Called and got a quote. Requested service. Guy who answered the phone stated they would be out the next day in the afternoon for the repair. Did not get a phone call or text the following day. Called them requesting information, guy gave me attitude and said he didn’t say he would do the repair the next day. Then told me to call him the next morning. Now is not taking any of my calls.

Zach and his wife were very professional and knowledgeable mechanics and the most honest I have ever come across. I would HIGHLY recommend using him for any and all repairs you may need. I called him to replace my alternator and he came to my location in a timely manner and determined that it wasnt my alternator and saved me a lot of money by pointing this out. He went above and beyond what was expected and charged me much less than he could have. Thank you for your help and for being so up front with me Zach.

My starter went out on my Semi in Pocatello and I called Wolf Pack the night before. They said they’d come first thing in the morning when they could get the necessary parts and that’s exactly what they did. They arrived on time and looking professional with an actual work truck which put me at ease bcuz I was kinda skeptical… I thought it was just a cord somehow bcuz it was melted but they did a thorough job with the diagnostic and came to the conclusion it was the starter and not just a cord… They did the work and right away my problem was fixed and I was able to get back to making money!!! Blew a plug out of the engine driving past Pocatello on a Sunday afternoon. Had me back on the road within an hour. Great service!

I was passing through town my wheel bearing/break system had fallen apart I spent most of the day at auto zone and Oreillys and calling every machanic in town all of which were either booked out or out of my price range. When getting back in the road was not looking good this gentleman from Auto Zone handed me the Wolf Pack Mobile card and said to call them. So I left a message and they called back within the hour. I told them everything that was going on, how I was passing through still days away from my destination they said not to worry they will move things around and get me on the road 1st thing in the morning. They did just that what I thought was just a wheel bearing turned into an entire wheel assembly which he worked on through the day had to go to a different town to get a tool no one had in Pocatello. They went above and beyond and I am truly grateful! They were even willing to take a partial payment if I needed it. Needless to say I made it here thanks to Wolf Pack Mobile! They are amazing! Fixed my car last minute in less than an hour after another shop had tried and failed. Can’t recommend them enough.

Long story short: Zach completely saved my car and road trip when NO OTHER MECHANIC would.I have a 2008 Saturn Vue that had an overheat light go on when I was in Idaho. It was Sunday and as Zach operates 24h, I had my car towed to him. He diagnosed the problem as a leak in the coolant system...and said a couple parts needed to be replaced.Unfortunately, these old Saturn parts were no longer available anywhere. I then called multiple salvage yards and had no luck...and any other mechanics I called said that in this situation they would just say they cant help me.It truly felt like I got lucky my car ended up with Zach because he was the only one able and willing to help. He was always sure that he would be able to figure out something that worked. In the end he was able to extract, clean, patch, and pressure test the part and get me back on the road with absolutely no issues or coolant leaking (and at a reasonable price).A couple months and several thousand miles later I still have had no issues!In the following weeks after the job was done, Zach repeatedly texted me asking how things were going and telling me what I should watch out for. Very nice of him.If Zach lived in my area I would make him my regular mechanic. I definitely plan on getting his advice in the future if any car issues come up! Thanks!

Zach met us at the auto parts store and helped remove and install a battery in our truck. We were traveling so we didn’t have the right tools or his expertise. He couldn’t had been more professional.We would recommend him 100%

Zach was absolutely awesome. This is a MOBILE mechanic. Zach came to me same day and fixed the when bearing and day where the vehicle broke down. Cheaper than both other replacements i had done, just as fast, and did it with a smile the whole time. Great guy, great work ethic, wish more were like him. 5 star across the board.

Amazing. I cannot stress how professional and courteous Zach was. Stuck on a road trip and in a 2 hour timeframe, he came to our loacation and we had a new alternator and battery and were back moving. Cost for repair was so great. If in nead of repair in Pocatello, have to go with Wolf Pack.

Found this place on google, my work truck was broken down on the side of the road. Called the guy and he said bring it over. So I got a tow truck and towed my truck there, to my surprise its not a shop at all but just a guys house 🏡 in a residential neighborhood with cars in disrepair on the road and in the driveway. I knocked on the door anyway and was happy when I got no answer. Shady as hell.
