First Id like to say that Ive always enjoyed going to @ThePlymouthExchange and have made several (admittedly modest) purchases over the years. I was planning on making a larger purchase and had asked Julia, the associate, about the price of an object. She called the owners and they agreed to a 50% discount because it was missing some parts. After thinking about the purchase for a few days I called back and spoke to Judy, a different associate, to ask if it was still in the store. She confirmed it was. I said I was ready to buy the object at the agreed price and she said she had to speak to the owners first. About 20 minutes later she called me back to say that the owners had changed their minds.Im not heartbroken about the purchase as I had been a bit on the fence in the first place, but this is certainly no way to run a business. Ive always felt that the pricing @ThePlymouthExchange was arbitrary and capricious and this just confirmed it. I certainly will not be making the trip to visit their new location.

Its more like a muesuem. I really, really want to love this place, but I dont cause of the insane prices. I must admit Im a pretty cheap collector and dont buy stuff over 100$, but this a whole new level. It was 100$ for like a 2inch my 2inch photo, and 60$ for a cardboard RCA dog. Im just going off my opinion though, so if your a rich retired person or something and want to spend some money getting a Czech fish tank and a 6x6ft moon sign, be my guest

Purchased an item in from this seller on EBAY in July. Item was not as advertised and was left in the rain on the store stoop for my pickup. No one was available to help load the item in my vehicle despite a phone call just prior to my arrival (after 2 two hour drive) as seller requested. A kind customer assisted me with the loading in a heavy downpour. I decided to keep the item but requested the seller make me partially whole by sharing in the expense of upgrading the item to the level it was advertised which was a small amount of the overall price paid. I have attempted to contact seller a few times to resolve. Seller has not responded to my requests. So, perhaps fraud, definitely poor service.

Seems like some good deals to be had here. Mostly on larger items.
