Tried to find some work shoes just couldnt find my size

I love their shoes and prices.

Got nice water shoes

They had none of the shoes they advertised & what they did have was in very limited sizes/colors. Customer service was zero.

This is one of the only shoe stores I consistently find shoes I like. They kind of reel you in two by two pairs with the way they do their sales but its okay because I usually find two pairs I like and I dont shop for shoes too often. Overall a positive experience the few times Ive been here and I always buy something. I deducted a star because they usually dont have my size or my girlfriend size and end up having to wait for it to come in the mail

Good prices for the shoes that we were looking for. A good selection but they werent organized very well and some werent available in a lot of sizes. They may have been in the backroom but there would have to be an employee to ask if you needed help around.

People that work here are very rude I dont know why it could be the pandemic but I went here twice once to buy shoes and wants to exchange the shoes for another pair not friendly at all I think they need some education on how to be nice dont recommend going there to get help they were not helpful

Very racists associates. With managers who dont care about customer service. Save your peace of mind by going somewhere else.. I am a very frequent customer. And to be treated like this at an establishment I spend thousands of dollars at every year is ridiculous.

Bogo 1/2 off in and out in 15 minutes, and the kids are both styling with new kicks.

Nice place. My daughter wanter to go see what was there. Very disappointing shoes werent organized. Not many sizes. There were sone good buys . Alot of nice selection. They also has a beauty section which i found ok also. Wasnt as clean as it should be. Reminded me of a flea market. Not alot of help around. I guess if you really want a good deal on shoes and you need them quickly you can go there but otherwise as a last resource.

They do have a good selection, but even their sale prices were not competitive compared to some other stores where I usually shop. We needed help, so we asked the guy who seemed like an emplyee... and he said he was also shopping and been looking for someone to help him... not sure if its always like this or we just happened to go at a bad time.

Nice Sales Associates and Clean Store. Their buy one get on 50% off always helps. They seem to always be busy too

Largest selection and best managers in 100 mile range. I always find great deals.

Great prices! Many selections! I walked out because I came in for back to school sales, nobody offered any assistance i wasnt greeted at the door, I had trouble getting out the door with my stroller with my 1 month old and 5yr old the supervisor and staff on duty just watched .. keep in mind two white families came in and they were immediately greeted at the door.. dnt worry Im not yelling racism because the supervisor was black.

Nice place to shop when they have the BOGO 1/2 off sale, but they are otherwise a bit on the pricey size. Checkout lines are always long and take a lot of time.

Poor customer service. Asked where the tennis shoes are, and the gentleman, who was restocking with a young lady, never approached me and stated: We dont have any tennis shoes. My wife and I looked at each other, and we walked out.

Excellent place for some decent priced kicks good variety in great selection had no problem finding what I was looking for sizes work correctly available and they were available to order for you and ship to your home staff was great very accommodating would definitely recommend to anybody whos looking for a shoe under $100 have bought there before today and will continue to buy in the future

They had what I was looking for plus a 50% off second pair. So I got two pair for less than 1pair at the big stores. Great service too.
