The wed site says they are open till 4:30 I got there at 3:45 and they were closed already. I drove out of my way to make it there before 4:30 for nothing waste of my time Who closes at 3:45 and expect to sell boots to the working man who works till 5:30 and closed on the weekends I left work early to make it for them to be closed I will not be going back very disappointing it looked promising but my hope were let down

With great pricing the level of service and overall experience I’m telling you I’ll shop here before I go to any other retailer. Matt is knowledgeable kind and super attentive. They truly make sure you taken care of before you leave the store. Furthermore they give you detailed instructions on how to maintain and take care of your purchase, to see the longest possible life out of your boots. You would think it stop there nope before buying they check out your feet for arch and recommend insoles that would aid in comfort. Like dude I’m coming back and back again this treatment has long since died in other retailers. Thank you for making my buying experience amazing. Everyone should follow your business model

I purchased a pair at a sale they emailed me about. I have purchased their belts previously and they are absolutely wonderful- still wearing them years later. I thought I would give their boots a try. Just purchased Timberland Pro’s through Amazon and figured I’d get a backup pair. The boots arrived quickly and looked amazing. Rain was forecast for the week so I didn’t open them to wear just yet. The day I picked was dry and nice. The leather is nice and the steel toe and ankle support appeared to be awesome protection for my feet. The boots seemed a bit loose but I didn’t pay that much attention as I bought my size. Great boot- nice ankle support and protection but my feet swim inside. I sent them a email and waited. Replied to my own email and waited. Sent another and waited. Just sent another and then decided to see the reviews. When they bragged about online shopping? I decided to write about my experience. Definitely not what I was hoping for. The manager reached out after the review and did correct the situation. Shame that the online portal to reach them didn’t work properly. I still love their products but will try before buying next time. Thanks again

Had been looking for a decent pair of American made boots for a couple of months. Found this place Monday, over 50 kinds of boots actually had a hard time deciding which pair to get. My husband loves this place, he can always find a great pair of boots (or two or three) here at an amazing price. The guy who works there is equally awesome, taking his time to assist us in finding the right pair of boots for the job at task ( I even got a pair on the last trip there). I reviewed the website Coastal Boot a few days ago, but my review did not show for some reason. I liked the site. I found them while searching for motorcycle boots. They popped up right up. I ordered a pair of Chippewa Rally boots. Shipping was fast and cheap compared to other sites. Id recommend them.

So I am curious, why would you claim a pair of boots that were just tried on were too worn to be returned? Yet you dont provide the snap on dealers who are selling your product a proper way to get sizing for your customers. The shoes we were sold were too big and we wished to exchange them for a smaller size and were told that they are unfit for return. This isnt a good way to handle your customers or your business and this is a horrible way to get repeat customers or future customers. Businesses grow and die by word of mouth.

If you want expensive boots for a lower price, go for it. But dont expect them to last. Bought new boots that looked worn. 2 weeks later, the boots completely fell apart. Got a refund. Wont be back.

I had bought a pair of Carbon steel toe boots from them through snapon. Not even a month had passed by when one of the shoes ripped. I had the pair sent back and repaired. They sent them back to me and they ripped again a month later in a different spot. I sent them back again asking for a refund. Keep in mind these rips are not tiny but good size. They however sent Snapon a letter stating they dont refund shoes with normal wear and tear on them. A whole bunch of baloney for $170 that went down the drain on shoes.
