I had to get my battery replaced and the young man who helped me out, Ahmed R., took great care to do the job properly. He noticed there was nut missing from the tie down, sourced it, and installed it. It may have been a small thing but he went the extra mile...outstanding! Much appreciated. Jarred and Antonio made my shopping at Auto Zone a “Can’t wait to return!” experience. My mechanic sent me to Auto Zone and said to ask for Jarred. I was treated like the most important customer, when all I needed was an inexpensive set of wheel coverings. Antonio put the hubcaps on my car quickly and efficiently. I returned the next day to purchase a steering wheel cover and floor mats for my tired old ‘97 Camry. Again, Jarred was there to help. When my husband needed new wiper blades for his car, we returned and Jarred recommended a higher quality brand which was also less expensive than the ones we chose. Obviously I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs anything for their vehicle!

My brother and I stopped in this Autozone store because the check engine soon light came on in our car. Courtney helped us right away in diagnosing the problem and even checked to see that we used the scanner he gave us correctly. We had driven thru a puddle and that caused the light to come on. Courtney fixed our problem and had us on our way in no more than five minutes while also saving us many dollars in repairs. Thank you Courtney, you are the best.

I have a 2020 6 Cylinder 3.0 diesel Silverado which apparently nobody carries a filter or oil for.Ken was very diligent in looking for me and then actually called the dealer to make sure what type of oil and filter it was and directed me to another place to get it. Auto Zone you have a gem of an employee within Bryan L. My experience started immediately as soon as we walked in together! It was the very beginning of his shift. As a senior citizen, I very much relied on the excellent service that was given to me by Ken. My car needed washer fluid and I did not know how to accomplish this. My mechanic sent me to the auto zone on E. Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach and I went for one thing explained it to the employee Courtney what I needed and he told me why Didn’t I not change both of them I told him I already change one and he said that was not right I needed to change both of them at the same time and when I told my Mechanic about what Courtney the employee said my mechanic said he was telling the truth Courtney took me through every step and everything I need it for the car I was 100% satisfy very good customer service

I stopped by when traveling and found my brake lights had gone out. Antonio was WONDERFUL in helping to find the correct replacements. Since I was traveling, I didn’t have access to the tools I would need to change out the bulbs myself, but Antonio was super helpful and came out and swapped out all the bulbs that needed to be replaced. Antonio was friendly, patient, and thorough.If I ever needed additional parts or assistance, I would not hesitate to stop back at this location and would work with Antonio again in a heartbeat!
