Friendly guy, but cant say much on his ability. I went there twice for a quote and small discussion about my truck and both times he never called me back 🤷🏽‍♀️.....its October 2021, and Im still waiting for that call. He never called me. Yes, he gave me a ball park quote on my seats, but he doesnt finance so after about 3 weeks of a no call i decided to get the job done with who katzskin recommended for the job to be financed, however I went back to him and he knew I still wanted my carpet done by him, Said he would call me and just like the first time he never did place that call. Maybe he thought I wasnt serious or perhaps he felt my job was too small idk, but its unprofessional not to call your potential clients back. Had I not came back and told him I had the seats done elsewhere he wouldve never known because he NEVER called. He claims he called, but I assure you he didnt. I answer all verified numbers that call my phone since I work with many clients and answering my cell is a part of my job. No message on my answering service either (which wouldve been the professional thing to do if you claimed you called) . Like I said, we are in October 2021 and Im still waiting for that call. ..

John O has done two headliners for me. The first on my VW R32 a few years back when it decided to sag completely, overnight. He did the full disassembly, repair, and reinstallation. I was very satisfied with the price, quality of work, and quality of materials.When I recently purchased a project car with a sagging headliner, I decided to give it a shot myself. After purchasing a terribly matched fabric and trying to complete the job myself without success, I knew exactly what to do. I took the headliner (removed from the car already) to John and had him replace the fabric. Im very glad I did. His fabric matched my factory fabric so much better than the one I had bought. His price was very fair (quoted me over the phone then kept his word when I arrived) and the craftsmanship was fantastic. His turnaround time was extremely fast and he called me in advance to let me know when it would be ready, which I didnt ask for.Very pleased with the work, materials, and quality of service. As long as John is in business Ill never bring a headliner anywhere else.

I have an 1989 GT 5.0 convertible Mustang and had the entire interior and convertible top completely redone and John did an amazing custom work.Update: 12 Dec 2018Once again went back to john with a problem that most shops that are in the so-called window repair business could never fix my 1989 Gt. 5.0 convertible mustang rear windows.Most didnt even want mess with it.Took it John, and once again, he did an amazing job.FYI. It wasnt the windows.It was the track regulators with are massive pain.Not to John.Once again John. Thank you.Forever Customer, Nino.

I had the base carpet treated for mold by this shop and I immediately smelled a strong chemical odor when I received it. I drove with the windows down for months everyday and it still smelled so strong that I was getting headaches if the wind wasn’t constantly blowing inside. Finally I paid someone else to remove the carpet again. Thanks to the covid19 crisis I did not need my car and they were able to leave the carpet out for over a month. The carpet still smells of a very strong chemical odor that makes me sick. Now I have to have the carpet completely replaced and invest in that. Not to mention, when I received my car back from this shop there were pieces of weed and cigar wraps in my cup holder, and a little piece of the foil wrapping they come in. I DO NOT smoke weed and I knew immediately it was whoever worked on my car at this shop. I have proof they rolled weed in my car and took pictures, but no proof they smoked in my car as the chemical smell was too strong to tell. I was very disappointed, but obviously more disappointed with the poorly handled mold treatment.

John is a genius, he did the most incredible job on my car interior. All 4 doors and the headliner for a very good fair price, and he had it done when promised. My sturdy 13yo Lexus was finally showing age..little rip in front seat was growing. I was referred to John and after shopping around his quote was the best for the job. He showed me how he matches the tiny perforations in the leather..really an art. He finished on time though he fit me in and was a really nice guy. This seat not only looks new but every nip and tuck looks like the original seat. It matches perfectly....really great job!

John is the consummate professional automotive interior repair specialist. Over the years, he has helped me many times: Dashboard repair, headliner replacement, and a difficult leather seat reupholster project. Most recently he even replaced a defective Sirius shark fin radio antenna for me! He is highly recommended!!!!

John was very nice. However I was not impressed at all with the quality of work for the price. I thought a detail included wiping down my interior? Cup holders etc.. Also, my wax is streaky. I will say he did get 2 pretty bad stains nearly all the way out of my seats, but I wish I wouldve just paid the 80 bucks for that instead of the 200 I paid for the full detail. He also tacked on an extra 12 bucks at the end for taxes after we agreed on a price. Ill call washé next time for sure.

Actually very surprised on the craftsmanship on the new headliner in my 05 accord. This looks brands new for cheaper then any other quote I received. Outstanding work John.

What a great experience with John O Auto Interiors. I had previously taken my 2005 Thunderbird to another shop for a top replacement in Boca Raton and was very disappointed with the job. I subsequently found John O and he was able to diagnose and repair the problems and installed a beautiful new top. The quality of his workmanship is superior and he is a real gentleman, taking a great deal of time explaining exactly what was required to correct the issues that concerned me. I could not be more pleased. It is so nice to find someone who is as talented and conscientious as he is. I highly recommend John O!
