Unbelievable experience. The team ordered our windshield and came to our house the day after to install. Very professional - on time and great work.

Gave them a call to get a price. Estimate and everything was fine, I asked when they could come by they said today. Great! They asked if they could give me a call back. I said sure. He verified my name and number and never call back. I call them back 2 days later no answer. Its been 2 weeks and I already got the work done by another company. Still no call.

I called yesterday and Sergio gave me a quote by phone. I got two other quotes. Sergio’s was the best. He told me he would arrive between 9-11am the next morning and he arrived by 10. By 12:30 I had a new functioning window. Sergio worked diligently in the hot sun and removed every shard of glass in the car, even dismantling the door . Great job and great guy to work with. I shattered my car window today at 3:00pm, I called them around 4pm and by 5:53pm, my window was perfectly replaced by these guys. I couldnt ask for quicker service. Unbelievable. Called the day before to make an appointment. Called the morning off he said he was setting up and will be to me shortly. 2 hours later no answer . No response . No call back . Waited from 9am - 12 when they said they’ll be to me between 9-11. YOU would think when you call someone and let them know you need a windshield repair they’ll come. Find someone else . Wasted my time . It’s not been over 8 hours and you think I’ve heard from them still? NO.

5 starts and beyond, the rep gave me a great price. Called other places and was much higher. Sergio send an installer right away, had my windshield replacement done with in an hour.very professional guys will save your number just in case

Had a appointment for 3-5 and NO ONE SHOWED UP to make repair. They will not return calls or even answer the phone. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Sergio was great and when I called for an estimate, he told me about Floridas law allowing customers with comprehensive insurance to replace their windshield with no deductible. The repairman came on time and replaced my windshield quickly on site, transferring my SunPass to it. Sergio even filed my claim for me with no work on my end and sent me a DocuSign warranty for the windshield. Couldnt be happier! Thanks for making the process so painless.

He committed to replace windshield today from 12-2. Then he called and told me 2-4. Then texted me and told me he’s not coming and blamed it on rain. It rained for 5 minutes. I should have listened to the other NEGATIVE reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was in an urgent need for my windshield to be replaced. Unfortunately I had to pay out of pocket. I checked out Safelite and they quoted me $410 which did not include mobile service nor an appointment I could get for a few days following. I contacted Sunny Shine and I didnt even have to make a phone call or email, I just simply texted them and I received a quick response from Sergio (the owner) and he quoted me at $245 WITH mobile service!! I did not pass-up that deal so I immediately booked; I was sent an invoice via paypal, I paid and my windshield was ordered. Sergio had estimated a time that same day, however, the glass he received didnt have the rain sensors, so he told me the following day. Of course I was skeptical since I sent this guy money, but Sergio was very communicative. My appointment was now for the following day at 10am. They came to my office, asked me to unlock my car, I went back to work, not even an hour later it was done. I was very impressed on the condition and quality of the windshield and the 2 guys that came were nice and professional. For a situation of needing the glass repaired, I was extremely stressed on what to do, however, after my experience with this place, it not only put me at-ease with having my windshield replaced, it also has exceeded my expectations. Highly Recommended.

If i could give zero stars, i most definitely would... worst damn customer service, been trying to get my windows fixed from the first time they came out, service guy name Gio did not do a good job, i hear air when driving with my windows up... paid them but him and sergio keeps giving me the run around... do not do business with them...absolutely horrible and i am going to file a complaint with the BBB!

I called them and made an appointment for the following day, I called to confirm the appointment at 2pm, but they never showed up. I called the guy back, he placed me on hold, then hung up and I was unable to get a hold of them after that. Save yourself the and the trouble and go to Safelite or some other company that is reputable. This company is not trust worthy.

Not only do they provide great affordable prices, their customer service exceeds expectations. Im constantly on the road and a cracked windshield was the last thing I needed.
