My second Enzo bike was returned back to you a week ago for a refund. You have ignored my emails, phone calls, and text messages. The new Enzo bike was defective from the beginning on day 1. It came with a Rattling and Clicking sound in the front tires. An outside Ebike specialist recommended changing the ball bearings.After two weeks of riding this new ebike, an error Code #9 would display on my LCD screen. This error code causes disabling the operation of my bike. I consulted with Frank from Enzo. He recommended changing the faulty Controller part of the new ebike. I had to use my own money to pay for an outside Ebike specialist ($100) to install a new Controller part and to confirm other diagnostic problems with my new ebike that included faulty ignition and battery wiring parts and faulty ball bearings.After riding the bike with new replacement parts from Frank, the same problem error Code #9 re-occurred again which causes disabling the operation of my bike. This lingering error code became progressively worst over a 3 week period. I requested to have this new bike shipped back to Pompano Beach, Florida.Frank and Vinnie received my returned ebike and accused me of FAILURE TO INSTALL NEW REPLACEMENT PARTS SENT TO ME (new controller part, ignition and battery wires), therefore, my refund was rejected. Fortunately, my outside ebike repair specialist kept all the old faulty replacement parts and gave them all back to me. I took photos off all the old parts with Identification Part Numbers as proof that we are honest customers and we did the proper installation of new parts.PLEASE BE AWARE OF FRANK AND VINNIE WHO ARE VERY CORRUPT AND DISHONEST BUSINESSMEN OWNERS OF ENZO BIKES. I have already filed a grievance report with the Better Business Bureau to warn other consumers.I am still waiting for a refund for my defective Enzo ebike.Paul Wong
Fantastic electric bike! My family bought one and we all love it. Great handling, brakes are excellent and lots of power to get you where you need to go. Cant wait to get another Enzo EBike.
Above and beyond customer care. Vinnie really pulled out all the stops to get me the correct parts, and fast. He even threw in more than I expected! The bike is great; I fold it often to get it into my rather small Prius and it works just great. Thanks Enzo!
If you’re looking for a compact folding bike this is by far the best folding bike I’ve ever owned, very sturdy and rides amazing.
We have a boat in the PNW, which we use to cruise around the Salish Sea. We often moor at marinas and have always desired to bike around the parks and towns by the marinas. We have ebikes that we commute with, but bringing those large bikes proved difficult and subjected them to salty air and splashing.These Enzo ebikes are perfect for us. The salt water resistance is great. The folding and compactness is excellent for storing on the boat. And, the Enzos ride just as good, if not better, than our commuting ebikes.Vinnie worked with us in choosing the right batteries and bikes. He provided great help and great deals. He really worked hard to get us what we needed at a great price.The bikes arrived on time and work great—we love them!
We own an Enzo Folding Ebike and it is a very nice bike. We had to buy and return 2 of them before we got one that didnt have defects of some sort. One had noise while riding it due to the brakes rubbing on the tires. Camping World, where we bought it, couldnt fix it and directed us to callthe owner for warranty but the owner, Frank, was not the least bit helpful. He said it is a common problem. He told us to find a bike repair shop and have them fix it but he wanted us to pay for that and we had to argue to get him to agree to pay under the warranty, but then he put a $20.00 cap on it. I could not find a bike shop to work on the Enzo so I was forced to pay $134.00 to send it back to the the company and Frank then refused to refund my credit card for the bike and I had to dispute it with my credit card company.After 60 days, the second one had a full charge but the power would not work. I called the company and asked what to do and Vince said to press on the round magnet near the something. I did that and it still did not operate so that one went back to Camping World. The problem is with the owners who are very rude and not at all helpful. Once you buy the Enzo you are on your own to get repairs even if it is new and under the 2 year warranty. At $1699.00 they should honor their warranty and be nice to their customers!!!
I purchased this electric bike 9 monthsAgo and its awesome never had one problem with it, and I ride my bike everday.
