I picked up my 2016 Challenger Hellcat on Christmas Eve. It has felt like Christmas morning every time I drive it. I cannot say enough good things about Scott, Chris and the guys in the shop. Everyone was great and treated me like a long time friend. A couple of months prior Scott took the time to talk to me on the phone about what I wanted to do as far as tuning. After asking me some questions he suggested the perfect package for me. They explained everything to me thoroughly and answered every single question I had. They can literally take your muscle car to whatever degree you want to go to. Just walking around the shop you will see some incredible cars being taken to the next level. I told them if I lived nearby I would be there on my days off just watching cool stuff being done to hot cars. In short, taking your car to American Muscle Performance is a decision that will being a smile to your face every time you step on the gas and blow past someone (safely of course). I literally cannot wait to take my next muscle car to them.

BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFFHad my car for over 3 months car was returned to me with Bad vibration, rear differential grinding/howling, inner axle bolts left loose, lower control arm bolts loose, alignment not done, after they had just replced rear cradle mounts, axles and AAD suspension, had to spend over 2k$ with a another shop to fix problems, AMP unwilling to stand behind their work.VERY shaddy company....

If you have a modern Mopar that youd like to customize, this is the place to go! This is an incredibly professional shop and the performance work is top tier congratulations!

I’m definitely going to bring my car here again for any mods in the future. they just installed my long tube headers on my challenger rt, and did a great job. I highly recommend this shop if you need any work done to your mopar. only thing that was a bit off was the quote for headers install I got on the phone vs the quote I got in person. the quote in person was a lot more than the quote on the phone but they had to do a lot of work to my mid pipes to grind the welds from previous owner off and make it all fit so they deserved the extra money. great shop overall

Scott walked me through the installation process of the pro charger installed in my 2019 charger 392 as well as educated me on how it works and what I can expect performance wise once the pro charger went in. I’ve had my car back for 2 weeks now and I’ve never been more satisfied. Any further work I do to my charger will be done here. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get professionalism and great detail to work!!!! These guys are the best!!!!

Called American muscle for a quote on a oil pressure switch, Scott was great enough to schedule my repair the very next day even though they appeared to be super busy. Everyone was very friendly and the repair was completed very quickly. I will definitely be bringing my car there for future mods.

The best choice I have ever made with all my cars was to take my 2013 ram 1500 to American muscle performance! I had a cam shaft that was shot and needed a full top end rebuild and decided to add a vvt custom grind cam along with my headers and tuning. American muscle is a shop who didn’t try to up sell me who called with updates who took the time in the office to explain everything I was doing and point me in the right direction for performance and all around rebuild of my motor. She sounds mean! Drives great and power band rips! I don’t think there is another shop I will ever go to again! Thank you guys for everything!

My experience with Scott and his team here at AMP has been truly great, they are honest and knowledgeable and really listen to your needs. They where extremely patient with what ever question I had and gave me there honest opinion. I started off with long tube headers and have been coming back ever since, I have recently upgraded to a ProCharger! There isn’t another shop I would trust with my car for those looking for a clean professional and honest shop don’t look any further and give them a call.

Finding a good repair shop is a mission, finding a good performance shop is near impossible. However, Scott was very helpful from the beginning, gave me a lot of insight, and plenty of tips on where to go with what I wanted done with the car. When I dropped the car off, he showed me around the shop, introduced me to the mechanics, and gave me an idea of what happens next. Throughout, they were communicating well and taking care of everything. Danny was great doing my tune and Tiny, the mechanic, definitely knows his stuff. He showed me pictures of the work he did and gave me some tips on how to maintain the car. All in all, I highly recommend them and they all deserve raises!

Came here for a long tube header installation on my Challenger. Honest pricing and great service. After installation I felt a slight vibration when turning, the guys let me bring it back in immediately and adjusted the headers to perfection no charge, and no further issues at all. If you are like me and stress every time you hand over your pride and joy to a mechanic, come to AMP. I have zero concerns when working with them and know my car is in good hands.

I would like to thank Scott and all the guys at American Muscle Performance. I just took delivery of my car a 2010 Challenger RT Classic that I had a fully forged motor built for including a Pro Charger and long tubes and a cam to say I’m happy with the way it came out would be a understatement not only does it exceed all the performance capabilities I expected but the craftsmanship is second to none !! I was a nervous wreck dropping my car off knowing all that was going to be done to it and the potential of getting a beat up car back as happened when I dropped it off at Maroone Dodge for a simple brake fix. Maroone had my car for 24 hours and the mechanics put a half dozen pressure dings on the top of the fenders from leaning over it to work on it and it was also given back to me a greasy mess . When I got the car back from American Muscle Performance the car was as clean if not in better shape than when I bought it new . I highly recommend these guys for any type of work your having done to your car they are without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of mechanic / Hot rod shop . I called Scott to thank him again the other day and promised when all this world craziness is behind us I’ll be back for more .

Ive had an issue with my s/c hemi motor for a long time. I had taken it to at least 5 other shops across the country(literally) and wasted thousands of dollars trying to get it fixed. No one could figure out what the fueling tuning issues were. Trying to find someone local went by google reviews, and came across AMP. They have five stars for a reason. The were extremely professional, clean shop, in house dyno. They were able to pinpoint and fix my issues within a few days. Car is now running perfectly, and they were extremely reasonable with their rates.If youre not sure where to go, know that they are a high quality shop and great people to deal with.

I can honestly say that my experience with the guys at AMP has been the best experience i’ve had with any shop and most likely the only performance shop that i’ll be going to from here on. We took our slow truck (2007 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi) in for some performance work and came out of the shop a monster, sound wise and performance. I can say its a race truck! The team at AMP know what they are doing. There’s no need to look elsewhere.

Do not l go there. I had extreamly bad experience with them. They Deserve a -5 star. They only get a one star because thats as low as give. I bought a motor from them they said it had 11,000 miles on it. The motor was supposed to be a plug in and run. When I got the motor home they had removed the bolts to the crank support, the rear main seal and other area that I was not aware of. I installed the motor and it was running when I took it to them. They were suppose to tighten, check and tune the car. It was running but since I live 48 miles away I had the car towed at the cost of $200. The car went in at the beginning of the week. They said it might be done Wednesday if not by Friday. I was fine with that. Wednesday came in with no call to me. I waited till Friday. I called them they said to have not even worked on that will be done the following Wednesday. I waited till Wednesday and called them. They said they could get to it because their tuner decided to take a vacation and he had no one to tune it for a week. It might be Wednesday. On Wednesday I went in and the car was sitting still on the same spot. It appeared to me like they did not work on it. They said they tightened the bottom of the motor. Some of the bolts where loose plus i had an exhaust leak. I asked them to turn it on so I can hear it. They were reluctant. They said it was low on oil. I ask them to put some in that I wanted to hear it. They finally did and there was a lot of oil poring out of the motor. It was coming out from the back of the manifold area. They tried to tell me I must of pinch the gasket on the manifold but that they will replace it and have the car tuned by Friday. I gave him till Monday. I went in to pick up my car and it was still in the same spot for the entire time. I told them that I will be towing the car out of their shop. Dan the manager said they had 3 hrs of work that I needed to pay for at the price of $240 i payed plus $200 more to tow the car home. I it got the car home and took off the manifold. All the gasket had been changed before it went into the shop. I used blue gaskets and I have photos. What I found for the problem was the MSD delete had popped off. All four did not have any of the blots on them. When they sold me the motor they took them off. Sadly they car will not turn on. Now l have to take it to another shop to fix their problems. I have called them serial times they will not pick up for me. Do yourself a favor and dont even go their.

So I’ve been searching for a performance shop who specializes in mopar. Finally found it!! I’m bringing my 2015 for a tune in a couple of weeks. Even though they have not worked on my car I know I’m in the right place.

What a great experience working with Scott and the staff at American Muscle and Performance. I had the team give my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 hemi a new tune up and now my car is running noticeably better than it did from the factory. I have better performance all the way around including mileage when I can behave.

I recently brought a 2019 widebody scatpack to american muscle performance for headers, a cam, and a tune. I could not be happier with the quality of work, and how the car sounds, feels, and drives now. Originally before I found out about american muscle performance, I was arranging transport to a “reputable” company based in Tampa - however I felt so disrespected and quite frank disgusted about how I was treated with their sales department. It was as if they didn’t want my business, and implied to shove off. That’s when I stumbled upon AMP, I contacted the owner on social media - Scott - who was very cordial, responsive, and respectful. This already was a good start. Eventually we arranged for vehicle transport, and the build was started from there. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott in person, as well as visiting the shop. The rest of the shop who was present at the time, Tiny and Dan were also very friendly as well. Dan from sales did a great job keeping in touch with me giving me updates about my vehicle as well as answering all questions that I had. I received my vehicle back in a timely manner, and could not be happier with the work that was done to it. Overall my experience was wonderful, and the folks at American muscle performance were very professional, and friendly. I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone looking a good hemi tuner in the central Florida area, and I would definitely give them business again.

Stopped in today to find out about making modifications to my Chevy Camaro, Scott the owner was very nice and showed me around his well maintained garage. He was honest and told me who he recommended I go to see if I didnt choose to have him work on it. Will definitely be back and will be sending future work to him!

After 2 shops in Texas attempted to do work on my vehicle and both times getting the vehicle back with issues. I hoped 3rd time would be a charm with AMP With just talking to Scott and Danny I had hope this could be the shop I needed. Dropped the vehicle off and the communication was amazing and never had to worry or wonder what my vehicle status was. A part I provided had an issue and they worked with me to get it corrected. When picking up the vehicle they didnt just hand over the keys and say goodluck. Scott went with me on a test drive and answered my questions along the way. Danny had me log some driving to follow up on the tune and also remotely adjusted my tune to my driving style. I can safely say, I found a shop I trust 100%. I can finally enjoy my vehicle and have faith in its drivability. Thank you AMP for everything and cant wait to bring it back when I get tired of the 800 awhp.

They installed ARH Headers and dyno tuned the RippModds Supercharger kit I had on my Jeep.I was so happy to find a tuner and mechanical repair facility for my modified 2013 Jeep TrailHawk.They fixed a few issues I had... the prices were very reasonable, I would highly recommend them...The Mopar vehicles at their shop are OFF the chain modified and I knew this was the place to be. 2 thumps up!
