Good collection of all the items except for clothes. Clothes were looking pretty old may be due to lack of sales during pandemic. Other than that pretty good.

Be watching carefullly these things on final sale. There may be some severe defects on some items. Bought several down vests and when back home found 2 vests with some drink spilled on. Made call to inquire if return is possible. And they just hang up the phone.

You better double check the price. A lot of items are on the wrong racks and the employees wont honor it.

Prices not clear

This review is more toward the entire Outlet Mall Facility, and not directly toward The North Face store. I called customer service at The North Face and they said to take to my jacket to any store and they would ship my jacket back for me. When I got there, there were atleast 50-75 people standing outside waiting to get in. No one seemed to be concerned about social distancing nor did the Outlet Mall seem to reinforce it. I drove right past the store and got right back on the freeway and headed home.

In my opinion, the store is big that has many products to choose from. I found a coat that fit me very nicely. The one thing they should start doing is to start a line because of the fact of how many customers that go into the store. The line would make the place less crowded and more comfortable for customers to look and shop around.

Drove an hour to go shopping google said store opened at 11. Got there was a door at 11Am, people in store folding cloths, and no one would come to door, finally called store and said it was temporarily closed. If you are gonna close your store maybe you should let people know online. Google my business and change your hours. About 8 people sitting out side waiting to get in and no one would even come to door. Customer service maybe???

Great place to buy quality clothes. Most of the times its hard to find common sizes all colors but great prices, for active people, winter sports, hiking and camping

Great prices on wonderful winter jackets. The store design is just spacious enough that you dont feel claustrophobic, and there are tons of racks loaded with merchandise to choose from. No super pushy sales people, would recommend to anyone looking for some quality outdoor gear.

Had to wait a long line to get into the store and it wasn’t worth it.

No real deals ..marketing scam ..just differentvinventory made for outlet at full price with nonsense discount. Were in the business. Price / 2 = cost .. discount store should be 50% of cost not off retail. Factory already took loss. Store just moves inventory not new sub class revenue chanel to reach different people. Outlet malls total scam.
