This store has potential but its not there yet. They have a variety of boots, sandal 👡and clothing. The prices are kinda high compare to the Timberland outlet I go to in Los Angeles. They dont even have a clearance rack. They didnt have the cleaning kit I needed either. But I did see some cute sandal 👡 for my homegirl.

Trash policy. Both boots on display and no type of discount for the messed up suede. 2 in stock but one was available? Seems legit bruh. Every other store would most likely assist the customer I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority here

Only had boots and deck shoes, was looking for the sandals or water shoes. No 3x clothing either

Called the store to confirm they had a specific style steel toe and size in stock. Employee said yes well hold it for you. Drove an hour to the store, come to find out he grabbed a completely different style off the shelf and they didnt even carry the one I asked for. Complete waste of time.

Great customer service. However when I was shopping they had a low stock of shoe sizes. I couldnt really find any shoes that I liked in my size.

Factory Outlet Store, How can you not carry the average man size boot? 11 1/2 is the average man shoe size.

They have some new shirts and buy one get one 50% off.

Definitely the place to go when there is a no tax day up in Wisconsin. The shoes are like $119 a pop, but with no 10%+ tax in the area, its worth it to buy that specific weekend. The shoes quality is good as I always could use some Timbs in my life, but the premium outlet is a nice spot to pick them up at instead of a different spot.

Ok if you wanna save $15 to $20

Please don’t claim to carry Timberland PRO when all you carry is one model of low end work boots in 2 different colors. I can get the same boot at Walmart for less.Sincerely a PRO fan

The store used to be my first destination at Pleasant Prairie Outlet but in the past 2 years it seems everything has gone down. They rarely carry good deals and on top of that, they carry the same old stock I have seen for years and years. Management needs to carry more deals and new stock to get people in the store. Nothing exciting about the store anymore

I am very disappointed in the direction that Timberland has taken. They used to make a very substantial casual shoe.It was built with the materials and workmanship of a Timberland Boot yet trim and stylish. Now the casual shoes are light and flimsy and ugly. They still have the sturdy workboots and heavy boot/shoes but the casual wear has gone flimsy.
