For once the service was good. The associates were pleasant and behaved as if they had some pride in the job and cared about their customers. Thats been a rarity in Walmart. Good show guys.

More then 3 hours to fix a flat tire under road hazard warranty. They put all other customers in front my car . Also when ready to pay they made me wait for 40 minutes to to pay and be check out . Worse customer service

Had a bad experience. Went in for an oil change and they forgot to put a piece back on my car and caused an engine light to come on. They couldnt take it off, now I have to go to the dealership to fix my problem. I will never go back. These guys need to do their jobs, they marked off that all the things were done on my car and its not right. When I went back they looked at me crazy but they caused a problem that was not there before. Very unhappy, now I have to take more time out of my busy schedule.

I made an appointment last week to get my tires rotated and balanced. They didnt ask what type of vehicle I had. When I arrived for my appointment also advised them Id like an oil change since you cannot make an appointment for that. My appointment was for 10am and they didnt take it in until 11:30. 30 minutes later they tell me Im ready but they couldnt rotate and balance as their lift isnt wide enough for my F-350. Never been a problem at any other Walmart. You would think they would have told me this when I made my appointment. Very disgruntled!!!

The shop manager was super helpful was juggling like 4 other customers seriously... well short story long, I bought a used vehicle and the battery that was in it was super SUPER SMALL completely definitely the wrong size battery and didnt last a year at all the battery started bloating and oozing. well I explained to the manager because Im an honest person that I personally did not buy that battery myself from Walmart but it is a Walmart battery and had the 1 year warranty sticker on it and the date showed 7/20 so it was still under warranty well no questions asked he added the price(credit) of that battery i did not purchase and deducted it from the correct size battery i needed for my manufacturing spec for my vehicle and ended up saving quite a bit of money ... and i wasnt even going to ask if something like that would be possible or could be done being that I didnt have receipts for that old battery and it was the wrong size battery to begin with so I figured that would have voided the warranty but nope guess not.... so remember ITS ALWAYS WORTH ASKING BCUZ HEY YOU NEVER KNOW EVEN AS FAR FETCHED AS THE IDEA OR QUESTION YOU HAVE REGARDING ANY PURCHASE OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER, SOMETIMES ITLL PAY OFF AS IT DID FOR ME THAT DAY!! VERY KIND, HELPFUL MANAGER EVEN WHILE DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS, A DIFFICULT ONE AND JUGGLING EVERYTHING ELSE ON HIS PLATE AS WELL!!! THANK YOU SIR

Good quick service. We bought our boy a battery here and it was very easy in and out. Customer service is very well-trained because we need a special battery and they are quick to look it up in tell us right one. This battery would have cost double the price anywhere else other than Walmart. Great convenient location in proximity to our boys lives. Will definitely need visit this Walmart again when we go to visit.

2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday and they are closed, a Rep came around to tell me theyve been closed for 2 weeks... But theyll be open tomorrow?!.. Yeah right!!

HORRIBLE!!! Just a terrible experience overall, both with the counter assistance and with the mechanic. I asked them to put the new tires in the front and the front tires, that were still very good, in the back. They did it all wrong and discarted the good tires. When I told them they did it wrong they were very rude, both, the counter and the mechanic. I was there for 3 hours eventhough I had a appoinment. A HORRIBLE experience. Walmart should pay more attention at customer satisfaction.

Walmart sold me battery for my car after 2 1/2 years went down. Took my car w my receipt No Questions Asked - Replaced w new battery. They stand behind their service and product. Good service and customer care 🐱!

Watch out about price, I bought two new tires with free installation on confirmation but when they finished the job they gave me another bills. Spoke with manager but she said nobody doing job for free. Service is good but you need car wash after them

I came in for a simple oil change, I waited for 2.5 hours only to then ask if my car was complete, I was then informed that the oil change was never completed due to a filter being too tight. I wish that this had been communicated right away versus having to find out almost two hours later. I set time aside for this only to now have to go elsewhere. I guess I should’ve expected anything more from Walmart service. So disappointing.Updated review: This place is still a shot show. Long wait only to tell you that the job cannot be perform. The only difference this time is they decided to break my cap for the oil stick, and not say a thing about it. This review was just a nice lake warning. I’ll be sure to follow up with your corporate offices on this piss poor job.

I went to the auto care center at 8:30am to fix my flat tire. A lady checked me in. I asked again at 11am and apparently the lady didnt check me in earlier but she said she would take care of it right away. I waited until 12pm and a staff said there are 5 cars in front of me. I took back my car key and left. I waited 3.5 hours for nothing and the staff are all liars. Will never come back.

Good price bad service

I went there for an oil change.After the oil change was done within a couple of days I realize that there is a oil stains on my driveway apparently . So I came back to Walmart and found out the echnician did not tie the oil lug nuts all the way unprofessional cost me a lot of money to fix my driveway🥺 no more oil change for me in Walmart its not worth it...

Called to get a quote on an oil change. I was put on hold. I was close enough to the service center and drove to it. Was still on hold as a cashier, whos not wearing a name badge, female, long florescent orange nails, was having a conversation with a customer about sweatshirts the person just purchased.Someone, a male, finally answered the hold call after 9 minutes and 47 seconds. Told him I was in line waiting after being placed on hold. He said, Well what do you want? I hung up. The cashier then just looked at me, I guess i was supposed to read her mind, she said, Can I help you? I told her I needed a standard oil change. She had a lousy attitude while dealing with me. I need the oil change, but wont be back to this location again.

Last year I bought 4 new Goodyear tires with warranty included. Unfortunately, I ran over a nail and needed my tire patched. I could have went to a local tire shop, but since my tires were still under warranty I decided to just come back where I bought them. I got there before they opened and the employees were very slow and had me going from person to person just to get my tire patched. I had to wait over an hour for them to tell me one of my lug nuts were too tight and wouldn’t screw off. So basically if it got damaged, they won’t be able to replace it. I decided to take it to Al Hendrickson where I had no issues only to find out the Walmart tech forgot to put a plate back on when he lifted my front end. Walmart has great deals on tires but go somewhere else to get them put on.

DO NO GO HERE FOR TIRES!!!Booked an appointment online and they said it wasn’t showing up when I had an email confirmation. Then he said it would be 45 min to an hour to put on 2 tires. 2 hours later I ended up just leaving with nothing done to my car.

Great service! Make an appointment for sure. I ordered tires online and had them shipped right to the store. I was a little nervous as Ive never used Walmart services before but everything went off without a hitch and I got four new tires for a great price. This is my new go to auto care center!

Finally Walmart has the automotive section with the staff knows what theyre doing. Although they told me it would be several hours have my tires mounted I really did not mind. They seemed to be very busy and actually had the appearance of caring About what they were doing. I order the tires online was delivered in 4 days and paid about 50 bucks to have a mounted and balanced and add is a lifetime Balance/rotation. Thank you Walmart for making Was usually a difficult decision an easy 1. I will go back to buy more tires from my other vehicles as well.

Slow workers held me up past the expected time of completion and still havent gotten my oil change.

After 3 hours waiting, they told me we cant change the car engine oil because it is difficult for them to reach to the oil filter.

Installed all four of my tires wrong. Had to come back and have them remount and rebalance them. WASTED 2 HOURS of my time.

Do not go unless you have you are ready to spend your whole day here (or leave your car and come back). It took them over 4 hours to change my tire with only 2 cars ahead of me. Another time it took over 4 hours to change my oil. It takes ALL DAY

They didnt have the size of tire for my I need to wait till Monday probably with the truck comes out Thursday Im driving I couldnt get a replace it W weekend

Took my car here for an oil change. After waiting 5 hours. I finally get my car serviced. I pay and drove off only to find out that they never put new oil into my engine. It was completely bone dry. They said a new guy was working on it and he was so busy he got distracted because it was so busy. I would never go to this place again for any type of service.

3.5 HR WAIT TO CHANGE 2 TIRES

My daughter and I waited over 6 hours hoping to maybe salvage one tire but was told no it had to be replaced. I was the last customer and when I was about to pay thinking it was about $40 I was charged over $90. I guess the expression on my face he changed it to over $60...smh. was it because of my age or because Im a woman you decide.

Fast and reliable as usual. The only negative was the woman in the small waiting room who thought it was perfectly OK to paint her nails driving several people out because of noxious fumes. I could taste the chemical for almost a half hour. No consideration.

The Absolute Worst!

The good: you get your tires for cheap. The bad: you wait hours to get them put on. If you plan on getting your tires done here, I highly suggest that you come with a plan to have lunch and or dinner and wait a while because it does take a good long time to get your tires done. Additionally, if youre going to have your oil changed, make sure that they have oil. I requested an oil change and did not find out until after I paid, that there was no oil. I was not charged, but it would have been nice to know that I was not going to get an oil change. Now I have to make plans to get my oil changed at another location.

Stood at ammo counter for around 25 min before I was helped. I guess what do ya expect at Walmart.

Showed up at 5:30 for an oil change, full synthetic, the expensive kind and was told they were closed and I responded it says youre open until 6 he said they werent taking anyone else and then closed the garage door in my face. So glad I rushed over from working all day to get to the one place supposedly open. GFY!

Got my first oil change and I had to give them a review because the service was amazing. I went early morning around 8am so the wait time was not long. Staff was polite and professional. Definitely coming back for my next oil change!!

Price for synthetic oil change is $44.88, where are you going to beat that?Its Wal-Mart and its not a secret.You WILL have a wait.I went on Saturday and got in and out in under 45 min. To me that was quick for them but I wasnt going to complain.The dealer wanted $90 for the same service.

Walmart managers, you have the makings of a BOOMING business back here in the Tire and Oil service center. People love the prices, it’s nice to buy a few items in store while you wait, and the staff here is genuinely trying to do a good job and be nice. But they need help. There a times around lunch that many people/orders rush the desk, and there’s not enough staff to handle it or lunch breaks are happening then and conflicting. They are totally overwhelmed and it’s frustrating for everyone involved. Especially when regular customers are trying to skip the line up front and trying to check out back there at the Auto desk. With customers dragging in heavy batteries for new ones, a rush of oil and tire customers looking to get in and out and back to works, it’s ok at times, but today was madness. I wish the management could jump on this opportunity and help their staff who is trying hard but bound to burn out like this . ..

Ordered tires on line. Walmart shipped intrastore to the Pompano Beach location.Tires were put on and I was out the door in around 2 hours from the time I showed my purchase receipt for the tires.Happy Camper.

Excellent service. The technicians were very knowledgeable, prompt to attend my car tires installation. Waiting rooms were clean. I was able to install 2 new tires in 45 minutes for $34. Tires were bought online at Wal-Mart as well for lower price than the competition. Way to go Wal-Mart Pompano automotive service!

They left my engine cover full of oil. The oil was sprayed including on my windshield. Big spot of oil even on my steering wheel. This make my experience very unpleasant. It is first bad experience out of several times in different Wallmart locations and I think some measures have to be taken, including instructing the mechanics to clean up after their work.

WALMART ALMOST KILLED US!I ordered new tires on the Walmart app and had them changed at this location. Once we got the car back 4 hours later, it was making a loud popping sound as I would ease off the gas. My car has never made this sounds before. So we checked the driver side tire and the bolts that hold the tire on were loose and about to fall off! Thank God we checked because if we didnt, that tire would have came flying off while we were driving!Its sad that they cant do something as simple as tightening the bolts.

When the manager is around this service center is good. Otherwise, you wonder why some of the employees are working here. Customer service sucks without manager.

I had purchased tires from walmart installation mounting amd balance, i went to midas and had the car aligned. The car had a hard pull to the right, midas then crossed the front tires and now it was pulling to the left. The result the tires were defective. After a confusing and long process they are installing a different brand. Now i was told i have to pay to reinstall the new tires . Thats ridiculous. This is a very disorganized Walmart tire center . I will not use walmart for tires any more, very disappointed. I should not have to pay anything due to the tires being defective. Very poor customer service .

Its Wal-Mart, so not bad. Just thought this car center was set up weird and massive cashiers were to show: where the line of people waiting to pay was in the way of people coming in from outside by the auto repair center and the wait are was tiny.

Every time I go for an oil change or get new tires, I am amazed on how efficient and fast everything is done, best team I have ever gone to!

Id give 0 stars if possible. Had my battery replaced. Wait time wasnt bad, 30 minutes before I saw it go into the shop. But that is where it begins. Over an hour and half almost 2 hours later they tell me my car is ready. Mind you it took over an hour to swap out a battery, so I look under the hood. The battery cover that covers the battery and computer system for the car is loose. I go to reattach it, the WHOLE DAMN computer slides off. Seems when tightening the nut for the computer the tech broke it off. His idea to fix it was to zip tie the computer to AIR!!! Are you kidding me! When I confronted them they all they said was sorry. If that computer module had come off and into the engine compartment God knows what would have happened when the car shut down in the middle of going down the road. Really? The service manager came over to ask what he could do, he was one the two men who had been working on swapping the battery. So he knew there was a problem but handed my vehicle off to me like there was no problem. He eventually got a whole drilled out to bolt down the computer module but now I have hodge podge fix that I hope wont come apart. This happened last week and I have yet to hear back from the manager in regards to replacing my battery/computer bracket

Our tire blew out on I-95 on Saturday evening and we needed a new set badly by Sunday lunch time. Walmart was the only service center opened and they did amazing job replacing our back tires, for such an affordable price. They didnt even charge labor unlike the authorized car dealerships do. Thank you guys at Walmart.

Drove to Walmart at 5:30pm for an oil change. Stood in a long line. Got to the register and was told all service stops at 4:30pm. Wish that was on the website. The website says 7pm. The guy told me it is first come first serve, just not after 4:30pm.

I purchased a new car battery 2 hours wait time. When I received my vehicle engine the car was shaking so bad. I imeadealy opened the hood. The air filter holder didnt have the 3 clamp in place and the engine was shaking so bad my entire was shacking. I imeadealy called me service agent over to see what was going on. He called over 2 additional guys from the garage. and it took the 3 of them to get the filter properly in place minus one clamp that had been snapped off and missing. Gus the assistant store manager came looked at my vehicle and refused to own up to any responsibility. When I arrived at Walmart on Atlantic and power line. My vehicle only required a new battery. I can not drive my car shacking like it is. Im taking my vehicle to Lipton Toyota to correct the issue. This is not over with Walmart. Bottom line my vehicle has never shock and Im referring to the entire car shacks. I can not drive my vehicle like this. I want Walmart to own up to damaged air filter housing Ill know more in the morning after having Lipton Toyota inspection report. 👎👎👎👎👎 Thumbs down as an terrible service center. 😞

Worst experience here they didn’t have the promotions that they advertised for oil change only the highest priced one and they had my car for 3 hrs to call me and tell me they can’t do it it’s a Toyota Corolla seriously they are unprofessional and take their sweet time I will never go there again and I will not recommend to anyone else

I had my 2003 Honda crv serviced there and my sons new Honda accord sport all the time the entire staff back there always handle my business even the ladys at the counter never along wait and the prices are fair so dont rush them let them do their jobs and it will come out good oh and dont be cheap and TIP THEM IT GOES ALONG WAY.....
