Jeff and the receptionist (which her name escapes me) were fantastic! Jeff gave me at least 6 or 7 updates throughout the 3 weeks my car was there. Although the estimate was about 2 weeks, Jeff texted me with an update and gave me a call about how they were sent a wrong part and also how they found other damage underneath (which he addressed to me before they even started working on it that it could be a possibility). So he gave me more than enough information and now my car is brand new! On the outside of course. They even vacuumed my rugs on the inside. You get a warranty for as long as you have the car as well if that matters to anyone. This was a super pleasant experience and even my car rental with Enterprise (which was in the same building) was smooth. I recommend this place to anyone who has been in an accident or just needs outside repair done on a vehicle. Thank you Jeff! (and to the receptionist!)

Completed work 5 days earlier than expected. Kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and when it would be complete. Everyone was courteous and polite. There was also the convenience of Enterprise Rentals

They did an excellent job repairing damage to my SUV caused by a collision with a deer. Looking at it you would have never known it was damaged. The only downside is that it took longer than promised, and communication could have been better, because returned calls for updates by manager were not made as promised.

I brought in my car for a repair. They were supposed to replace a portion of the suspension on the passenger rear side and replace the wheel and tire. I understood why the repair took over a week to do because it needed to be approved by the insurance company belonging to the driver that hit me. Once the repair was done, I picked up the car and after 5 minutes of driving, I noticed that my car and steering wheel started swerving side to side. I was genuinely concerned for my safety, and since the shop closed, I had to tow it back to the shop and pay for it myself. The next day, I get a call from a Caliber Collision rep saying that this issue was due to them being unable to align the repaired suspension portion with the rest of the suspension/wheels. They said they were unable to do that because alignment of the full car would require them to adjust the other parts of the car that they didnt repair, and those parts were too rusty/damaged. However, I was wondering why they did not address this when I picked it up because obviously this was not inspected to be a fully safe car after the repair. So, I took the car to a nearby Firestone, and they found the issue - a loose bolt at the site of the repair! This tells me that Caliber Collision did not even check the car after I dropped it off because otherwise, they wouldve noticed. They paid for the alignment and towing afterwards but this is a highly irresponsible mistake that could have cost the lives of me and other drivers on the road.

My car was brought into the Pleasantville location after an accident. We thought the car might be a totaled, but we needed to find out quickly in order to determine if we needed a rental car or a new car to get my daughter back to school. Rose and Jeff were great. The staff did a great job explaining the process and getting a fast turnaround. The quality was excellent and having enterprise right there for car rental was so convenient. I dropped the car off late Friday and had it back by Tuesday with a brand new bumper.

This was my second time coming here, as the first was a few years ago after someone backed into my parked car. This time I was there because Diamond head towing company did not screw the lugnuts back on my tire, therefore my car collapsed when the tire came out while I was driving. When they asked where I wanted my car to go, I said Caliber Collision, as I had had such a good prior experience there. This second visit was a month long in the shop, and the results were phenomenal. They did their job to the best of their abilities and their staff always stands by their finished projects with pride. I would highly recommend others to take their vehicles here if they need quality care. Seth and Rose were very pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience with Jeffrey K. who kept me informed through the whole process. The scheduled date was prompt and the work took 10 days from a 5 to 7 days at first glance. Made an appointment; 20 days adter a fender bender. I was told I could get a ride home from the shop, since I don’t need a rental. I get to my appointment, and I’m told they don’t give rides home...So, I can’t drop off my car, and have to wait another 2 weeks to deop it off. All because they told me they could give me a ride home after drop off, but they “never” give rides home.Someone at Caliber needs to train their employees.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this place. After a deer hit my truck, my insurance company suggested to go to Caliber Collision in Pleasantville. That was in the middle of December 2018. Its now the beginning of March 2019 and my truck is FINALLY fixed. Caliber caused more damaged than the deer did and after repeated attempts and visits to fix the truck- They kept causing more and more damage to my truck with each attempt so I had no choice but to go to an ACTUAL REAL, REPUTABLE BODY SHOP that knows what they are doing. Now the truck looks like how it should have from the start. Stay far away from this place. The work is terrible, employees are careless, the owner/manager is a liar who preaches integrity and doing the right thing all day long and then does the exact opposite and the adjusters do not know what they are doing. They didnt deserve all the chances I gave them. Please also take note that this body shop is in a very, very bad part of town and all their security cameras are turned around so theyre facing either the sky or the roof because they dont want to be liable for any damage done to your vehicle while in their care. Very shady business. STAY AWAY. This place is the dollar store version of a real Auto Body Shop- Neil C.

I recently had my minivan fixed there and the work was ok, but it had a lot of bad details that were exposed from previous work done by this shop over 2 years ago. Yes, I took my minivan a few years ago to get it fix and apparently they used wood glue to the back fender and underneath the carriage on the seems. All these bad things that were done, came to out this time. We provide feedback and a reason why was this fixed this way and they could not provide any details. they asked to bring it back, but as for this last repair, it took them 3 weeks to get it fix, so I was not ready to bring back my vehicle and not have it ready for another 3 weeks. However, Ill be very careful if you send your vehicle to fix there, specially a few years later, the wooden glue, may come out and the parts my fall out!

Would not take my car anywhere but Caliber Collision.

The job beautiful no complaints there they gave u update on ur car and a follow up phone that was great only issue was my sunglasses were stolen even tho I should not have left them on my sunglasses holder in my car but I read that they r not liable for and stolen item in my car I felt confident with that but I was wrong they left the 10.00 sunglasses but took my lactose ones so that person that took them knows what they have and for a manager tell u pretty much to bad does not sit well with me very upset and to be quite honest I have another side that has to be done I will be going else where

All I wanted was a cash estimate on my car. I came in a Friday, the receptionist said they only do estimates from 8-4 M-F. well, I work 9-5 M-F. So we agreed I would come in 8:00 am on Tuesday. She said it would take 15-30 minutes to do the estimate. I said great, that works cause I won’t be late to work. Tuesday comes, I get there on time, the same receptionist took my information, told me to sit and Jeffrey will be with me shortly. A woman was already being seen a guy and looked like they were done, and she was directed to a lady to rent a car. I’m the only person in the waiting room sitting there for 30 minutes now. A guy walks in says hi and goes into his office and talking on the phone. I don’t know what Jeffrey looks like. The receptionist disappeared and everybody else disappeared outside doing whatever. Yeah, I upset that I wasted 30 minutes of my life for nothing. Now I have to go somewhere else that will take my money.

Admiral did a great job painting the front bumper on my 2009 Mazda 6. Their price was competitive, their service was quick, and the color matched perfectly. I was very pleased with their work. They did what they said they would do on time.

Yeah, I can say I was skeptical at first; going in I’ve seen some random 1- star reviews that described this place being “ Sloppy” or “ Dishonest “. And like all stores known to man no store goes without bad reviews. I can say from MY experience working with Seth the general manager, Mary Beth my insurance service agent and Stephanie from the front desk; everyone kept me informed and stress free. Me being an impatient, the time was well worth the extra wait. Sheesh the car looks better than it did before the accident. Caliber Collison is tucked away from the road hidden behind a huge crowded parking lot.... I almost drove right past it driving down the BlackHorse Pike. There are very nice, informative associates at this location. This locations waiting room has snacks and drinks available to customers while you wait. Someone told me about this place, since I needed another estimate for some minor body work... I just drove over. So I was a walk-in with no appointment. I was greeted when I walked in and I was assisted in a matter of minutes. Very prompt and professional service.

I recently had someone hit my car while parked at the grocery store and the same day it happened, I called Geico and arranged to meet with Admiral Auto Body at 1:30 PM that day. I was very nervous to leave my car because it can take weeks to get your car finished. Enterprise rental was there waiting for me with a rental car, Admiral Auto was already marking up my car when I was taking care of the rental and told me that they would begin working on it that day. I was told they would have it completed by Friday but low and behold they called me today. Less than 48 hours and they had my car completed. When I ran over on my lunch break to pick up my car and drop off the rental, they were waiting for me and left me a nice note in the car with a box of candy. Stephanie the office manager and everyone there were super nice. I would definitely use them again... If I have too! Lets hope nothing happens to my car again, but if something does.. I will take it there!

Efficient and great service from the office staff to the mechanics. I took my vehicle in for repairs under my insurance (GEICO Xpress Repair Center). Admiral kept me up to date throughout the whole process. My vehicle looks good as new and was washed/detailed upon return. Hopefully I dont need auto body work on my vehicle again but if I do it will certainly be here.

From when I pulled up to leaving in my rental (through Geico express) it was less then 15 minutes. My car looks great, and it was fixed in less then a week (with a 3 day weekend.) 3 stars because my rental car smelled AWFUL. I could look past the muddy floor mats and dirty exterior, the weather hasnt been our friend but the smell.... No excuse! If someone smokes in a rental they get charged a cleaning fee for removing the smell, the same care should of been taken of for this situation.

Geico sent me here to get my car fixed after one of their costumes hit me and these people went above and beyond. Not only did they fix my car days before expected they also cleaned it inside and out. Let me tell u that was not an easy task. Needless to say I highly recommend them!

Shop Manager Tom Cervini for all of the care given to a recent repair job on my 2013 Kia Sorrento.The experience was one of quality and professionalism.When there was a small quality issue brought up to Tom, he immediately worked to resolve and when it would not have been able to be done to the level of quality that he wanted, he advised that he would re-order the part and take care of the issue asap.After I had to re-schedule my appointment several time, Tom said no problem when I basically just showed up with my car to replace the part.When it comes to service, the most important to me is not just that it was done correctly the first time, but when an issue is brought up and management stands by their word and takes care of the issue to the satisfaction of the client... that is the most important to me.To Tom and the staff at Admiral Auto Body in Pleasantville...
