Bonnie is a complete professional and kind. He saved me from getting killed on my bike as the person I paid to assemble it did it backwards. He fixed everything for free!! What an amazing person!! I highly recommend this Bike Shop. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The guys are great. Ive been going to the shop for two years. Theyre always my first call. I been riding a twenty year old hybrid Trek and just got fitted into a new Trex FX..... About to go for the first ride,,, cant wait!

B & J was the third bike shop I visited. By far, they had the largest selection of bikes. After explaining what type of riding I would be doing, Ezio showed me several hybrids and a cruiser. I was allowed to test ride each bike. I chose a Trek Verve 1 hybrid that more than suits my needs. I then chose the accessories that were bundled into the price. The bike set-up and installation of the accessories (lights, different saddle, kick stand, etc.) was quick. I was in and out in just over an hour. If you are looking to purchase a new bike, this is definitely the place you want to go to.

Great shop. Stopped in to fix gear on my bicycle, got it fixed and while waiting ended purchasing a new one. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I always try to patronize local businesses so as result of a google search I checked out B & J Bicycle Shop since their reviews were very good. Staff were cool and presented a friendly professional atmosphere. Prices were excellent and I was happy that all the work was completed in twenty minutes as promised because they have five mechanics on duty. I have since returned twice, once for a purchase of an item and the second for maintenance on a second bike. Thanks B & J, very pleased.

I recently came with my husband and mom to buy bikes and they were great!! The helped us figure out which bike would be perfect for each of us and let us try them out out back of the store! They hooked up a bike rack to my jeep which had been customized so they went ABOVE AND BEYOND and drove to get me an extender for the bike rack to fit over my tire(one place didn’t have it so they even went to a second place to get it) !!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about all the guys here!!!! We had so much fun!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. They stock quality products at a good price. I just got back into riding since packing on the pandemic pounds. Found B & J bicycles on google maps to buy a new chain and hanger for my 2010 Trek 7200 when my rear derailleur broke off. Upon getting home I was having problems remounting the parts and suspected the rear derailleur was damaged. Took my bike back with me the second time and he confirmed my suspicion. They had a new Shimano rear derailleur in stock and the associate offered to installed all the parts for me at no additional cost. Had it all back together in under 15 minutes. He ended up fine tuning the bike and checking it over for me also. My Trek is riding great again and they saved me time and money. I would recommend B & J for all your biking needs.

I pass by this place often, and stopped in needing my bike repaired. Everyone was so very helpful, he immediately put my bike on a rack and started servicing it. He found the issue and fixed it within 5 minutes. Honestly he made me feel like I was the owner of the shop and didn’t charge for the service! I’ll definitely be back for my next bike!

Took my bike here for a tune up, over the phone I was told one price, I showed up there and it was $15 more.I was called 4 hours later that my bike was ready.Went there and all they did was put a bit of grease on my suspension.Didn’t DO ANYTHING!!Stay away from these people.

After reading all the comments and reviews about how great this shop and owners are I took a drive up there today. I am a small business owner myself and I prefer to give other small businesses in the area my business. I recently started back biking as Covid hit and have been putting a lot of miles on a mountain bike that was set up for trails mostly, riding on the road. After 1200 miles I got my first flat and decided to do some research and get some hybrid urban tires for the bike. After calling around to many bike shops in the area and realizing most dont stock these tires and would have to special order them. I decided to order them myself then take them to have them installed. I was politely greeted when I walked into the store. Once I explained what I needed done I was them asked where did I buy the tires. I said I bought them online and I was told by the service tech they wont install anything that was not purchased in the store for safety reasons? really you cant install two brand new tires labels still on them, tubes from your store and put them on a rim without them being a safety and liability concern. Just for reference many established stores in the area will do it with no issue and charged for part and labor, which is exactly what occurred 20 minutes later at another bike shop. Must be nice during the current state of the economy to be able to turn away business that could have grown into a lot more as I have way more biking to do in my future.

The guy who fixed my bike is a magic man. Not only did he give me a very good price, but he did above and beyond to make sure my bike was safe and ready to ride!They also have an old arcade machine with all the greatest games on it! B & Js was highly recommended to me so I went and immediately met Vinnie. I was in the market for a mountain / trail bike, and being a newbie I didnt want top of the line, but wanted a good bike. I also wanted a place I could return to if I had questions or needed help in the future.Vinnie listened to me and asked questions - something the other bike shops I had previously visited did not do. I asked him lot of questions and Vinnie was a wealth of knowledge.I bought a bike that I am very happy with & I know I can visit B & Js for any help I may need in the future. No other bike shop could/would have given me the deal on the bike I purchased. On Tuesday I saw a bike shop and pulled in. They didn’t have ANY bikes.I found B & J Bicycles was close by. I called and spoke to Vinnie. Told I’m 6’ 4” tall and I’m looking for bike. Vinny said, I have“Trek Merlin 5 All Black XXL!!!” coming in today or tomorrow.I went directly to his store. Mask on, I went in. Long story even longer...He promised me a bike in Tuesday sent me up with extended stem, comfortable saddle, and a helmet (to fit my Oblong head!! First one ever!!) and I picked the bike up Thursday all set up at 2pm. Thrilled!!!Ezio, Bobby, Vinny, promised me a bike that was going to be comfortable and would fit me. Frown turned upside down! I had my 25 year old Trek in for a tune-up, new chain, tires, etc. and when I got it home I noticed it still had the old kickstand on it. This was one of the items on the list I gave them when I dropped off the bike. Vinnie took care of replacing it right away....even though I wasnt given a detailed bill when I paid for the service. Impossible to describe the awesome level of service here. Best bike mechanics ever. So fast, so skilled, so efficient... Im so happy. My old 1989 bike never rode so well, not on the day it was new. As a daily 15-20+ mile rider (check out my Strava profile!) I appreciate the awesomeness. Wheels perfectly true, shifting more smoothly than ever before, brakes perfect, so perfectly dialled in... New tires, tubes, rim tape, and I stopped getting flats all the time... I know this must sound like a fake review, but these guys hit a home run. Thank you, B&J!

The worst place for bike repairs...I took my rear wheel and tire because a spoke had broken and my tire was worn and I needed a new tire. They informed me I had to leave it and come back in two hours and it would be ready. This was Saturday. I went back Saturday and and picked up the repaired rim and the new tire. I got home and installed the new tire and put it on the bike. It was the correct size (round and width) but not the correct depth which caused the tire to rub the rim. I called to inform them and they said bring it in. I went back for the 3rd time (with the bike this time) because that is what they wanted and they replaced the tire with the correct size tire. I got home and put bike on porch until Monday. Monday I went to go for a ride and the rear tire was flat. I got my pump and started pumping up tire and it blew up. Bang. sounded like a gun went off and it was not over charged with air. I called them back and informed them of what just happened and they said bring it in. I went back for the 4th time and he installed a new inner tube at no cost. I got home with the bike and realized the inner tube they installed has the short valve stem. The original was a long valve stem for the deeper aerodynamic rim I have. Wow these people cant do anything right. Do not use these people for bike repairs because they just throw anything on your bike. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHAT SO EVER.I will never go back...

Vinny is the best. I walked my bike there on Saturday morning with a blown out tire. It was around 8 AM and the shop was not opening until 10 AM. Vinny let me in and fixed my tire on the spot. Great shop, great service and great prices.

They notice the little details and help to make adjustments that will make my road bike experience that much better. Really helpful, great service and prices!I had been calling many local shops looking for an entry level MTB, and due to covid no one has anything entry level. I found one other local spot who was getting the bike but they were pretty short and unhelpful on the phone. Finally got to B & J’s on google and gave them a call; glad I did! Luckily they were getting a shipment and held one for me, they even called after it was put together and asked if I wanted any accessories. Got hooked up with a great bike, bottle holder, kick stand and bike rack; best part they even gave me great pricing on the bike....this was awesome, during the times we are going through to get a discount instead of getting price gouged means a lot.After riding it for a little I noticed an issue shifting, called them up and they offered to take care of it anytime I bring it in. Thanks for all the help!

These 2 brothers are the nicest guys. Ten years ago I bought a girlfriend a bicycle and today was the second time I came in for some maintenance. Every time I was treated fabulously. They did a great job in minutes and refused any payment. If you need anything bike related I recommend you check them out!

I’ve had problems with with my bike that I got from another bike shop (Conte’s) and I’ve been looking for a shop to call my home shop and I’m glad I found it. My son bought a bike for his 4 year old daughter online over 6 months ago. When he recently put it together, he found out that one of the pedals could not be installed. I visited B&J this past Saturday to see if they could help. I was immediately greeted and offered help. It was explained to me that there was a right pedal and left pedal and that my son was probably sent two of the same. Instead of assuming this was the case, I was offered help with getting the bike out of my trunk and the bike was looked at. Unfortunately, we had two right foot pedals. I purchased two pedals at a very reasonable price and the gentleman tightened everything up and added air to both tires. He also placed the bike back in my trunk for me. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes and the gentleman who helped me was just great! Super nice and very professional!

Called about whether or not they had a specific part. They didn’t but the guy on the phone was extremely rude and acted like he was offended because they didn’t carry a specific Yakima part. Never been in this store and never will. Bad business

Excellent tune up on my 2004 cannondale r600 triple and they spent time with me ensuring I had my bike seat and handle height correct. Also new handlebar grip tape looks amazing!

Went here just to get my tire fixed and ended up with not only that but having my bike sized for me and totally adjusted for my specifications. Little did I know that so much was needed and how comfortable it was after. Vinnie and his expert staff were more than accommodating and knowledgeable. If you have any reason to visit a bike shop make sure it’s B&J. Without a doubt the best bike shop in town.

SCAMMERS! The worst unethical salesmen! They are price gauging and ripping ppl off. Do not go if youre a woman alone! They just yelled at me in front of a line of ppl who stood up for me because they sold me a helmet $20 more than advertised and I asked them to price match. They refused to return my money and yelled at me telling me to happy I even was able to get a helmet with how busy they are. Then another salesman care out and told me two different prices. When I pointed it out, he stuck to the higher price.Not right to take advantage of a woman alone and price gauge during a pandemic especially if they expect return business once businesses reopen. Hopefully they will clean up their act when business is back to normal and treat women respectfully. I will never be returning here!

Vinny and the guys at B&J are awesome. I got two top end road bikes from them- one for myself and one for my son. They had the best prices by far and really helped us to choose the right bike for both of us. My son is a young, athletic kid who got a more aggressive bike and Im slightly older and needed a comfortable ride. He had them both available. We also got great follow-up service with bike fitting and no-hassle parts swapping in order to get the fit right.

I would never take my bike anywhere else. what a great experience I got there very frustrated and exhausted and had a very very nice man help me figure out why my brakes wouldnt work took about 2 seconds and then he picked it up like a toothpick and put it in my car told me to have a wonderful day. his kindness was not nearly as sweet as the donuts I will be bringing him in just a few moments. I would definitely trust them with my purchases or my existing bike that needed repairs.

What a pleasure to have stumbled upon B&J bike shop. During these very trying times and craziness I called them at 10 AM and they were able to get both my bikes fixed up and running so I could enjoy my daughter while we all home during these next few weeks I can’t thank Vinny and his crew enough.

Wanted to ride on Sat but was having problems with my bike. Called the shop I had spent big $s buying bikes and they said they could not help me today. Went to BNJ and asked if they could help and they looked at me like I was weird and said were a bike shop what do you think we do? 10 min later my bike was fixed and they refused any money. Friendly knowledgeable service. Been going there every since.

The Owners were personable and nice; however, they were selling the discontinued Trek 2013 edition bike at the same price as the brand new 2014 Trek. I knew what the true price/value of the 2013 bike was--and they happily sold me the bike at the true price with no fuss-- but a less informed shopper might have trusted them and purchased the bike at the initial higher price quoted. If you choose to shop here, make sure you do your homework on the specific make and model of the bike before you commit to their prices. The shop looks nice; the people are great; but i have to give a lower rating based on the fact that I couldnt trust the quoted price. Just sell the bike for what its worth.
