Got my truck tinted, and let me preface this by saying I have had dozens of trucks/vehicles tinted over the years and have become very picky about how well the lines are cut on the top of the windows. And obviously any bubbles.I had them tint my truck all the way around and a strip, everything came out perfect, the lines are as good as it gets, no bubbles or anything on any windows. I was so happy that we had 2 other family members trucks done (yukon and yukon xl) and they are also very pleased. Nice people in there and reasonably priced. They also had a ferrari out front when I picked up one of the yukon’s, pretty cool!

Got a quote over the phone to do the exhaust on my truck. Called a week later to schedule the install once I got the exhaust and when I showed up they would not honor the price I was given. They blamed it on the new guy and said they wouldn’t do it for that price (about $100 difference). Not my fault you let the new guy answer the phone and quote people

Absolutely the best place around for getting your car repaired. Kids threw an egg at my Lexus RX350. It hit the car so hard, it chipped paint right off the hood. The first person/place I thought of to bring my car to see if they could repair the damage was James Lin at CarToyz. James said I could bring my car back the next day. I am a car dealer myself so I know the prices of my trade in. The owner blew away my expectations with his fair trade in value and is definitely an honest guy. He gave me an offer over the phone and stuck to his word when i got there. Adam was our sales guy and truly is a laid back dude. I own a used car lot myself but sell lower end cars and I always approach customers the same. I give them time to look and never pressure anyone to buy anything. I let everyone take time to think and decide. Adam did exactly the same. He even helped me get a little better deal than I expected on the cadillac escalade i purchased on their lot. I know the prices so i can assuredly say that the deal they gave me was fair all in all. Only bad tjing I would say is that he was so laid back that when i originally called in to see if the car was available he didnt call me back till the end of the day which made me think the car wasnt there anymore. But in the end doing business with them was a blessing when you compare them to busier lots or new car dealerships. If they have the car you are looking for trust me when i tell you, you better get on the ball and secure the deal with them while its still available. Most dealers want to make money on the back end by financing you the car and putting in extra fees and interest points on you without you even realizing it. Not these guys. Do business with them. You wont regret it.

Not happy. Was very excited about getting an exhaust put in my truck for sound and horsepower. After getting information about the product on my truck if it will give me what I want to hear before buying it and them installing it. After hearing the new exhaust I wasn’t impressed at all. You can barely hear a difference. If your getting the info of my truck and know that it’s a 4 cylinder don’t you think you should know about it and tell the customer hey listen because it’s a 4 cylinder you won’t be able to hear much. If you had a V6 or V8 that would be different. But no. Spending money for no reason and not what I expected it to be! Never again

Let me start by saying this is the third car within my family that was purchased from Cartoyz. Told James what I was looking for and he found it within 3 days. Him and his team mad this process so easy for me. From start to finish this was by far the BEST and EASIEST car buying process I have ever experienced and probably will experience. I never had to step foot into the dealership and sit there for hours which i LOVED. Looking forward to my new car! :)

NEVER GO HERE. They will lie to you about price and what they will do. They told me that they can fix my remote start. After 30 minutes of leaving my car with them they call me and said that they can’t do anything with. I was disappointed but I think the thing that got me the most was the fact they still charged me didn’t touch a thing charged me 130 and when I asked them about it they said they charged me for an hour to just look at it even though I ready told them what was wrong with it... what a rip off I’ve been to other shops that acted more professional then that. Will NOT be returning to them and WILL be calling better business bureau about this

Work quality was fine. Bought my own tires, including run of the mill 20 rims. I was charged $60 per tire to mount and pull sensor from original tires. This is double and in some cases triples what other mechanics shops charge. When i got a quote, the woman was not knowledgeable enough about the process to ask the right questions and quote the right price. Showed up thinking it was $35 per tire (over the phone quote), more aligned with the repair industry. Usually, breaking down the old tires and reusing the sensor is standard, was charged an additional $25 per tire for this. Im not a trained mechanic, so figured the over the phone quote was accurate since moutning is not complex and there are only so many questions to ask to understand scope of work. Once onsite, the same woman i spoke with said $39 per tire, and i immediately reminded her of our discussion. The male worker next to her jumped in with an unpleasant customer service tone and took over my check in and then added the additional cost for the sensors to get this to $60 per tire. Thats an insane amount to mount tires. Maybe better trained workers to ask the right questions when quoting and remind floor staff that the customers pay the bills. Be friendly!

Wow! I strongly recommend coming to Distinctive CarToyz for all your vehicle modification needs. Owner James is a great guy and helped out a lot. I wanted to upgrade the audio setup in my car, as mine was a little lacking on the lows and a bit old. James gave me his best recommendations and helped me make the right choice for me. Not to mention, his audio technician was extremely knowledgeable as well. I’m loving my new audio system, and my new woofers hit the LOW lows! Can’t wait to impress the friends and family. Very clean install too. Just can’t get over how amazing this experience has been. He even did some minor cleanups included in the price. Speaking of price, it was great, but varies based on your car. Great buying experience from out of state! I was in a situaiton where the only vehicle I had died, and needed a work truck ASAP for my full-time business. There werent many options in my area, and the closest I could find was Cartoyz, almost 2 hours away from me.The reps were very accommodating of the situation. They got me more pictures and answered some questions. They informed me that there was still a panel that needed replacement, and that I could return to have it done at a later date due to the truck being needed immediately.I came by, met everybody, and left with a truck, and am back to work again! Bad service, wont recommend. Made appointment two days before, I was told by Azzy to come atv9am and it will take about two hrs. I was there at 9am to drop car, by 12pm I called to find out status, Azzy said will be done shortly. By 2:20pm without a call I went there and car still not even touched. I confront Azzy again and said he will guaranteed 45min. I left and came back 45min after and still not done had to wait another two hrs.I waisted all day!!!! And only got excuses.....we are busy

I had to wait a week for them to complete the repairs on their list (body work, new tires and brakes) and they did not disappoint.
