It was only a few hours later that we finalized the sale feeling very confident that Jason had matched us with the mattress that was going to become the perfect match for our needs!The entire process was extremely coordinated from the initial purchase to the red carpet delivery.Although we did experience a minor issue when our new bedding was delivered, it was handled immediately and efficiently. After only a week’s trial, we are loving our new mattress with its adjustable bases and are definitely resting in peace knowing we made the right choice! Mattress Firm was terrific. I needed a HIGH END king mattress for the home I purchased in Lighthouse Point, FL. I went to the shop on N Federal Highway. The salesman was very efficient. He showed me three different grades of mattresses, told me the features, benefits, and cost of each, told me about a discount, and insisted that I sit/lie on each mattress to determine which would satisfy my immediate needs. I had been sleeping on an inflatable air mattress for three nights and my back was feeling pain and discomfort in my hip. I told the salesman that I needed to get immediate delivery for the mattress to be worthwhile for my short 3 day visit to my new home. I only planned to remain in Florid two before returning to my home in Florida. Not only did the manager find the mattress I wanted, but proved me with a substantial discount, a king bed for the prices of a Queen, and delivery before the next day, Tuesday.Bottom line, a great business., with knowledge and a no pressure approach to sales. I paid in full for a mattress, box springs, a frame and a mattress cover. I was told I would get a call that afternoon confirming a 2 pm to 8:00 pm delivery window the next day. On Sunday morning, I received a call narrowing the delivery window to 2 hours between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. At 4:25 pm, I received a call from the delivery men that they were early and could arrive in ten minutes if I was available. The arrived 25 minutes early, they were dressed neatly with a Mattress Firm shirt, courteous, efficient and fast. They delivered the products ordered on time, carried them inside and up the steps to the master bedroom, set everything up beautifully, removed at took all trash and thanked me for my business. They were true gentlemen. I could not be happier with the service and the product and had two back to back restful nights of sleep. Thank you Mattress Firm for a perfect experience. I cannot think of a single thing in the entire process that I would change.

Can’t say enough about the patience of the staff . Jason and Alan not only made sure to take into consideration what we wanted but also helped to explain all things to consider when buying a mattress. My friend suggested I buy my mattress from Mattress Firm. so I purchased the foam mattress from Mattress Firm two weeks ago and happy to say, received it quickly. I went ahead and ordered the medal frame from another company. I couldn’t understand why I was sinking and it was so uncomfortable to sleep. Don’t get me wrong, in the past I have had the same foam mattress along with the metal frame. But for some reason I kept sinking into the foam. So I decided to make a visit to Mattress firm in Light house pompano, Florida. The gentle man whom attended me was Matt. I explain I needed to buy a box spring due to my situation. He suggested the thin box spring which would cost me $160 included with tax. So I gave him the money in cash. He paused for a second and said, wait a few seconds for me here. Came back with a huge card board box from the back of the store. He demonstrated to me exactly what to do when I would get home, how to lay out the card board between the foam mattress and medal frame. He said, that would fix the situation. He handed me back the $160 and helped take the card board box into my car. I thanked him for his honesty and left. Well, let me tell you. It worked. No more sinking into the foam. It feels exactly firm and soft. Matt, Thank you again for your genuine concern to help me and your honesty. He explained Mattress Firm does not gain business by making a sale but by good reputation. I give you a 5 star, Matt, You are the Best. :-)

Saturday was my first experience at a mattress store in fact I never bought a bed before to even need a mattress. Matt was my guide and might I add he was clearly well-educated in the field. I tested out several mattresses knowing right away I was going for something on the firm end. He asked a few questions to precisely get the best fit for me. He is very personable and my baby who never goes to anyone reached for him. He definitely has a warm spirit. He didn’t rush me out or into buying anything to make a sale. It turns out the mattress I chose was the very same one my friend’s mom got and at that location. She tested out mattresses as well with her daughter. I must say I’m extremely impressed by his professionalism and generosity. Asking my friend who has her 1 year old and having my 1 year old present to do anything is quite a production. When my pickup helper fell through Matt waited. Rather than put my mattress and box spring on my new car which I declined or just outside for me to wait on this person that never showed he waited past the closing time to then put it on his car and drive down the street to help me.I have Matt in such high regard. I watched him help another customer get on their way while still checking in with my situation with a van that was supposed to show up. I even tried to tip him and he gracefully declined. I’ll never forget what he did for me and now that my mom needs a box spring I know just where to send her. What sets this location apart from the one down the street is not only the discounts and the quality customer service I received. There was a fair going on one night at the Mattress Firm across from the Walmart and the woman working the shift saw me standing at the door mind you I was within open store hours and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood outside as the wind blew the rain on my baby and I and I walked back to the car knowing there’s no way I’d buy anything in a store with someone who treated me like that. That’s also another experience I won’t forget but I’m glad I got the right location and a great salesman to help me. You just don’t find people like Matt everyday. You can tell he’s genuine, happy about his job and not just trying to make a dollar. He didn’t put on the fluff to get me to buy anything. I can tell that he’s just an all around good person.

Be aware if you gonna buy a mattress from them my best advice for you is to bring cash💵💸 with you or theyll steal money from your credit card,that was my first time and my last time buying from that company I actually went at this location to buy a mattress guest what! Ive been charged 2 times from my debit card after I noticed that I make sure I talk to the sales man before I leave he said its ok I should get the money back after midnight thats an error its been 3 days from now Ive never received it,when I reached out to them they said I should contact my bank about that,with no excuses I guess they only care before you buy from them and if you dont have at least $550-$5000 dont even bother them,expensive mattress while you can find better deal from other places,I think all of the good reviews are from family and friends.

My boyfriend and I are moving and we needed to buy a cal king mattress ASAP. Cal Kings are usually not easy to come by or in the stores, but JASON at the mattress firm on Copans and federal was amazingggg!
