amazing experience and job done to perfection as was the case the previous times. Oscar is very patient. You dont have to be hesitant to ask for redesigns or throw in last minute curveballs. He will take his time to make you happy. His prices are very reasonable. Their designs are always creative and very sharp. The final product always turns out just as you imagine it. His team is very courteous and gets the job done clean and fast. We called yesterday about making an appointment. The lady on the phone told us we didnt need an appointment, we could just come in. We arrived today to be told that there are no designers available and we would need to make an appointment. This isnt the way to run a business.

In early May 2017, when after-season construction was finally permissible in our very upscale Mizner Grand 4-bedroom condominium, on the grounds of the Boca Raton Resort, under its by-laws, my wife and I sought to upgrade our laundry room cabinets. To complicate the situation, we were travelling the following week for almost ten days, and were scheduled to leave the state on May 26th for five months. A tight schedule indeed.I met with Oscar Ruiz from The Closet Companies, and two other competitors. Oscar’s price was in line with others, but he alone was able to meet our schedule, literally fabricating the cabinets, stone counter top, with under-mount stainless steel sink, to install in two weeks!The work was perfect, with Thermo-foil door fronts, mica over wood shelves for lower cabinets where water could damage them, and mica over MDF for upper cabinets. Oscar’s men expertly cut and polished the counter top, and connected the plumbing for the sink.I am happy to recommend The Closet Companies for any cabinetry without reservation.
