I had a wonderful experience at Sephora, its not a place that I normally shop at but I was there on a mission to get olaplex shampoo and conditioner treatment. The girl working behind the counter was extremely helpful in giving me the details about this product since I didnt know much about it. Sephora is conveniently located right in the front of the store once you walk into JCPenney. Its definitely nice to have employees that actually know about the products and can give information if questions are asked. Would definitely return here again for future purchases!

Generally the best place to shop for quality clothing. Unfortunately they have very limited stock of the average size. Also why would I buy 2 belts or wallets to get the second half price. Socks I would consider. Either way couldnt find the sizes I need. The 32 to 36 range. This is now a trend. Since I get to share, I also will not buy anything that the price isnt clearly displayed. So I have to avoid the jewelry department. Either I can afford it or not. I dont feel better having to ask how much to be humiliated. JcP is trending down again from my point of view.

The cashier was overly talkative, even stopping ringing me up and leaning on counter, She was nice but was wasting my time, I had just received a call to come help my uncle who was on the floor, he had a stroke about a week ago, I wasnt trying to be rude and. tell her to move it along but cashiers just need a little respect and consideration for the customer and I know she would have never known but that is why the cashier should be polities ask how visit was all while ringing merch then goodbye come again.

My first post was in regards to the jc penny in Eagle Pass, Texas. The problem there was the smell it had, maybe it needs a good carpet cleaner or replaced. I decided to wear my mask because of the smell inside the store not because I had to. Now, the JC Penny in Pleasant Prairie, WI is a whole different story. The one in Wisconsin was much cleaner and with a Pleasant smell. Very nice and clean! I recommend this store not just for their cleanest but because they have great prices and great sales!

JCPenney is one of my favorite stores. It is clean and very well laid out. They have good quality clothes, jewelry, and cookware. They often have very good sales.

Listen, I am a huge fan of JCP, but this location needs to open more than one womens fitting room - especially on weekends. A line of 6 people waiting to get in, turned into a 20min wait just to try on a dress. Come on now. Thats EXTREMELY annoying. On top of that, they were not very clean. Clothes everywhere inside. Peoples hair and trash on floors. Yuck.

Placed order online. What a nightmare. The sizes selected changed and no option to pick up in store. When we called to cancel the order the automated system kept us in a loop and when we finally reached a human they said too bad we cant help you. I will take our business to a more customer friendly establishment who has a working website and call center.

The dressing rooms were absolutely disgusting. Not in regards to clothes everywhere but actually dirty. Dropped a clothing item on the ground in the aisle when i picked it up was filthy. Extremely disappointed. Staff was pleasant.

Nice selection of items and there were very good sales going on. Staff was friendly and the store is neat and organized!

Loved to be a part of billion dollar diamond sale. Felt a little rushed at jewelry counter but thT had to do with adjusted covid hours. Cant wait to see if retailers return to later hours so those who are at jobs can get their shopping done after work. All in all good experience

It is small and JCPenney for a while was doing great with their clothing lines and now i think its downhill... This particular store is ALWAYS hot when shopping so you cant stay long. The petite selection and section is so small and catered towards the older generation, which i thought they were changing... But as bankruptcy looms i am sure i will loose one of the only stores i can find clothing at for business casual that is priced well and made well auch as worthington and ana... This makes me sad

Although the Sephora team are always eager to help and go above and beyond, the JC Penny employees always seem annoyed to be interrupted from their tasks to be bothered to help a customer. They had some nice deals on the thanksgiving day. In the appliances section, it was hard to find price cards. Some of them fell behind the racks and were not put back in place.

I dont know why the cut of the women clothes are not well fit for any size.Its always wrong.I tried the Xlarge and my daughter tried the medium size..but they dont fit well.You should be concerned about that.And maybe thats why most women shop at macys and other shops more than JCPenney. If you want your customers back you should be serious in solving this problem. Mens clothing are much better in sizes and styles than women.pls fix your problem.

Don’t ever apply here! I had a job interview here at the beginning of last month and they practically begged me to work there. After the interview they gave me the job and said they would call me on the following Monday to get all the information I needed to start. Monday comes around and they don’t call. So I waited until Wednesday to call them back and when I did all of the managers were “busy” and couldn’t talk. So I left a message that I’m STILL waiting to here from. Unprofessional, if you don’t want someone to work there just say that. I have a child to provide for.

NICE CLOTHES

They had a nice selection of womens formal dresses to choose from. Sadly, the dressing room was closed and i had to slip dresses over my clothes out in the store, but no one hastled me, so I was able to get what I needed

JcPenny is a chain department store. They carry womens clothing, mens clothing, childrens clothing. As well as shoes for men women and children. They also carry accessories like purses wallets scarves hats. They have a household appliance Department they also carry household items such as curtains towels Etc their selection selections of items overall is very good. This store is always clean and well organized and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Just received my boots, seriously, all boots, buy 1 get 2 free? How can you turn that down? They look and feel great. 3 pairs of boots for 60 bucks, I love JCP!

Their selection of clothes is vast and Im usually able to find just what I was looking for. Their sales are great too.On this particular day I needed a collared, sleeveless shirt, and when I had trouble finding one, an associate was more than pleased to assist me. She helped me look while searching herself, and even directed me to a department that may be better suited to what I needed.I did not care for their selection of boots, or shoes in general. I could not find any black boots that did not also have heels, even though this is a fairly standard category of boot.I will definitely be going back here for clothes.

Many of the items here are good quality. But theyre usually kinda pricey. But, if you cash in on sales and coupons, you can usually find a good bargain

Thank goodness stores like this continue exist. I needed new curtain rods and because JCPenny is where my mom would get things like this, I went. I was able to get the rods and half of the rings I needed, I ordered the rest of them through an actual person who could help me get the correct size and color. It was a pleasure to also browse the clothing. They have a nice variety of clothing for various ages and stages and sizes of life. From the littles, to the elderly and everywhere in between.

Im a fan of jcpenny. Way better than kohls. Clothes dont fall apart after one washing. Clean store nice workers. Had to get bras. Wide selection for every day uses

I visited 2 days before Christmas. Of course, they were busy with last minute shoppers. The staff was pretty busy and didnt go out of their way to offer help but were definitely friendly and helpful when approached. I am not really thrilled with the layout of the store but all things considered, it was far more orderly than expected. Also, they had enough cashiers that I did not have to wait but a minute to check out. Some of the prices were really great. Others were high. I am sure I will return.

🤠You really need to be aware of what things cost before you go into JCPenney. Some of the items in the store are way overpriced but claim to be on sale. Just really be aware of what their competitors are offering and the price they are asking. Ive been burned a couple of times at JCPenney, their items have decent quality but be prepared to spend when you go.🤯

This is not my Grandmas JCPENNEYS! She worked for this company when I was a child and my 1st son worked for the catalog department as a teenager. Thats when you could actually find something in the store that was of quality. During this visit, the shelves and racks barely had stock that a customer could choose from. Primarily, clearance items of low quality merchandise. Its apparent that this company cannot compete with the online companies and either cannot or will not put merchandise in stock.

Hmmm, ....four days before Valentines Day.A middle-aged man is standing in the jewelry department for 15 minutes after having walked past and scanned every display case.No greeting, no acknowledgement.I found exactly what I was looking for.I had seen it on-line and it was listed as in stock at this location.Never mind.

I came here to buy a wedding band, and even though I didnt spend too much money, Karen from the jewelry department spent a long time with us to discuss, try and choose our rings. It was a great customer experience, that I doubt I wouldve got at a proper jewelry store. Highly recommend!

I was in the mens department where I met an amazing man named Rick. Rick was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. When i was in retail management I would often try and recruit people like Rick. Listen if you needs mens clothes and need help look for Rick, you wont be sorry. Oh and on a side note, be sure to thank Rick for his service. He didnt bring it up but I saw his Viet Nam pin.
